I was given the contact information to Kimberfire from my son who recently purchased an engagement ring. He told me their service was top notch and costing very reasonable. I went on line to read the reviews and I was amazed at all the positive comments and told my fiancee there was no need to look any further when shopping for a ring. We hadn't been spending much time looking at rings and I didn't want to purchase one without any input from my fiancee. The process was a very unique experience. We were told to book an appointment on line and in preparation for it we should forward examples of designs of engagement rings we liked. The first interview was by Zoom when we were first introduced to Jeehea. She was very thorough in explaining the whole process and very patient while we narrowed it down to the final design we liked. It's a good thing we took this route because the design we chose was far different from what I would have picked. From there all the information had to be forwarded to the designer. This company was spot on when it came to fulfilling the time lines for the ring to be made. When it was ready we came in to pick it up but unfortunately it had to be resized. Not a problem. They put a rush on the request with the designer and within a few days we were back to pick it up. The ring is gorgeous and my fiancee is extremely happy. In addition to the quality of the diamonds and workmanship, Kimberfire excels in service and communication. To top it off, the ring was custom made for us and there is no other like it. He was patient and ensured to take the necessary to thoroughly reply to any questions we had (before, during and after the purchase). The ring I bought for my fiancée was nothing short than exceptional and for a price about 50% cheaper than Tiffany's. Jonathan (the owner) was also very good and helped us a lot when we had issues with their preferred ring insurer (ultimately leading to a zero deductible as we wished following a call Jonathan placed with Jewelers Mutual). He was good, answered every question we had, suggested the design for us to get the beautiful engagement ring, also tried to keep the ring under our budget unlike other jewelers that keep suggesting the ring that is a bit higher than our budget for their commissions.

We gave 4 star since we didnt get informed or updated the situations throughout the process of the timeline. I understand that they have a lot of customers to take care of, but we are one of theirs as well. He told us at first that it would take 4-6 weeks, during the time after agreeing on the middle stone and 3D ring design until week 5, we heard nothing from him. Then we followed up, and he said that unfortunately they were struggling finding the side stones to match the middle stone. I had a high hope with Kimberfire process since they always got 5 star for the reviews, but only this step that made me step back from 5 to 4.

All in all, our engagement ring is the best and very pretty. We are happy with the ring, and overall service.
