Beautiful trails for walking.incredible bridges, the park is very well maintained.even in bad weather there will be an opportunity to pass along the trails.paths on both sides of the road and the lake.you can walk for hours.

It was a very calm and beautiful place, you can see and listen to the plethora of birds here! Very few people, clean places. Best for cycling

Basketweave of trails that are easy to walk, some are blazed and others are a wee leap of faith first time out. Lots of birding potential near the river. Some party or homeless camp remnants.

Nice but path needs repairs as tree roots are lifting up the pavement a d making it dangerous for biking, the elderly and the handicapped

It's an awesome place to go walking, jogging, cycling, introspecting and more. It's peaceful with birds, deer, the ducks in the river and the occasional Canadian geese flying above in deep conversation. The fall colours are out of this world and the winter snow has a charm of its own. I love this place.
