Brooke Santos, our salesperson, was incredible. We are thrilled with the vehicle, but it really is the service we received from Brooke that will bring us back to Kieswetter Mazda when it comes time to purchase our next. Throughout this process, everything from the financing to the vehicle features to the insurance changeover was so thoughtfully explained by Brooke that it made this the easiest, most stress-free experience.

Kim, Craig, Mark, and the rest of the team is so friendly and helpful! Each person I interacted with was genuinely interested in making this a good experience. I highly recommend this location to purchase your next vehicle!

Great customer service from Nick D, from my first encounter with him on the phone to meeting him in person, to follow-ups, courteous and was patient answering my many questions, he provided quotes for financing, and took time to explain the features of the vehicle I was interested in (see picture here, such a great car), without any pressure on me.

Though I ended up not closing a deal (due to an unforeseeable event), I'd definitely recommend Keiswetter Mazda, Kitchener and especially NICK as sales consultant.

Will surely come back to make my car purchase when my situation allows.

Kim, Finance Manager was also great and understanding.

My experience at Kieswetter was exceptional. From Brooke in sales to Kim in finance and Craig in Management the respect and consideration was tremendous. I clearly see the difference between a family dealership and the Mega corporations who now control most of the retail automotive industry. Talk to them first is my advice.

Talked to Mr. Harold, sales manager. Was very rude and racist. Didn’t respond properly to my questions by having a prejudiced mind. He mentioned he had sales experience of 33 years which was not evident at any point. Should be trained on how to give a good customer service.

This past weekend I picked up my brand new CX-5 and I couldn't be happier! Trisa and Kim at Kieswetter were absolutely amazing to work with, as well as all of the other wonderful individuals at the customer service desk and throughout the dealership. I was treated with respect and courtesy every visit. Trisa was very patient, answered all my questions, and wasn't a pushy salesperson like you might find at another dealership. I'll be happy to purchase from Kieswetter again in the future!

My first ever dealing with Kieswetter Mazda was a joy. Their staff is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I own a Kia and a Mazda and have been going to dealerships for service for about 8 years; and have dealt with them all over GTA/KW area but this is the best customer service I've ever received. I'm not from Kitchener/Waterloo area but I'll come to Kieswetter Mazda from now on.

I took my vehicle in yesterday for maintenance and Tony the rep I dealt with was excellent. I was kept informed all thru the process and they always asked before they went ahead with any work. They provided me with an uber to and from work and even washed my 'vehicle. I highly recommend Mazda service!

Had my 2019 Mazda 3 in for it's 5th service. Service is always courteous, friendly and to the point. Staff explained everything to me clearly and I never feel like they are doing unnecessary work or charging for same. Always pleased with the service. Great job!

Did a check up on my daily here. Service was great, whether you have an old beater or a spanking new whip, you'll be greated with top quality customer service. Office space is also well kept and comfortable waiting areas if you need to stick around.

Changed the rear rotors and pads on July 21st. After 16,000 of highway driving the rotors are showing irregular creasing and damage. The warranty covers up to 20,000km (so its still under warranty). Met with service manager Dave. He wouldn't acknowledge that rotors are showing disproportionate wear and tear which shouldn't be happening this early. Very dishonest and dismissive. This dealership will charge you arm and leg for service, labour and parts. Once you bring about a legitimate concern they blow you off like nothing. Rod Henry is the fakest "nice guy" you will ever meet over in service. His high pitch voice is highly irritating. Its safe to say I will not be returning this dealership, which is a shame as they lost a customer who spent lots of money and maintained their car regularly. Stay away from this dealership like the plague.

This past weekend I replaced my daily driver with the help of the amazing people over at Kieswetter Mazda! My old vehicle had over 400,000km and didn't have long left. Their friendly and helpful staff, particularly Trisa Kapetaneas (Sales & Leasing Consultant), got me into a great new vehicle as fast as possible! Moreover, they got me into the right vehicle for me, a vehicle I had been wanting and recommending to others for years.the Mazda CX-5. Kieswetter Mazda has absolutely gained my customer loyalty, and I know that many years and many kilometers down the line, I will be back for another new vehicle. If you are considering a new car or SUV, I highly suggest you give Kieswetter Mazda and their superb staff a visit! You won't regret it!

I met Trisa and the team at Kieswetter Mazda after an unfortunate confrontation with a deer. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism through out the process.
Attention to detail and customer service was evident at every step. Not to say the very pleasant demeanor throughout the deal.

Only disappointment were the bathrooms, the floor was very dirty, but probably from people going in, washing their hands and dripping water on the floor.

Amazing service from Kieswetter Carstar on my repair job to my front fender. Even with the current shipping delays on most products (including car parts), the staff were able to meet the expected diary date for pickup. The car literally looks brand new even though it is a 2016. This may in part be due to the fact that they also did a full detailing of the interior and exterior of the car.

This is the second time I've taken my car for damage repair at Carstar and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought, kitted out, and now have had first service on my 2021 CX5 and I really could not be happier with a dealership that I have been with Kieswetter. They do everything they can to make you feel welcome and make sure you get what you need and understand everything that's been done or needs doing. The sales and service staff are all friendly and professional and know their stuff. The facility is clean and modern and full of nice Mazdas to look at. And I love the vehicle itself.

We have had great experiences with Kieswetter Mazda (Kitchener Ont) sales and service. Service has always been completed on time. The service department has a number of good safe COVID precautions in place. Better to be safe than sorry! This last visit we purchased new snow tires and rims (pressure sensors + hubcaps too) for our Mazda3. Our purchase was based on a pamphlet sales offer I received from them on a previous service visit. I checked the pricing at other places and was surprised to find that Kieswetter price at worst was still a bit lower than the other lowest price I could find. So a great price PLUS this way I got all original Mazda parts (beyond the Michelin tires). The process to make an appointment was fast and painless. I arrived on time, and the work was completed within 5 minutes of the promised time. The end price was exactly as advertised and quoted again prior to starting the work. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. Every time I have had our car in for any kind of service, they have always also washed my car for no extra charge (nice touch!). I made this review voluntarily after receiving an email request from Kieswetter Mazda asking if I might comment on my recent service experience. None of our family and/or friends work for Kieswetter or Mazda. This was our first Mazda and we are pleased with our purchase and after sales service from Kieswetter Mazda.

I was very pleased to be able to book a service appointment that was within a week of my calling. The cost was estimated in advance and was reasonable, with an additional cost of a needed engine air filter. The service was completed in a timely fashion and my car presented with a good car wash.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable, detailed and punctual during my recent purchase of a CX-5! He called me to schedule my test drive after submitting online at night and called at 9: 20am the next morning (20 mins after opening)! Then he allowed me to discuss what I was looking for and how he could help me. He was very good at explaining what made Mazda and the CX-5 different from the competitors. He was very well organized and talked me through the purchase after I had made my decision as well as at pick up! He even called a week after purchase to follow up and answer any questions I might have! Thank you Mark for making this purchase as painless as possible!
