Kidcrew is the best kids clinic and they do everything in their power to see you as soon as possible. I am usually able to find an appointment the same day! You cannot beat this! They are always caring, available and take their time to explain everything to you. I am chocked by the recent negative reviews that are in my opinion made up and do not reflect kidcrew! This place is a haven for parents that need care and services for their children. Dr Oluwatobi Agagu is an amazing doctor! We always feel deeply heard and cared for at every visit. We feel so lucky to be in her care! My kiddo always feels safe and happy to see her!

Kidcrew is the best! My five year old daughter always looks forward to visiting (even if she knows she has to have a needle!) and all the doctors and nurses genuinely love children.

Since Kidz Klinic in Trillium hopital Mississauga is closed now, Kidcrew is the best place to go. Staff is professional and doctors care for your concerns.

Incredibly disappointed with how difficult it has been to transfer my child's records to a pediatrician in our new city. After booking the appointment, to filling out the paperwork and e-transferring the fee, I've heard nothing. I've left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails.

This is seemingly my only option to get through to you.

The place is really set up to make kids feel comfortable, even the bathroom is equipped for toddlers.

I love kidcrew! I always get a same day or next day apt, very minimal wait times, office is huge, great play area and my kids LOVE Dr. Dina! ️highly recommend!

June 2022 Doctors at this location are amazing. 10 our of 5. Though, I will not be changing my review to 5 stars until the next visit to see if anything has changed towards the ridiculous waiting time periods and receptionist's (front line) attitudes towards parents.

We were grateful to find that Kidcrew was taking non-patients for sick, in person visits, especially on Boxing Day. The place looks amazing and the reception staff was friendly, however…

I was taken aback by the (literal) 3 minute “chat” with the doctor (because it didnt even feel like an assessment) and we left feeling rushed, confused and a bit neglected.

My child has had an eye infection for more than a week. The doctor came in, we explained the situation and she didn’t even bother to ask us questions or even lower to my child’s height to take a quick look at their eyes. She immediately said it was viral and nothing has to be done. It felt like we were being rushed out, before we left I had to ask if there was any special care we can take for it (since it’s the first time my child ever had an eye infection).

Is this how non-patients are normally treated? I feel like i got more information from calling Telehealth after than for doing an in-person visit

Our first visit to Kidcrew this week was great. We had fast booking, an efficient wait time (under 10 minutes) and a fantastic doctor. Despite having our own amazing pediatrician, we wouldn’t hesitate to return again when in need. It’s quite an amazing service. Many appointments available and so fast! Our experience was smooth and easy. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing team of doctors! I’ve yet to have a bad experience at Kidcrew. Their in person sick visits are a lifesaver. The pharmacy within the clinic is also fantastic.

To my understanding, my daughter has been a client of Kidcrew for 7 years. Now after having my second daughter only a few weeks ago - I inquired to have her as a client as well. I received an unfortunate email stating that my eldest daughter was in fact NOT a primary client of Kidcrew and both my children now have to find new pediatric care. I was informed “she was not registered with us for ongoing care nor has she had any routine visits at our clinic or received any vaccinations. ” Which is entirely untrue, we had registered my daughter and transferred all her files at the age of 8 and she had two vaccines in 2017 & 2018 which I provided documentation for. I desperately continued this conversation via email to learn more about the matter and see if there was anything we could do. The only replies I were given were “Unfortunately, we are not able to accept new patients for ongoing care at this time”. Not once was I informed about needing to re-register, OR that my daughter wasn’t a primary client. I am now left with needing to find care for BOTH my children and left in the dark with what happened with my situation. I’m feeling very dissatisfied and disappointed with how this was taken care of.

Dr. Kulik, Dr. Williams and the entire team at Kid Crew are excellent. They are making a huge dent in keeping the overrun ERs a little less full. My son is prone to croup when he gets sick and of course he started to get sick today. We called Kid crew and they saw us an hour later and got my son the meds he needed to hopefully keep him out of the ER for rescue treatment. Thank you for doing what you can for us desperate parents!

Thank you so much to kids crew for the help when my kids were sick. Appointments were made quickly after being requested. Every doctor I have dealt with have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have also been so kind and caring. The doctors listened to my concerns and helped out right away!

We love kid crew! Friendly and efficient staff. During the pandemic, staff and medication shortages, and this flu season, they had bad days, but with feedback, they have seen the problems and are working to improve the clinic. The pharmacy addition was well needed and so convenient! Overall, we are getting the best care for our children! Our superstar is Dr. Simone, we just trust her well educated opinion and love how she really cares!

Excellent care when kids need it most. Kidcrew has always been accommodating when my child needs to be seen. The doctors are professional, kind and always on time.

I’ve used virtual appointments a few times now and each time I was able to get an appointment within 24 hrs. Sure beats waiting in an ER or Walk-In clinic with a sick toddler! Each time the team was incredibly efficient in getting back to me and the doctors where all very professional and ensured all my questions where answered. I truly appreciate having this service available and thank the team for all they do to help our little ones.

I’ve been to kidcrew a handful of times with my two kids - both to see the paediatricians as well as specialists (physio, etc). I’ve had nothing but great experiences! I really appreciate that I can consult with a paediatrician without needing a referral, and without being a patient there. Thanks!

Dr. Dina has been my kids' doctor since they were born. She is amazing! We are always able to get same day appointments when the kids are sick and the staff is responsive and pleasant!

I’ve used kidcrew 3 times over the pandemic and each time was a positive experience. I’m grateful for their accessibility when I couldn’t get in touch with my daughters regular pediatrician. I actually spoke with the same doctor two out of the three times. That doctor even followed up when my daughter was very Ill. I did have to wait longer than expected for a call but it’s totally understandable given the weight on medical teams these days. They always followed through with a call. I’m grateful for Dr. Dina’s presence on Instagram and all the great advice during such unprecedented times. Thank you kidcrew

I used to love Kidcrew but my recent experience has made me upset. My kids doctor transferred to a new office and the medical records were supposed to be transferred for free if we submitted the forms before a certain time, which I did. Kidcrew lost my forms which I handed in person and now they want me to pay for something which isn't my fault. Getting them to send the records this past few weeks has been tedious. I have to keep postponing my kids appointments because their doctor is unable to access their records. This is ridiculous. Not good at all.

Very disappointing! My son was not feeling well and was exhibiting signs of diabetes, when I spoke to his pediatrician at kidcrew multiple times he dismissed my concerns and refused to see him because they are not seeing patients during Covid. I took my son to Sick Kids and he was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Very disappointed with this clinic and unqualified pediatrician who put my sons health in grave danger. Whole clinic operates with the midset of business and not healthcare facility that should be prioritizing patients and adressing health issues. I have no trust in them, we left the clinic and have switched to a different pediatrician that cares about his patients.

My daughter was a patient here for many years, then her Dr.moved. The new Dr.she was assigned told my 14 year old daughter she should lose weight - when I was not in the room with them! My daughter was still within the healthy range of BMI. Unacceptable to say to her. She is NOT overweight! Worst part is when I very respectfully reached out to the founder of the clinic, Dr. Dina, to tell her of our experience - she was completely dismissive. I was more disappointed in her response than even the original experience. We are not returning to Kidcrew. Such a shame.

I love kid crew! So we do not live in Toronto and getting into your doctor for same day is impossible and who wants to go to the emerg. There virtual clinic is life, the doctors have always been amazing, given amazing recommendation's, actually feel they care which is hard to come by these days. Plus the last virtual my doctor even set a follow up call to check in on my daughter post covid. So happy we have this service, I have used it to so much, we need more services like this

Used the virtual service for my daughter. Received the most incredible care I have ever had. The genuine concern, the follow up calls, from start to finish it was such an incredible experience. Dr. Davy truly cares for his patients well being and it really shows. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The doctor called me after 50 min of the scheduled time. She didn’t apologize for the delay and didn’t pay attention to what I was saying. For her, my son’s symptoms were completely normal. Luckily, I didn’t follow her recommendations. I took my son to ER and he had PNEUMONIA.

The doctor was incredibly caring and sweet and took the time to look into everything and call us back. She even offered to continue seeing my daughter if we needed help in the future. Very happy with them

We are not regular patients at Kidcrew, but twice have used their virtual appointments that are available to anyone. Both experiences were excellent and I was so grateful to be able to speak to a paediatrician promptly, as I was unable to make an appointment with my own doctor quickly enough.

My kids are not patients of this clinic but this Christmas I needed a paediatrician and they were there for me. It has been the worst week of my life and the doctors and staff were there for me. Helpful, thoughtful, caring and very knowledgeable. I don’t know what I would have done without them this week. True heroes! Thank you!

Got an email the morning I was leaving for my baby’s appointment that it was for the next day. Had I not glanced down at my phone I would have travelled there with no available appointment. Whoever booked my appointment gave the wrong day and date. Not impressed with staff.

Amazing service! Booked a virtual appointment at 11 pm on a Friday, spoke with a super helpful Dr (Dr Loovere) on Saturday morning. So convenient, so helpful. Thank you Kidcrew!

We recently left Kidcrew after about 7 years. Partly this was because we moved across town, but we would've stayed if there had been any incentive. There wasn't: even though Dr. Kulik has seen all of our kids for several years, she never really seemed to know who they are or have any detailed sense of their history. Appointments were always rushed and her advice perfunctory. Over the years we didn't feel that there was any continuity of care. More recently, esp.in the wake of COVID-19 Dr. Kulik seems to be trying to be an internet-celebrity doctor. We've seen some of her online videos about the virus and in these she mostly seems interested in sowing panic (repeatedly telling viewers that she's "really scared" of the virus, which just doesn't seem like the kind of language a medical professional is supposed to use) and casting doubts on the vaccines (again-seems like an unprofessional approach). It's hard to get a paediatrician in this city and Kidcrew seems to take on huge numbers of patients, and I'm sure if you end up there it'll be basically fine (fortunately our kids never had anything seriously wrong with them so we never really put the place to the test), but I would go in with very low expectations-and avoid her internet videos!

So happy I found Kidcrew. This is the best clinic for kids. Never disappointed the staff is always very friendly and the doctors are the best, 100% recommended.

Kidcrew has eased my mind when it's hard to access our family doctor. They're always prompt and thorough. The doctors I've met have been very friendly and provided good follow up.

The KidCrew facility is a fantastic place to bring your children for medical needs. The facility is well run and now offers many great virtual options in the wake of COVID-19. The staff are friendly and the wait times are never long as this facility is run like a well oiled machine. Dr Dina Kulik and her team put patients and their families first and you will not regret an experience at KidCrew.

Best experience ever. I am very delighted by the services I received. Dr Till Davy is a superhero.i attended virtual clinic as my son had high fever.he calmly listened a worried mum's concern and explained me everything. He himself followed me to know about my son's health. Hez very knowledgeable and concerned about his patients. I 100% recommend to every parent especially in this pandemic where u can't go outside but can get expert advice by the phone.

The Kidcrew flu shot clinic experience could not have been better. The place was spotless, the staff friendly and we were in and out for our appointment in under 10 minutes.

We have been fortunate to be clients of Dr. Kulik's' for over 3 years now. She has done an incredible job planning and overseeing such an innovative paediatric clinic. Not a single detail has been overlooked. We have such confidence in Dr. Kulik's evidence based approach to paediatric care, she has a wealth of knowledge to share and it's delivered with an empathetic manner. Each and every interaction we have had with any admin staff, nurse or physician at Kidcrew has always been wonderful.

Most recently my son attended Kidcrew's flu clinic. We were in and out in 5 mins. The entire process was incredibly seamless. As expected all Covid protocols were followed and our nurse was ready with a dinosaur sticker for my brave little dino to take with him.

We love kidcrew. Always professional, always an easy place to take the kiddo for all our medical needs. The flushot clinic was a breeze!

It was great. The only thing I’m wondering is why kindercare are offering flu shots to all children not just those 6 and under and Kidcrew are not. I brought my two girls but my son (11 y/o) couldn’t get vaccinated.

I don’t know if the elevators are taken out of service due to COVID or they were temporarily down. What would have been helpful are instructions to get in and out of the garage. Everything Elise was really well done. Thank you.

We love KidCrew! It's a great clinic, clean and spacious unlike many doctor's offices. It has great doctors and allied health professionals like physiotherapists, breastfeeding consultants and dieticians. We love Dr. Erin Maszczakiewicz, she's super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Everyone in the clinic are very engaged and they send a lot of material to educate parents which helps relieve anxiety and concerns especially to new parents like us.

I have been taking my son here for immunizations (2 and 4 month), Dr Dina is great (though she seems always in a rush, which I understand since she’s very busy), nurses are very friendly and helpful. However, the front desk is a total opposite, not so friendly. One thing I don’t understand is, on their website they said they offer services to everyone, but when I tried to book an appointment for my son’s 6 month immunization they said I have to go somewhere else?

Kidcrew is such an amazing facility. Dr. Dina is a wonderful doctor, when I have any health concerns about my children, I am confident they are always in the best hands. I have used the after hours clinic at Kidcrew as well and have always had a great experience with every doctor my children have seen. I don’t think I have ever waited longer than 15 minutes for appts. I feel so blessed to have my children seen by such wonderful and experienced paediatricians.

My husband and I have been talking with Dr. Till Davy for the past week in regards to out son. We have been so happy with the care that we have received. He is prompt with the emails back and seems to really care about the outcome of outlr son. So happy to have found this place as we have moved and are in the middle of switching Doctors (who was not available for appointments). Thank you again Doctor!

I’m so disappointed in this office.
I understand everyone is taking precautionary efforts to avoid the spread of covid, but having contestant phone conversations and pictures over the same issue and refusal of in office screening was so frustrating, considering other offices have opened the in office visits.
My son has such severe dry skin and all they could tell me OVER the phone was that it was ezcema, and kept prescribing me more and more steroid topical creams. I request blood work to be done and the doctor came back withg looks perfect. I requested a copy of the blood results and took it somewhere else turns out everything was not okay. My son was having an allergic reaction and also had a entire body skin fungal bacterial disease, something they would have known if they just allowed me to come in after countless emails of begging to come in so someone could physically see the damage on his skin.
I also want to add that even before covid I never felt any warmth from any of the doctors here, it was always just routine for them, another swipe of the OHIP card. It’s a shame, I really wanted to love this place because it’s so close to me but I will MOST DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK!

My toddler loves coming here at Kidcrew for his check ups and shots. It is so welcoming and the staff is super nice. I'm glad I found this place for my kids.

Our 6 month old had her first visit at Kidcrew for a check up and vaccines and the experience was wonderful. Everyone we came into contact with was warm and friendly. Our experience was day and night from past appointments at other offices. Not only did we feel the difference but our daughter was interacting with everyone. We were lucky to see Dr Erin Maszczakiewicz. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions all while interacting with our baby. Thank you Kidcrew for putting our babies health first and making venturing out feel normal in this unprecedented time.

The place is really nice and has a little playplace for kids entertainment but, from the moment I walked in the lightskin girl at the desk came off really rude and ignored me, the second secretary was on the phone (understandable) and the third one seem to be filing something.
So I stood there and a couple walks in and the light skin Secretary with the curly highlighted hair quickly helps them. I eventually was helped by another.
We finally seen dr.k and I did not feel welcomed, did not acknowledge my son, did not try to advise me on steps needed to be taken nothing. Not even a smile. Nothing.
I will never be going there again and will inform people I know to not support this office.

It's an okay place that large and filled with parents and children. There is a play area, children tablets and plenty of seating. There is a wait time even if you arrive on time for your appointment, then a 0-10 minute wait time to speak with the doctor.

The clinic is clean and with play area for kids which lightens up any sick kid.
The front office staff were very friendly.
Loved the ambience. I was very happy to.meet Dr. Erin she cleared all my doubts.advised us the steps to follow and throughly checked my 5 year old kid.i am so happy and lucky to have her as my peditrician.

I really like this clinic. Our peds is Dr. Hershenfield and he's one of the most knowledgeable, caring, kind and patient doctors I've ever met; without looking at our kid's chart, he'll remember something that happened a year ago and ask you follow-up questions based on that. Due to the volume of patients doctors see on a daily basis, it's hard for them to remember situations, overall, we're very blessed to have him.

Also, I love some of the nurses, especially Cheska and a student nurse Elaine-they quickly knew how to cheer up my kid when he was getting his routine shots! The ladies at the front desk are also nice, polite and professional.

Dr Dina is amazing, always actively listening to my concerns as a parent and is great with kids. The kidcrew office is very convenient with having everything under one roof. All my four kids have their medical needs taken care of here and I love it. The staff here are also great keep up the good work guys we appreciate you.

The best ever clinic for kids! Every appointment is on time, no time is wasted, the facilities are incredibly comfortable, there are little things for kids. Most importantly Dr Kulik a mom of 4 has practical advice that works on anything a parent may need. For over a year our daughter, who just turned three, wanted me to spend time putting her to sleep and also would wake up and come to me in the middle of the night. All this was resolved in literally one evening! It is hard to believe. Thank you Dr Kulik for amazing tips about how kids learn. It really works!

Dr dina kulik is amazing and I would highly recommend her to family and friends when my son was younger I new something wasn’t right he had another doctor at the time one who didn’t care so I had enough and that’s when I went to dr dina right away with no hesitations Did everything to get answer with in a couple months my son was told he was autistic and I’m so thankful to have her part of our lives my children look forward to their appointment at Kidcrew and that’s when you know u have a great doctor
We drive 1 hour and 45 minutes and would drive even longer if we had too

Wish I could give them like a 3.9 but not possible. Reasons for me not giving them a 5. Their receptionists are a hit or miss at this office depending who you get. Times I have gone either super nice or there were 2 ladies that seem miserable and one when you talk you don't get acknowledged the other was just very rude and would brush you off like if you were in her way, these have been on different occasions thankfully. Next is the they offer specialists for all different kind of things which would be great but the sport specialist should either be removed or they should coordinate. This is the second time I have been sent to see this dr. The first time for my daughter it took over 1 month which is ok. But now my son has been referred and its hitting the 2 month mark and they haven't bothered to make an attempt to schedule as I even wrote them an email and the answer was they need to wait for December schedule. It is now one week away and no calls and I did let them know my son is in pain and we have been waiting for their clinic since the ped told me to see the specialist there. Don't offer a service if it can't be filled within a reasonable time and forget about your patients. I have been holding off as I like my son's ped but this is not acceptable.

Fantastic medical/allied health clinic. My two kids (3 & 5 y.o) always feel comfortable here because the staff are so friendly and the environment/atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The waiting room is full of happy kids. They are quite good with being on time. They also offer after hour services. I would recommend this place unequivocally.

We love Dr. Kulik! She is so pleasant and has good bedside manners! Setting up appointments even same day ones are so easy because the staff are so efficient and helpful.:) So glad my 2 daughters have her as their doctor.

My family dr.referred my son there and I’m so happy she did. The place is nice, and front staff are good and polite. My son has been seen mostly by dr. Erin and she’s amazing, you can tell that she truly loves her job and children. We had to go there urgently once and since dr Erin wasn’t available they booked us an appointment with dr Thevarajah and I didn’t like her approach at all. Other than that I’m very satisfied.

This is my second time with "doctor "Thevarajah. Both experience are horrible. She has no patient with kids and no bedside manner as doctor. She can't do a simple kid ear check.she is heartless with children. This is great clinic and a lot of great staff. However, Dr Thevarajah is absolutely disqualified to work here.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Do not care about the health of my newborn, and let their own prefilled form prevent him from receiving the treatment he needs.

Dr. Dina Kulik is the best doctor I could ask for. She is thorough, kind, compassionate, patient and never makes me feel silly for asking the rookie questions! I feel blessed to have her as my daughter's doctor.
