Very thorough explanation and plan for kids teeth. I admire how they speak to the kids and includes them in all discussions. So friendly!

I took my 3 year old for his second appointment and the hygienist Ashley was very nice and positive! She answered all my concerns and communicated with patience. Dr. Carol came after and you can tell she had experienced working with kids. Thank you for all the staff ！ The best thing here is that they do direct billing with your insurance company so I didn’t have to pay upfront unlike my own dental place. I will definitely be bringing my second toddler here.

Staff are kind! The dental assistance and dentist were great in handling my 21 month old daughter - making her feel comfortable. They were very thorough on explaining her dental needs.

I went here today for a check up for my 4 yrs old daughter and found the service to me so so from the dentist and front desk around lunch time. I felt things were rushed and we had to wait 30 mins for the dentist to come talk us after the hygienist examined my daughter’s teeth. The service felt like a walk in clinic for dental. The front desk only give 1 toy and 1 ice cream per child when I asked if my daughter can have more. They end up billing me $400 for X-ray and having my daughter teeth extracted. I didn’t find the front desk to be that friendly & would not come back here again. The service at Vaughan Children Dentistry is a lot better from the staff to the actual dentist whom we felt were on time with appointment and took time to talk to us. My husband also felt the service here is just so so from the staff and dentist also when he took my 2 kids here a few times. I will be looking for a better paediatric dental office close to home in Markham area that will provide better service and more personalized.

They are very professional and helpful, my son was always afraid of going to the hospital or the dentist, the nurses and doctor did a great job comforting him, definitely a five star.

Hygienists Kim and Sam were amazing with my 2 young daughters. Both were patient, kind, and friendly, making my 5 and 2.5 year old feel comfortable even through some of their anxious moments. Thank you!

We always have such a positive and care-filled experience with Kids Dental. Both of my children look forward to seeing the folks who care for their dental health. I cannot say enough good things!

They told me that they needed to reschedule my appointment as they would not have enough time to do both cleaning and extractions within the original appointment time. And they called on the SAME day of the appointment. I don't understand why they scheduled that date and time when I booked the appointment? The solution doesn't seem professional. They suggested me to do the cleaning first and do the extraction in 2 weeks when they have time. I asked if I could do extraction at the original appointment and do the cleaning later and they said no. Well, if someone needed to do the extraction, they usually cannot wait for 2 weeks. I hope their booking system can work better next time and do not waste the time for both parties.

They messed up with bookings and notified me on the appointment day that the extraction cannot be done at the original time. The doctor can only do that if we can come at 10: 40am and it was 9am when we received the call. I know the doctor’s time is valuable, and so does a regular working family with young kids.

I used to take my son to a dentist in TO, but after moving to Stouffville I had to sadly move him to a place closer to home. Fortunately this story has a happy ending. The staff at this location are very patient and kind, they always remember that they’re working with kids, so they accommodate their patients very well. Kids can watch their favourite tv show while having their teeth cleaned, they get to pick ice cream or a prize at the end of their session and things like that. So far, everything has been great. We go there every 3 months and the check ups have been careful and thorough.

This place is always awesome with our child. They are very kind, gentle and thorough.

The only challenge is that they are always very busy.so, plan accordingly.

Highly recommend, it was the best experience I could have hoped for for my daughter's first visit to the dentist. Very kid-centred and the staff were amazing.

I had an awesome experience at the Stouffville location! From the moment I first walked in and until the moment I left, it was an extremely comfortable experience. Everyone that I had a chance to speak with and encounter had the perfect combination of having a great personality and being extremely professional. Throughout every step of the process, each team member happily answered all my questions and concerns without ever making me feel as if I was a bother. I recommend coming here regardless if whether you are an adult, or if you are bringing your kids - you can expect to leave your appointment knowing that you were taken care of in good hands, and that you will always be welcomed for your next visit.

We had an amazing first experience with Kids Dental Group. We were looking for a place that felt a bit more intimate than some of the larger organizations we had met with. The team here made us feel welcome and very at home.

They are great with my children, we have been seeing them for years. The dental appointment is designed to make children feel comfortable. The office is also designed for young children in mind. All of the the team members do a fantastic job making my kids comfortable.

From the moment you walk into Kids Dental Stouffville you just know this is the right place! Starting from the front desk, to meeting Mari (who is fabulous), to seeing the cool set up and then meeting Dr. A (who is a hoot and just as fabulous!), this all made the situation all that much better! My daughter was terrified of walking in but they all made her feel comfortable and at ease! In fact, we have decided that this with also be her new Paediatric Dentist! My son requires ortho and I feel confident this is the right fit for him as well! And they serve ice cream! Ice cream after your appointment! Now only if they saw adults for dentistry? Thank you all! The team at Kids Dental Group is definitely one of a kind. Everyone we encountered at the office has been wonderful. They are great with kids and as a parent with many questions and concerns, I am confident my child will get the best care to correct his dental issues. My kids loving seeing the team at KDG. They're always excited to have their appointments all together. The team does a great job making each of them feel special. Their favourite part is the frozen yogurt at the end.

I've been bringing my kids here for years and they love it. The staff is well trained, there are tvs in the ceiling to keep kids distracted while being worked on. They also have a wonderful rewards program in place for when kids bring in homework and test scores with A's.

My son and Daughter have been coming to this office for a few years after my oldest would not even open his mouth at the previous office! The staff are always super attentive and caring. Our last visit with Dr. Zee Leah and & Amanda we even got to meet Mango! The Kids were so excited. Thank you!

Today was my time first at Kids dental group, I took my niece for her cleaning appointment where Chantal did her cleaning and gave her a quick reminder of how to brush properly. When you walk in the office is very clean and well organized, I love waiting area with all the toys for the children. The staff was very friendly and polite. Thank you guys

My neighbour referred me to Kids Dental in Stouffville and I’m so glad I took her up on it. My 2 girls now age and 6 and 8 have been going for a couple of years and they actually don’t mind going (who really loves going to the dentist!). The entire staff is phenomenal and I highly recommend taking your children to Kids Dental as well.

Dr. A and Dr. Lee will make your orthodontic experience fun, easy, and stress-free. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and all the other lovely staff in the office. You're always welcome to some ice cream or a prize and you'll always be greeted with a smiling face.

I was referred here for my 3 year old for a decayed tooth and LOTS OF ANXIETY! The Customer service was TERRIBLE! First they sheduled him for a routine cleaning rather then the consult we had discussed. The person had NO recall of our phone conversation and when I expressed his anxiety they told me "its just a cleaning he shouldn't be nervous" (this was over the phone) following this when I showed up to the appt the office was in complete chaos. Toys and staff everywhere discussing personal information in waiting room. Toys were unclean. Finally when it was time to go into our appointment they became very focused on money despite having 100% benefits! I have never been treated so terribly by a dental office! I highly suggest going else where as they have no care for their patients! Espeically a young 3 year old who had only been to the dentist one other time!

We've been clients of Kids Dental Group - Stouffville for about 5 years now. We have used both their dental and orthodontic services for our children. They focus their care on the well being of their patients. I appreciate how they interact with my kids (making them comfortable and asking for their input). Their orthodontic team demonstrates professional judgment that has been exemplary - focusing primarily on the health aspects of care and not emphasizing the aesthetics. I would recommend them to any family.

After visiting several offices and being unsuccessful we were worried there was no hope. Our 5 year old would not even sit in the chair at the other offices. Dr. Zee and our hygienist Leah were amazing. We even got xrays.

Amazing.love the charm of the building- it feels like you're at home.our sons first visit went wayyy better than we had expected he would do.our assistant leah gave us lots of info on how to take care of his teeth and even sang songs so he wouldn't cry.the doc was patient and kind.we will be bringing in our daughter next week.
