I've been coming to this salon for years and can only trust Jenny with my nails. I had an appointment and found out she is no longer at this salon. I found her at Nails Experts St Catharines so I will be going there now!

Kim and Tom run one of the most comfortable salons I have ever been to.
Every single member of the team has strong interpersonal skills, and make you feel like you are amongst friends.
They are quick to accommodate clients with disabilities, and are always so happy.

Customers who are reviewing to say they have been denied service if they walk in while it’s empty, this is because customers do make appointments, and a walk-in customer cannot just take their pre-booked appointment.
The small team at Kim’s work tirelessly 6 days a week. They are always happy to provide the most amazing services to all of their customers.

I came today for a pedicure… this used to be one of the best places! Not sure what has happened over the years, totally disappointing and I won’t be returning. The lady doing my pedicure I’m pretty sure had no idea what she was doing at all. I had to ask her to clean out my nail beds, which she did last so my shellac is uneven and lumpy. I have three toes that are bleeding that she cut. Our feet are so important to our health there shouldn’t be someone doing pedi’s doesn’t properly know how

Been coming here about 10 years, Regularly (1-2 times/month) for 5 years now. It's gone way downhill. Jenny and Vi are amazing, Tom and Kim are good and friendly. The shellac selections are dwindling. The colours I choose they don't have but don't update the wheels. Fine. Lately a new girl has been painting my nails and it's not good. The nails are see through and the colour needs more coats to achieve the colour on the wheel but she won't apply them. 2 times now I've left with a couple nails without a second coat. I mentioned something 3 times this recent visit not trying to be rude but still left unhappy. I will be trying somewhere else now unfortunately. I know it must cost a lot to run a business in these times and I want to stay loyal but I am spending MY hard earned money for a service and I am no longer being satisfied.

I have 2 infected toes after the pedicurest butchered me. Very painful experience. When i called to tell them, the fellow said what do you want me to do.first i said i thought he WOULD want to know, he said nothing.no sorry no free visit so i said pay for my podiatrist bill.he said no can do. Kim's nails is FIRED!

I asked for Ballerina nail shape, got square even after asking her to make it more thin like the ballerina shape, my nail lengths are all un even, my cuticles were almost bleeding from the lady using the machine nail file for 2 minutes on each finger, the lady also did one finger at a time the whole process witch made it take 2 hours just to get short acrylic nails, then when I went to pay tried charging me 80$. I did get chrome but there's no way acrylic chrome nails that are short could add up to that much, I been getting my nails done for years and most I paid was 70 and that was for designer nails. Very disappointed in my nails and will be getting them re done tomorrow unfortunately.

Never waiting for your appointment. Always pleasant. Job is done with perfection. If they say no time, it's because they have appointments coming in.

Kim's Nails never disappoint and they're always very detailed and thorough. I'm seeing bad reviews about Tom but I can't comprehend it because he's truly a kind, funny and friendly man. Perhaps, it's just a difference of culture? Would definitely recommend this place!

Called to ask if they had any time this afternoon to get my nails done and he said no but could do later. I said later probably won't work for me and then he said "ok bye" and hungup on me so abruptly! Very rude.

Favourite nail place in welland or port colborne. The prices are good and they are amazing at doing designs

Great place to get your nails done and waxing. Very reasonable prices. Tom and all the staff are very accomadating and friendly. Jenny is exceptional.

First time here, as the other place had a crazy line. The young man who helped me was unbelievably thorough, and an absolute perfectionist about the polish application. Will come here first next time.

I have been a few times to see Jenny and this review does NOT reflect her. I saw Cindy the other day for a nail dip treatment. While buffing my nails and removing old nail dip, she cut my skin around my nail bed about 6 different times. I asked her to cut my nails a tiny bit shorter and I went from having a decent length to my nails touching my skin from my finger tips. And I had to tell her she missed a bunch of my nail on the sides with the dip. And then she tells me I'm too sensitive (from the cuts she gave me), and I should ask for someone else next time. Seriously? I told her i wasn't sensitive, that she cut me 6 times. I am so not impressed, do not see her.

I've been going to Kim's for almost 2 years now. I get acrylic fills, and they always are wonderful to me. I've never had a problem or issue and they always are accommodating. I also have never had an infection, or any issues in that department. It's always clean, warm, and friendly.

Absolutely terrible experience. I took my little sister here for a fun date and they buffed my cuticles so raw that I bled. They hurt so bad I couldn't sleep that night. Went in the next day to complain, brought up that I researched their bad inspection on public health website and was concerned about infection and told that people lie online. I'm missing a full layer of skin around my cuticle and they did nothing about it. Never going back. Totally rude when they should have apologized and accepted their mistake.

My best friend went last night with her little sister to get her nails done and my friends pinky finger cuticle and skin got buffed raw to the point of bleeding and and was tender and very sore. She went back this morning after looking that they had failed 2 inspections for Niagara Public Health and they said that the Internet lies. My mom went with her and was concerned for infection and they said that her finger slipped and that’s what the cut is from. No apology but requested that she uses polysporin or vasaline and it will be fine. Her nails hurt and they laughed at her when she explained how much pain her nails were In and said there was nothing they could do. No money back of any reimbursement of any sorts. Very disappointed that my friend is worried about infection and nothing on Kim’s nails part to explain or help with better costumer experience. Very poor costumer service and rude comments.

I would put 0 stars if it were possible. The lady doing my shellac pedicure spent the first 10 minutes of my pedicure trying to convince me not to get shellac when I kept telling her regular polish doesn’t stay longer then a week on my toes. It made me very uncomfortable and from there on everything I asked she responded very snarky and ignorant. Then she applied the polish TERRIBLY and she kept blaming the “color” rather than her apologizing and redoing it.
The WORST part about the whole experience is that the owner KIM stood there for 15 minutes and watch me argue with the nail tech. She did absolutely nothing when she saw I was upset and just sat back and watched. I DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone, I am extremely offended and disappointed, especially with the owner.

This place is nice. But the way they talk to the customers and the way they respond to your questions is very rude. Not impressive at all. The place is nice and clean but the workers needs to realize and change their attitude. I went there one time then i asked how much is the acrylic one, they answer "oh its expensive" then i just ignore it. Then i asked again how much is the clear with white end of my nails then thay answered "more money" i was like? What is wrong with these people. They need to chill. And many more. So if you go to this place just try to observe.
