I recently bought a Niro EV from Dieago here. He gave me the best advice and suggested me to get this car. He was patient and understood all my needs and suggested me this one and I kid you not this man knows what you want better than yourself. The moment I saw it and hopped in I was mind blown. I have been to a few other dealerships but they didn't make me feel quite welcomed like my man Dieago did. And he made everything seamless and was very supportive in every step of the process. Kore the financial officer was very thorough and did an amazing work with my application and made sure everything was seamless. I would definitely go there again to get my next car and would highly recommend others to get it from there as well. Great inventory, great financing options and more importantly GREAT PEOPLE!

I would like to share my great experience with KIA Stouffville. Just bought a new KIA SUV recently and I was extremely impressed with the overall car buying experience. Andre, from sales, was very professional all the way from taking my first car enquiry call till taking over my awesome new car, explaining all key functionalities and prompt post sale follow up of my questions. I strongly recommend contacting Andre if you are looking forward to a highly professional, prompt and no pressure car purchasing experience from KIA.

Would not recommend this dealership. Put a deposit down in August 2022 for a vehicle, still no ETA when the vehicle will be arriving. Started calling other dealership and found out that some dealerships were able to deliver cars for those that ordered a car in October or November. Was able to secure same car from another dealership which was dealer stock. How is it possible that I placed a deposit on a vehicle and still don't have an ETA however other dealership are able to get vehicles in stock. Also, see the review from Ryan N from a month ago. This dealership sold a car to a customer within a week but I placed an order on the car in Aug 2022, why wasn't I called if a car was available. In my opinion, either this dealership doesn't have the buying power or they are just taking money from customers but not ordering vehicles. If you are looking for a car soon, go to other dealerships

Felix at Kia Stouffville hands down has amazing customer service! Not only did he call me right away about a car I was interested in got sold, but made sure to find another vehicle, which I got in less than 7 days! He made a promise and followed through. Had my first service appointment with Stouffville Kia today.
From scheduling it on the phone with Yosuf to meeting him in person at the store it was and felt like a seamless transition.
As soon as I drove in with my rio I was greeted by Yusuf and within 10 minutes I had Gilbert road testing the car with me.
I’ve owned many different cars in my life not to mention that I used to work in the industry for over 16 years and I have to say, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a service department period.

I rarely write reviews, especially using my name but there are quite a few concerning things about this dealership's Service Department I have experienced.

I have owned a Seltos since their first release in June of 2020.

The original sale was fine, sales was a little pushy as this was my first new purchased vehicle and I requested time to think about it. The sales manager took over and allotted us the time to thing about it, and we happily went ahead with purchasing my vehicle.

Now the vehicle itself is great. I love my Seltos very much, and have on several occasions, recommended people looking for new vehicles to look into the Seltos or even the new Sorento. I believe they are excellent vehicles, very well equipped and safe for the prices they are sold for.

At the time of sale, I was given a few free oil changes to compensate for a promotion that was mis-labeled. I graciously accepted these, and like I said, appreciated how well the sales manager handled the entire thing. He is very kind and respecting.

Unfortunately, what majorly drags down this dealership, is the service department. I will make a TLDR of the following: If you are buying a Kia, this sales team is great. Their service department is not.

I work 7: 30AM to 5PM. I often would call ahead a month to book my oil change, tire swap and most importantly recall fixes. Multiple times I would receive calls the day before, stating that they either 'did not have enough staff' or were 'unable to accommodate' on the Saturdays that I booked. I was rebooked multiple times, which I did not mind the first two times, but for the fifth became quite knowingly agitated.

The fifth time I had booked my appointment a month ahead, anticipating that there would be some sort of issue. The Wednesday before Saturday's appointment, they called to cancel. I requested this time that they complete my oil change, tire swap and most importantly recall fixes at another dealership, to which they denied. I told them this was not the first time they had done something like this, and they said they would call back.

They called back and stated that they were unable to do Saturday, but could book me in for Thursday evening. I agreed and re-arranged my tire drop off. I got a call Thursday at mid-day stating that they would be unable to do this. I told them I needed my tires changed before the season changed. They said they would see what they can do.

As compensation for the cancellations, I was offered a free detailing and rebooking on Saturday, which they would complete my tire change, oil change, and the safety recalls affecting the Seltos' engine. I agreed.

On Friday they called and tried to cancel. I refused the cancellation, referencing back my previous times. I received multiple complaints from the service staffer that they were understaffed. I requested, once again, that they could source it to the other dealerships near me. They refused, and managed to 'squeeze' me in on Saturday after some back and forth arguing.

When the 'service' was completed on Saturday in October of 2021, I thought they were going to complete everything as expected. They did not charge me for the tire swap, but I also noticed they did not detail my car. When I enquired they said they didn't but had completed everything else.

Today, on March 11th, 2022 I received a call that there are recalls on my vehicle. When I inquired, they stated that they are the same recalls that were SUPPOSED to be fixed back in October. These are recalls having to do with the engine pistons and monitoring software in the engine to ensure that it does not go awry. This is software that is very important to the vehicle, as it indicates if there is a break in the piston that can cause the engine to fail and, as I read from the notice, possibly catch fire.

Overall, I am appalled that over the span of two years this dealership has still not fixed its service department.

Hopefully they progress in the future so that other customers do not need to experience this.

Brought my daughters car in for an engine noise. It was down 2 liters of oil. I did not know about it. They diagnosed it as needing a new engine but also did not put oil in it to diagnose it. She took it home thinking a new engine would be needed.

The next day it would not turn over. Seized? I don't think so. I removed the starter and checked it myself.starter was rubbing on flywheel. Replaced the starter with a new one and put 2L of oil in it and it stared right up with no noises. Driven 800 km since with no problems! Now she is afraid to drive it traded it in and it was resold in Hamilton. Wrong diagnosis? I have always dealt with Gordon and he was fantastic, but this new service manager has a very poor attitude.must be paid on volume of sales or they wanted me to buy another car

Drove the extra distance to visit KIA Stouffville because I had heard great things about this dealership. I wasn't disappointed. Lester and Juan helped us find the perfect car without making us feel rushed or pressured. I felt very comfortable buying a vehicle here and will definitely be back for our next vehicle. Since buying our car, Juan has been very diligent in following up, making sure we are enjoying the new car and addressing any service related questions. Amazing service, amazing staff. Although the car was fine, sales & service here is terrible. HUGE pressure (almost forced) to buy. Lots of hidden fees upon signing paperwork and picking up car. Received a “brand new 2020 car” that was dirty and had 200km already on it when it was supposed to have less than 90km. Hit with $200 extra charge on pick-up day with no explanation. Sales consultant was very passive aggressive. Go to a different dealership or avoid Kia altogether.

Well a bit of a drive from Whitby but well worth it. I called and Matt led me to James our sales rep! I was in a cast foot cast and my daughter 9 months pregnant the courtesy and valued feeling we felt. (note we were at another dealership previously) well we are the proud owner of a kia sole! Stopped by to get a recall and maintenance done. Gordon is a great service advisor he knew my car in and out. He was also very knowledgeable about new Kia products. My appointment was on time.
The waiting area is nice and clean. The dealer is bright and has a massage chair in the waiting area.
It's a bit tricky to get in to. Turn off Hwy48 on to Millard and then take the first left and drive to the end of the road.

Kia Stouffvile is one of the nicest Kia dealerships. The staff are all professional. I worked with Ariu personally, and he is very knowledgable and understanding of client's need, I must add that it was actually fun checking different options with him.
