AWFUL experience with this company. They lied about the cost of the insurance I had quoted over the phone. They said it was much lower and I had verbally confirmed that price multiple times from different people. Then when I am charged it was for $60 more a month than I was told it would be. I have quotes from other insurance companies for $90 less and I have been with them for 5 years with a clean record! So it is incomprehensible why it would even be as high as they charged me. To top off this disaster, when I had explained that I was lied to about the cost they did not deny it and said I cannot cancel unless I pay a $400 cancelation fee.

This office is full of Super Stars! Specifically Matthew and Marissa. These 2 team members went so far above and beyond to help me out on two different occasions. I have never been happier with an insurance company in my life.

I found Kristina to be friendly, helpful and understanding. I was confused about my coverage and she helped me to understand what was covered in my policy. We had a great and informative conversation. Thank you Kristina!
