Kim Po Vietnamese Cuisine

My favourite Vietnamese food place! They have the most flavourful pho broth. Would keep coming back forever.

The place is small as hell, the food is okay since there was more of the meat then of the ramen which is rare in most cuisines. They also took a really long time to get the food cooked. I also found a toothpick in my pho.

Best pho I've had in Scarborough thus far (aka compared to the ones around Midland/Finch). The broth was so flavourful and also came steaming hot which was a bonus. This was the first time I've had pho and didn't feel like using the sriracha or hoisen sauce because the soup was already so delicious on its own! The staff were also very nice and the atmosphere was cozy despite the building being old and the area seeming a bit sketch. Would highly recommend to any pho lovers!:)

Kim Po is one of the best pho restaurants in the area. The broth is flavourful and not either overly salty or oily. The service tea has a nice and flavourful taste which I’ve never had before. The service is also very friendly and the food came out quick.

The grilled chicken here is my favourite and it has the most flavour. The beef pho also has tender beef and the noodles have a great texture.

Surprisingly great despite being in a sketchy looking area. Their bun bo hue was really good but I've had better spring rolls elsewhere.

Had vermicelli with sugarcane shirmp, roasted pork and the spring roll.this has been my go to place for vermicelli since. Went during the dark and it seems pretty spooky from the outside. No street lights and the Dashboard isnt super bright.

The pho was so tasty and delicious. The atmosphere is below average. Go there just for their food. Service was great

Old fashioned Vietnamese restaurant with excellent pho broth. The food shines in this hidden gem.

A small little gem across from PMall that has great pho broth paired with pricing that won't hurt your wallet. The inside is really showing its age so it's kind of a bit run down. But service is quick, so if you are looking for a quick bite, it's definitely worth a try.

Took a friend here for him to try pho for the first time.portions are good and pho was very conforting.location looks kind of small and remote but i like it because it's kind of cozy and close to pacific mall if you want to shop or get boba later.will visit again

This restaurant has not too many tables but the food is quite good. Service is also good and the serving time is fast. This Vietnamese restaurant gives me a local Viet feel just like I’m having my food in Vietnam.

After hiking, we went back to Scarborough to find wild food. Our friend took us to a certain tea store in Jinxiu Zhonghua, but when we arrived, we found that we had already taken the hat, so we had to find something else. In the parking lot, I saw a signboard of Jinbao Vietnam on the opposite side, so I went to try Xinye.
Campbell Vietnam is a detached house style, a little town restaurant feel. It's special to have a restaurant like this in Steeles!
The clerks understand Cantonese and are polite, and the interior decoration is simple and clean. Take a look at the menu, the price is not expensive, there are durian juice, mung bean ice, it seems very authentic!
I ordered spring rolls with grilled beef and lemon for $12.95. The grilled beef looks good and tastes good. There is one spring roll with crispy skin, just right! The fish sauce of Laomen is average, nothing special. The portion size is normal, and the overall food is delicious, not bad! Featured!
Husband and friends both ordered the special beef noodles (L) $12.95. The bowl of noodles is quite large, and the soup is very tasty with bursts of scent of fragrant leaves, but the beef is a bit too broken and wet, and the portion is not attractive enough.

My parents like going here when they want Vietnamese, but aren't in the mood for pho. Right across from Pacific Mall, this Vietnamese restaurant is always fairly busy when we go.

- Springroll and Chicken Vermicelli Bowl

Final Thoughts:
This is one of those restaurants that feels very homey and you can't expect phenomenal service, but that's also not why you're here. If you want to switch things up from your usual pho, definitely stop by and give their other noodle soups a taste!

I tried Bun Bo Hue for the second time here and substituted the noodles for thin flat rice noodles (was definitely the move). It was delicious but I think their original pho is even better. Solid place with delicious broth!

Not a lot of places to park. But the food is amazing! I had rice and chicken with a strawberry milkshake. The meal and drink were delicious! Definatly recommend

It's a bit of a hit and miss. Service is nice but not responsive. Food wise, get the staple pho or noodle soup like laksa but do not go for the appetizers or rice as they may be not as great.
