Kim Lee Nails

Usually I don’t make negative reviews, however this experience was awful. Please do not consider this salon if you are disabled. I brought my 5 year old with a leg case with fully exposed toes and was discriminated against. I always go to this location to get her toes and feet polished but today with her having a cast created discrimination and attitude against me and her. The service provider was not gentle, friendly or welcoming to my 5 year old. She had a very disgusting attitude, and painted over my 5 year olds nails and didn’t even clean off her nail prior to. After, completing the service, the provider walked away without any further instruction or comment on the drying process of the nails. When asked about getting a dryer for the nails, she responded with much attitude. Will not be coming here again. Absolutely disappointed.

We took a chance walking in and they were busy but offered to call us when they were free and 30 min later they called us to come. I feel like they took their time and didn't rush us at all. I would highly recommend to call before going and booking an appointment for no disappointment.

Very Friendly environment I have been going yo this place when they open and have not hone anywhere else.all their staff are well trained a d all of them are really good.

Always a really good experience with all the staff members here. Hannah always does my nails and does an amazing job every time. Never had a bad experience here, always amazing quality, services and prices.

I've been going to Lee for the past 10 years and I cannot recommend her enough! She's highly professional, artistic and takes her job very seriously. Her work is super clean! If your in the area, go and see her you won't be disappointed.

The person in charge has very poor customer service. I was a walk in and although I appreciated being served without an appointment I regretted not going somewhere else. From entering the door she was in a rush to get us in and out of the salon chairs. She was also the persons attending to me and was so busy trying to tush walk ins through the service that she did an extremely poor job on my nails. Uneven cutting rough edges and dead cuticle in some cases as if they were not touched. When my companion complained that the service was poor she was told that I must be fussy. And no she will not try to correct the mess that was done. I would never recommend them poor service and attitude.

Amazing nail salon. They are so clean, great customer service. Great selection of nail colours. I have had great experience every time I have come here.

By far the worst nail salon I have been to. There’s one annoying and loud lady at the front who talks so much and really ruins the experience for everyone. She’s also so pushy when it comes time to pay. She can barely wait for the customer to take their wallet out. I’ve also seen her charge people different prices for the same services. The staff constantly talk about customers in their language and make it so obvious. Customer service is the worst and service is not worth the money. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.

I got my nails done and I'm in love with the end results! They never disappoints with their free style designs, and each time I love it! I totally recommend this nail salon!

I was a walk-in with a damaged nail and was recommended a specific nail tech by a friend, I'll be honest - I was greeted by the front desk who I didn't like the way she carried herself. HOWEVER, I will say this salon has some gems and it's about that. I would say call ahead and schedule an appointment, Lee is great at what she does and the quality is beyond great.

This was my first time coming to the location and I had a decent experience.

I got my bio-gel refill done by Jojo who is an amazing nail artist. I showed her the style I wanted and she executed the work flawlessly. Not to mention, she is super kind and friendly to talk too. I would highly recommend booking with her!

I got my pedicure done here as well and the lady who did them was very sweet. My pedicure came out very nice.

The only issue I had was that the manager was a bit aggressive and lacked professionality.

Nonetheless, Kim Lee Nails does quality work.

I got the mani with gel overlay and a shellac pedicure. The work done was nice. The massage wasn't great. The price is reasonable and the length of getting these treatments done was reasonable.

Got bionails done for the first time, from this place. Good service overall, however my one nail chipped as of today, after 6 days. Need to call them tomorrow to get it fixed, hopefully free of cost given that I paid total $65 for the service.

This has got to be one of the worst nail salons! The manager is EXTREMELY rude. She refused to make an appointment for me and hung up on me! I've been going here for months. Appointments are never on time. Called again and the so called owner (which she's not) threatened to call the cops on me. I have never received such poor service from someone. She takes walk-ins and have the people who actually have an appointment wait. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I feel so sorry for all the ladies who work there.

Waited over 20 mints and was rushed to get the service done! Never going back as owner was pushy to like the work she did and when I pointed out the mistake, owner was hesitant to accept. Also, been told what to do in comparison to what the customers want! I like the cleanliness of the place but not the service.

They charge more than they list. Got simple pedicure and their price list says $30 but they charged $35

Don’t go there. Horrible experience. They charge extra then their price board. The lady was in such a rush for pedicure.even though m expecting, she was pushing my feet towards her, she wasn’t even able to understand english nd things i was denying. No good scrubbing. She didn’t even remove the wax oil from feet in whole pedicure, like what are you doing in pedicure just nails? Will never go back. They talk in their own language and make fun of others.

I don’t think people should visit your shop simply for how you responding back to bad review…saying they making up stores and go elsewhere…really great customer service skills here…really making it inviting

The customer service was rude and argumentative. The lady obviously can not commit to her customers, walk ins or appt's. Under staffed and wastes peoples time. If you cant take walk ins you tell me that when i come in. Not when youve started my nails and then tell me that youre going to do my nails but will do my toes later.

Horrible experience, definitely not going back. I went there to get bio gel with manicure. One of the guys did half of my nails and spent 30 minutes on it and then I waited 25 minutes, for some reason he only knew to remove the nail paint. After spending 1.5 hrs I decided to regular nail paint and leave the salon.

Kim is not very professional and rude takes appointments but still makes you wait. Twice now she has messed up my appointment and no apology just brushes you off and accuses you of being at fault

The salon is chic, modern and very clean. Lee is very talented and attentive. She always listens to what I asks for. I highly recommend you try their salon. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

It is expensive compared to other nail salons and my mom got shellac nail polish, which peeled off the next day. Will not be coming back

PEDICURE! Really really great job she even shaved off extra when I asked for it! Great massage and hot towel.
