Great store for finding clothes and toys for growing kids. Can’t beat the prices. The store is clean and well organized. The staff and owner are pleasant and very helpful.

Exactly what you would expect.
Cheaper than the other major thrift stores.

Second hand clothing catering to children specifically. Why bother with the hit and miss of various thrift stores? Just come here and I'm sure they will have clothes cheaper than the over priced Value Village & Talize.

They buy clothes and toys, but don't expect much.

Staff is extremely rude and unempathic. We drove almost an hour with our 3 month old to give her old clothes. The moment we entered the store and they saw us with bag full of clothes they shove on our face that it's 5: 02 so we won't accept anything. Although, it's nowhere mentioned explicitly. Once upon a child is 1000 times better and staff there is always welcoming with smile.

Definitely recommend checking this place out! The best place to get GOOD kids clothes, shoes, and toys at prices that fit a busy parent budget like mine. And great brand names too! We know kids grow so fast so purging and updating the wardrobe and toys is much easier with kid to kid. My kids love coming to this store to see their “friends” who work there. Everyone on staff is so helpful and kind. It’s great to see them upholding their standards of quality items coming in to the store so I know whatever I get is good quality, still works, and is helping the environment by reducing and reusing clothing and toy waste. 10 stars! Go check this place out!

Very bad experience. We were told to bring the stuff and when we took all stuff they started rejecting one by one items. They gave one hour time slot for buying. Their customer service was very slow and not friendly. I hope they will improve their customer service.

Don’t sell here. After calling to get all of the details, and having a lengthy conversation with them about the process, I spend 2 hours loading up my 3t-5t clothing as they requested, dropped off 6 bins packed full of lovely clothes, they rejected them all for not being this past 2 seasons of “fashion”. FASHION FOR CHILDREN’s second hand clothing I’m not sure should be their goal. This location is dead with no foot traffic at all. I see why now.

My daughter loved a specific outfit (a fuzzy cat pajama) she had gotten from Walmart, right up until she grew out of it. My husband has been checking Walmart's all over our area since they all used to have this item, but can't find it anymore and it's not online. We had recently resigned ourselves that we would not be able to replace it. We recently visited to take advantage of a great sale, and to our surprise, we found the outfit! New with tags and in her current size! My daughter is over the moon! Thanks Kid to Kid! You guys are always helpful and friendly!

This location offers tons of great quality items for babies, toddlers, youth and kids.
Toys, cribs, stroller accessories, books shoes new items and so much more!
Lots of parking spaces and super convenient location

So I’m not one to leave reviews on places but iv sold to kidtokid before & the most recent visit I had was not pleasant. I’m not 100% sure who I actually dealt with when I came in to pickup my return for the items but she wasn’t the friendliest & her smart comments about me maybe being more prepared next time. I know the rules of selling items to you guys & there is always other ways to tell people things then snarky remarks. Thanks for my 14$ return.

I will not be going back to this store and I do not recommend it. When my daughter and I visited the store, my toddler sat on one of the toy cars as most toddlers would. She was on it for about 2 seconds before 2 of the staff members were telling her to get off and stated “you can ride it if you buy it”. Not sure how I would even know if it was working without having pressed the on button…. I stayed for a couple minutes and left because I was quite uncomfortable. I think the owners would benefit from some customer service refreshers.

Great place to find some lightly used toys clothes and equipment for baby's, we come here often, prices are good.

I went here years ago and really disliked the experience. However, I went there today to sell some toys and look for winter boots and honestly it was such a positive experience. The store was clean and organized. Customer service was top notch. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

The owner Cheryl is out of this world in the way she runs her store - she is both helpful and goes above and beyond in all that she does.

I've always had really great experiences here.it's been a while since I've been in as I moved out of town. But now I'm back and planning to come in today!

I have been here a few times to sell my items and every time has been the same. Unprofessional and rude employees or possibly owner.
When my items were reviewed and added up I asked how it was priced and I was looked at like I had two heads. I had 4 items not a big deal to let me know how they were priced. I guess that's how they rip people off by not giving them a description of there items. They just give them a total.
The best for last! As I brought in a child's barbe remote car with a plug in I was told they don't except those, fare enough no problem:) as another women was in the store she told me she would buy it off me. I told her sure let me put it back in my car as I was going back there anyway to finish up here and I'll give it to her when i was finish since i would be long. She agreed. As I finished up at the desk I had jerk off comment that my total was what they have me plus what I made off the lady! Hahahah. So like i said they are rude and could care less how they talk to they customers. I did nothing wrong by excepting a sale from someone else, for something they dont take anyway. Clearly that bothered them that I made way more then they would have ever offered. And for the record it was exchanged outside:)

The staff was not friendly, not sure if they are volunteers but for paid employees they really don't like their job.

I like going for the books. Great prices. However the clothing is over priced for the quality. Faded and stained. You really have to dig to find acceptable items. When it first opened it was fantastic. Maybe quality control has become too relaxed?

I have never written a review before this, but I felt compelled today.
The selection was ok, but the completely unfriendly and rude staff made the shopping experience very unenjoyable. There were two women working there were surprisingly rude, as if all the women shopping there had offended them somehow. I overheard them saying rude things about a woman who was 9 months pregnant, and shopping there.
I will definitely not return, as there are many other baby/child consignment stores in the area with friendly and welcoming staff, who are keen to help out women with babies, and pregnant women.

Very friendly staff! I needed to grab a pair of boots after my son grew out of his over night and it was the only place I was able to get boots from at the time.

Hit my head as I walked into the "kid" door at night. There's no light outside and I grabbed the door knob and went in and the hinge of the short kids for went into my head. Staff didn't ask if I was ok but said "that happens all day" Well then fix it!

Excellent customer service and love that I can sell my kids clothes and buy name brand for way less

Staff could use a refresher in customer service and for a second hand store, some prices are very unreasonable.

OMG, I’m in love with this place, great stuff for my little ones, every time when I come I see so many new stuff selling, not just second hand light use, with great prices, I have just one comment, there was a guy he is working there and he keep telling me don’t let your kids put the toys out, I was ok sorry, it’s TOYS and every kid will play with it, I know he want to keep the place tide and no mess but my kids always they put back the toys on the shelf.anyways I RECOMMENDED for anything you want to buy for your little ones.
