We use it daily! Battery lasts for about an hour and a half before it starts to go slow.
Assembly took about an hour by myself, not as bad as I expected. In the end, we love it.

Ordered the f450 for my daughter, worked great for almost a year. Now it has no control over the speed and is dangerously fast for a kid now. She is scared of it now and refuses to drive it. Constantly asks when I'm going to fix it.

I emailed kids on wheelz twice. Finally got a response. They seemed very helpful at first, when I told them the issue they told me to take a picture of the mother board. It's under the hood is all they said. I sent them many photos and now almost 3 weeks of silence from them, not returning my voicemails or texts (even though the voicemail says we will respond faster to a text) I am stuck with a toy my daughter loved and will no longer ride on cause it's too fast for her.

When I ordered it was delayed time and time again, they can't find my original order. Place is a joke.

I'm still not sure if this is a legitimate business or not. Ordered a RC car and then no feedback. I tried e-mail, sms, online chat and calling and there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Ended up requesting a refund via the credit card company. Save yourself the hassle and don't order from this place.

FRAUD, I don’t know how they have any reviews that are good. Order things never received them, never got a response. Had to file fraud through my bank. STAY AWAY

Customer service called to notify me there was a truck leaving for my province the following day. I got my order placed and within a few days it showed up. Very happy with the product so far! The kids (1.5 and 6) are absolutely loving it!

The worst experience I’ve ever had with any purchase. I did not even recieve a reciept that should of been emailed when I purchased the Jeep. After spending $700 we had to assemble the Jeep which took 4 hours, month later battery died!
To this day I have not been able to get in touch with anyone, they won’t answer the phone and there is absolutely no assistance how to get the Jeep fixed.
Do not order from this place, most unprofessional company.

WARNING: I placed an order in Nov and I have not received the order. They will not respond to calls/emails/messages other than to say “we will look into it”. Then nothing. Currently working with my credit card company to resolve this.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone.

We purchased one of the ride on vehicles. While still under warranty, the car stopped working. We phoned and emailed the company, and they acted as if they were going to help us with the issue. They told us that they would send a new motherboard, which they assumed would fix the issue. The new motherboard never came. I’ve tried emailing and calling numerous times to discuss the issue further, but they are ignoring every effort I make to contact them.

I tried contacting our credit card company to dispute the charge but the timeline has passed. I tried looking into the BBB, but see now that they’re not accredited (which does not surprise me whatsoever).

Please don’t purchase from this company. They should be shut down with what I’ve read for reviews on them.

Do not use this company. There is zero customer service. Spent weeks trying to get answers and tracking info. No one answers emails or phone. DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH YOUR MONEY

The worst customer service ever. This company is dishonest and unreliable. I wish I has read the reviews before I made my purchase. They lied about shipping my product. I contacted shipping company and even they had no record of any shipment from them. When I called the company and told them they said the shipping company’s are busy. Like I said, liars. Save yourself the stress and look somewhere else for your product.

As per your response. It was delivered TODAY. Not a while back. You stated it was shipped December 1st. Canpar stated otherwise.

One star is too much! Our jeep monster we purchase in February (only used a handful of times) stopped working and I’ve been trying to contact customer service for months with no reply! No one ever answers the phone, responds to texts or answer chat/emails! Whatever you do - purchase directly from the manufacturer not kids on wheels!

Do not order from Kids On Wheelz! We placed an order which was more than $1000.00 one month ago and we have not received the item! Contacted the company through out the course of the month and have not received any follow up until we threatened to contact our credit card company and report them as fraud. They then updated their tracking system to say “shipped” but failed to provide a tracking number or information on when it will be received. Made other attempts to get shipping information and still no reply. We will definitely follow through with our credit card company and report this transaction and the company!

Absolutely the worst service and experience! It’s businesses like these that give small business a bad rep, and make customers hesitant to order online. We should have taken the Amazon rout and paid the extra 150 for shipping:/

I wish I could post zero stars. I have been trying to get parts for our dune buggy which is rendered useless. 1000.00 for a dust collector because it malfunctioned after my son used it maybe 10 times. They made it seem like they would send parts then just ignored our calls and emails. I was really hoping they would do the right thing now I just have a child who is sad every-time he sees it in the garage and it’s not available to him because it’s broken. So sad when business don’t care about their customers

Horrible customer service. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company. The toy car I purchased arrived months late to start, it came with a broken motor for the wheel. Took months of emails to finally get a response and then months again to receive the part. My son was able to ride the car for a few weeks before the snow came dispite me ordering it in April. Battery quit charging that fall. Now both wheel motors have stopped working and the car will only run for 10 minutes before needing to be charged again. If I could return this POS and get my money back I would. PLEASE BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company is not worth the headache. I've been emailing them since spring to get new motors and have gotten no where with this company.

Regret pre order Lux 4 seaters wagon at Kidsonwheelz. I did preorder in March which is going to be delivered in April. This store made a transaction right away $1300 but they never shipped one. It seems this store made many customers pre_order more than their stocks and took money then they Never send ones. Other stores have the stocks right now so I can order and receive one right away. But this store kept my $1300 and do not want to make a refund. Poor customer service. They would answer you quickly when you are looking for an item, but totally changed when they made your credit card transaction. If you want a wagon for summer, Pre order in this store is fraud. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I made an order 4 weeks ago since I was making orders for my daughters birthday. I’ve ordered several other items from other companies the same day and they had all gotten to me in less than two weeks however I was getting skeptical because this was my biggest purchase and I had heard nothing except that they happily took my money. I then started emailing, calling, sending them messages on Facebook as well as instagram. Each time they take days to reply and say that another department will look into it for me and get back to me. It seems like they are trying to buy themselves time for whatever reason. I want my money back and no one from this company is willing to help. Awful customer service, this company is clearly a fraudulent company with tons of fake reviews. Time to start investigating this company because there’s some sketchy stuff going on. Give people their money back. And if you don’t have the products in stock, it should be clearly stated on your website. It seems to be the same story with every complaint. “Package gets lost, then they try to resend it and nothing ever comes” again buying themselves time for whatever reason. The scam is up! We have got kids on wheelz BMW baby walkers for our 1-year-old son. It is such a special toy for our baby, he loves to roam around the house in his car. It is a great product for months old babies and very affordable.

I ordered a birthday gift and they said it would be delivered on Monday and then, they said it would be delivered on Tuesday from 10-5 pm. And I tried to reach out to them but could not. I am constantly trying to reach them via chat pop-up window. A representative comes and answers the same thing again and again and leaves the chat without listening to what I am trying to say. They said the driver is stuck in traffic and they can't control the traffic, but the order status states that it is awaiting fulfillment. And also there is no place of cancelling the order.

We have purchased from Kids on Wheelz two times now. We got a ride-on car a few months ago and we just got the wonderfold 4-person wagon for our kids! Both times I’ve had zero issues with kids on wheelz. They respond in a timely manner and their customer service is great! Their estimated time for delivery was right on time! I will continue to refer them to all my friends and family and will continue to buy from them. They are our go to for ride on cars for sure!

For twins, searching a push and pull stroller was a big task. Thanks to kids on wheelz amazing product that keeps my kids happy while traveling in pull & push double stroller wagon.

I would! Initially when placing our order it took weeks before I could even get an answer from anyone as to when our daughter's Jeep was going to be delivered. After calling, texting and emailing numerous times.we finally received our daughter's Christmas gift. Unable to use it until the snow was all gone away.we finally set it up and our little girl loved it. A few weeks ago (after only using the Jeep a handful of times in the yard) the front part of the jeep started to smoke and a fire had started WHILE our child was driving it. We Immediately reached out to the company via numerous phonecalls, leaving multiple voicemails and text messages with yet again. NO response.
The Jeep is a fire hazard and after spending 700+ dollars on it I would expect a phone call back regarding an explanation, what to do next and a refund on this hazardous product.

DON'T waste your money and this establishment together. The customer service is awful! There is no customer service really. This product could have seriously harmed and and injured my child and I would like someone to get back to me with a solution.

We have ordered a baby walker from this website and its exactly the same as shown on the website. The best thing about this product is well defined space for kids accessories. It also contains a private section for diaper change.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I was told 10 days when I ordered till it would be delivered. Kept getting the run around with getting a tracking number. Two months later the bike finally showed up. After roughly two weeks of my son riding the bike both bikes have now failed. They are refusing to answer calls, texts or emails.
Bike is usable and unable to get parts.

Promised me that they would ship it our "next week" or they are speaking with "supplier" and then would never reach back to me.

Ordered my Ninebot June 29 2021, almost 1 year ago! Was promised over and over again that they will ship it to me. Cant seem to get a refund or delivery date, just we are generic email "working with the supplier we will get back to you shortly. " And then they ghost me. Do not reply to email, and phone calls.

I tried to go to their physical location, and there is no store!

We purchased our Wonderfold Wagon from KidzOnWheels & I have to say, hands down from start to the end we had a great experience. Going in, I had so many questions and they answered all my concerns until the very end when I received my stroller/wagon. I always managed to reach them via email or through a call back even tho I’m out of province. I will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family and I myself, will definitely shop here again! Thanks for everything!
