Kia On Hunt Club

I'd go somewhere else. Horrible experience here. They tried to put on a 3000 upholstery fee saying the previous buyer paid for it but the sale dropped. Bs. By the end of it we went to leave and the dummies locked the gate so we had to leave our car there and come back the next day. The financial adviser was a straight up douchbag and we didn't even make it into his chair because he came with the wrong energy. These guys will try to scam you! Stear clear folks!

Brought my car in for a repair due to a recall. Repairing recall took 5 business days, so I was without a vehicle for a week. Called to tell me my brakes were at 2mm and needed to be urgently replaced (expressing that it may be dangerous to continue driving), when they are at 8mm. Also insisted my vehicle needed a lot of other work, such as replacing the spark plugs that are only 14 months old. Essentially, repeatedly insisting that work needed to be done that is not necessary.

Communication was also poor, and I wouldn't get an update without calling first. At one point, I called shortly before closing on the day I had originally been told to expect the work be completed after getting an uncertain report earlier in the day and had been promised an updated before EOD. As the mechanic was gone for the day, and it was unclear whether a new part needed to be ordered, I was told I would be called first thing in the morning with an update. I didn't receive a call until after I followed up at noon.

I would not trust their opinion on whether work needs to be done without a second opinion. Communication was poor and misleading. Work took a long time to complete.

This experience reinforced my distrust of dealership repair services.

Read your contact folks, you could have been scammed for 2000$ or more just like me, just don’t trust on human basis, there are no humans there

Very slow vehicle service. Over an hour long to get an oil change done. Lost my vehicle keys. I no longer get my free oil changes couldn't take the poor serivce.

I didn't buy my Kia Niro here but the service is way better than the dealership in Kanata. Never any surprises (so far, the car has been running great), and being able to get a complimentary Uber ride home and back means I don't have to wait for a shuttle or take a convoluted route between home and the dealership, with a vehicle full of strangers.

Staff are friendly but not overly so, and that's a good thing: I just want to drop off and pick up my car. Quick and simple.

Called 6 times in the last hour for a price quote on winter rims, something extremely simple that should be readily available, nobody picked up and I was even transferred from the reception desk twice, who told me that the parts department should have no reason to be closed today. In the past I have found the service department very helpful, but KIA has a habit of disregarding any phone calls made to them and it's frustrating as a loyal customer for 2 years to not have anybody answer my call after 6 tries in an hour. I'm tempted to take all my business somewhere else just because of how abysmal their customer service skills are. I'll be spending my money on rims from another company, and probably other fixes now as well unless they can step up their customer service game.

Update: No I will not be contacting you, I left a phone message to which nobody called me back so I have no interest in attempting to contact you again after 6 tries and no call back. Thanks anyways, I won't be coming back to KIA unless as a last resort from now on.

The service at Kia Hunt Club was great. Our salesperson Pedro Bushy, was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. The sales manager, Moe El Sarai, was also very good and worked with us to find the best deal possible. Business Manager Charbel Abou-Assaf was excellent as well. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and also did his best to get the right financing & interest rate that fit our needs. Thank you, Pedro, Moe and Charbel!

Bought a new Kia from Moe recently, he brokered a great deal and even drove a set of winter mats out to my house for me (as they weren't available when we picked up the car). Great experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KIA recently. I went in for a standard oil change and came out with a problem on my car that they did, and decided to lie about it to us. They were willing to fix the problem but wanted to charge us well over what it would actually cost when they caused the problem on my new 2021 car.
Sales department is great, but I have always had terrible experiences with the service department. Do not recommend this KIA to anyone!

Pedro was top notch service. I visited 5 dealerships on the same day. Pedro was the most helpful of the 4 that i visited, but didn't purchase. He is the only one that kept looking around for a vehicle i wanted even after i left the dealership. I ended up purchasing at the 5th dealership i went to as they had what i wanted in stock, no waiting time to get it shipped etc. But i would highly recommend Pedro. He definitely goes out of his way to look for what you want. He was also the only one in the dealership to acknowledge me which was obviously appreciated.

This is the worst dealer in the city and the service department is even worse! Discrimination is their number one priority. Qwok is a joke, had an issue with my car and he is telling me they can't find anything with me driving and him on the passenger side! I guess he can feel it in the gas when I drive. These positive reviews must be paid for because honestly this location including Chris and Qwok in the service department are horrible, racist they will argue with you and call you incompetent. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Not the right place to buy your car. I had a very BAD experience for a high tag price car. They claimed few things but I realized they are not in the car. They ca had an issue after 25 days from purchase, when I asked them to fix the problem they claimed it is late to report. They key starter never worked although I changed the batteries. I took the car I liked and after there paper work preparation and making the car ready which took them at leas ten day. I found few scratches that they were not in original picture when I bought the car. Again they claimed there were there, when I showed them the picture they said we can do some fixes. I have contacted and send them many emails about my disappointment, they never even replied to these emails.
Overall, very bad experience.not recommended. They care about the sale not the customer.

Absolutely great experience with Moe W.from Kia on Hunt Club. We were able to hash out a deal OVER E-MAIL and placed an order for a 2022 Carnival LX+. This format allowed us to digest the numbers at our own pace and to avoid a lot of the pressure placed on buyers when purchasing a new car. The finance manager, Charbel, was equally as delightful and must have understood where we were coming from because not once were we asked about purchasing anything extra (insurance, rust prevention, etc.) and we could not have asked for anything more. Never have we been more at ease when purchasing a new vehicle.

Danyal is very knowledgeable and helpful. We opted for a toyota because there was one available now and we were familiar with it, but could easily have purchased the Kia Telluride as he got us a good deal.

Very disappointing shopping experience with Kia on Hunt Club. Spent several weeks going back and forth with Danyal over email negotiating on a new Telluride Nightsky. When it came time to sign the bill of sale, the financing rate on the agreement was higher than was discussed. Imad the sales manager seemed indifferent to the apparent bait and switch. They said they were unable to adjust the rate or offer any other solutions. End result is I'll pay cash from another dealer - - instead of finalizing a new sale, Kia on Hunt Club lost a customer now and in the future.

I arrived on site to the Kia dealership and was instantly greeted by Pedro, one of the sales representatives. He was thorough and yet immediate in answering my questions about the products. After a great test drive, he also provided me with great information on the purchase on the vehicle I was looking at and very friendly in the process. I would absolutely encourage anyone to go see Pedro at Kia on Hunt Club if you're looking for a new car!

Overall, we had a great experience. They understood what we wanted and didn't pressure us with getting a different trim level off the lot. Danyal, our sales rep, managed our expectations very well on timelines as we had to order our vehicle due to lack of inventory on the specific trim level and colour and kept us updated as needed. We actually ended up getting a 2022 instead of 2021 and they kept to the 2021 pricing. In the end, we received the vehicle we wanted within the timelines they identified for a fair price.

We took the KIA Soul on a test drive. It's a nice car with lots of space in the cabin, and runs smoothly despite the driver's seat feeling so uncomfortable. We dealt with a car salesperson, who was really helpful at the beginning, and did a great job at showing every detail of two different cars. However, when discussing the cost and the estimated numbers, the salesperson became really pushy to the point that it became kind of annoying and frustrating despite us telling that salesperson several times that we were not interested in purchasing the car right away. The salesperson also tried to pull different tactics to try to convince us, including some that hit closer to home. Nevertheless, I am aware that the salesperson was just trying to do his job, plus I can see why he can be a good salesperson. We also chatted with the sales manager, who was very friendly and did a good job explaining some of the deals. I wish good luck to this dealership, and the salesperson with future business! (3.5 stars = 4 stars rounded up)

Unfortunately my experience with the dealer changed entirely for the worse as they would not stand by their product despite it being used sparingly during COVID. I even gave them a chance to make things right as I was looking to buy another car and they basically told me they were not interested. I would suggest you avoid buying from this dealership unless you are in the mood for abysmal service once you have signed on the dotted line.

Great customer experience! Everyone was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. This is especially true for Wade Ghanam who made sure I was fully informed and comfortable with the vehicle I decided to purchase. He really simplified and ameliorated the car buying experience.

We walked in Hunt Club Kia and we’re greeted with friendly staff and immediately felt at ease. We were fortunate enough to have Pedro as our sales representative. He was jovial and seemed like a very straight shooter. He gave us a sense of trustworthiness.

In fact we felt so at ease we came back from our test drives laughing and full of smiles. Pedro was kind enough to let us know our happiness was infectious and we felt so privileged to have him as our representative.

We were our hashing for my mother in her early 70’s. Not once did we feel we were being “taken. In fact, it was quite the opposite, our budget was very much respected.

Purchased a 2021 kia sorento on Monday and was suppose to pick it up Friday. Recieved a call the day before telling me there has been a recall and that I won't be able to pick up the vehicle. I was given different dates of when the recall would be published to the public. I understand that there was a recall and that they couldn't give me the vehicle but they didn't offer to provide a rental as I had no vehicle to get to work. They told me what I wanted to hear and that was it. I was not pleased with my service and that there was nothing they would do. I now have to rent a vehicle for who knows how long on top of paying kia on hunt club 50k for a new vehicle. I will never purchase another vehicle here or take my vehicle there to get serviced.

I just purchased a vehicle at Kia Hunt Club. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and helped me find the right vehicle to cater to my needs and budget. Wade provided excellent service from start to finish.

While the initial buying experience was great, we quickly found out that the agreements that were made on the day of purchase we not upheld on the dealerships end.
Our contract detailed additional parts and add-ons that were very important to us for the purchase of the vehicle. After weeks of back and forth, we received a call from the dealership telling us it was no longer possible for them to add our parts to our vehicle; and now sadly we do not have the vehicle promised as per the agreement.
If we could give zero stars we would.

My Seltos was on order and it came in within 2 weeks! I am so excited with the safety and technology features that are in my new Seltos! It virtually drives by itself! LOL! I had originally ranked this dealership a 5 star on our first interaction and purchasing a Seltos. It took them FIFTEEN days to get us our vehicle, after being told that we would have it by Christmas. We had an appointment to come get the vehicle and we waited an hour to see the finance guy to finally sign the papers so we could leave with our new vehicle. People walk around in the dealership with their masks down. I had an anxiety attack while waiting because someone was walking around the showroom and looking at the cars with their mask down. We are completely unimpressed with this dealership and their lack of respect for their client’s time and health. (I’m a healthcare worker)

My friend bought a vehicle and we received the WORST service EVER. Once the down payment was given the service was really bad. We left messages and txts, and it took days and weeks before recieved any answer, even on WHEN we would receive the vehicle. We finally received it, with missing carpets. We have been waiting for over a month for them, and still no answer. I'll let you know when or if we ever get them.

We recently purchase an SUV from Kia on Hunt Club. We had Mike help us out. He was awesome. I appreciated his time and energy with us. Mike was not there when we picked up the car (he had a family emergency) so we had Jason who was super helpful. These guys are amazing. The only issues we had were with the Finance Managers. They were horrible. The 1st one was trying to sell us the rust proofing package which we declined and he told us that IT WAS OUR LOSS. I am not sure I would tell a customer those words. We didn't appreciate it at all. He had no people skills at all. The 2nd one when he picked up the car was even worse - same attitude - no thank you - no people skills - no congratulations - just give me the money and leave. He gave us copies of our papers and left. No word at all. I hated the way he treated us. I would go back for Mike and Jason but I don't even want to deal with those Finance Managers again. They had no customer service at all. I found them both to be rude.
