Kim's Optical

Went to order two pairs of glasses at Lenscraft, none of them was working properly. (Although I went to back for adjustment twice, they all refunded). I was hoping that get a new pair at different optical shop. Now I’m pretty happy with my new pair from Kim’s. You can tell that they know about their work, unlike Lenscraft I went to (couldn’t find my focus point accurately, wasted so much time).

I've been purchasing glasses here for a long time but have decided not return there. My two most recent purchases were not satisfactory. When trying to sell me on superior quality lens, he could only example it as "its just better" when I asked about what the benefits were he couldn't explain them. Secondly, my doctor reviewed the last pair of glasses I purchased there and told me its all wrong, for my dose, these glasses should not have been suggested to me.

I wanted to try out some Japanese frames and I got guided to two pairs that I am immensely satisfied with. Received top tier lens advice to address my concerns; very professional and friendly staff!

My family and I have been shopping here for over 20 years. Great service. Mr Kim is a retail icon of the Yonge & Finch scene. I keep delaying my laser eye surgery so that I can continue to support Kim’s Optical.

I changed my old nose pads and also made it more balanced statement. Every person in store was kind and professional, and the whole process took only 5mins and the quality is saticfierable!

Every staff from the shop is very kind and helpful, especially, the service of the owner, Mr Kim was exceptional, he is honest, kind, professional and has sharp eyes for glass frames, he recommended proper glass frames for my husband and myself, both of us were pretty happy and satisfied with their customer service, highly recommend this place
