Kinatex Sports Physio Markham

I have been coming to kinatex for about a year now. They are organized and veryful. Dr. Bajaj takes her time with me and explains what she is doing and why. She always talks to me about how I can improve quality of life by doing small things daily. Derek is very organized and always communicates changes to my appointments, and always makes an effort to understand my preferences. They are punctual, and I've never had to wait long to see my practitioners. Updating my review - no matter who I see for a chiropractor - All of them are really good.

Mariam was professional, understanding, willing to listen and answer any questions, very knowledgeable skills. She also found other area I didn't know it wasn't balanced. Definitely be back. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Definitely will back for next treatment.

My experience for chiropractor Dr. Tam was excellent. I have cervical dystonia, and he had knowledge regarding this which I was very impressed and he made me understand my problem and helped me with being able to do more things than I was before I met him. Thank you very much.

I had bad pain in my neck, waist, sciatica and I went to several clinics but I wasn’t cured so I found Ms. SOGAND and her methods was very helpful for me therefore I recommend everyone with chronic pain to give her a visit

Sneha Chiropractor is one of the best person to help you get better with your ongoing body pain/stiffness. I am happy to see her as after seeing her I am really feeling better with my lower back pain. I will definitely recommend her.

Doctor Sogand Hariri is an amazing and sweet person. She cares for her patients passionately. She did a great job with my first ever visit and all subsequent visits. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance as well. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

It was my first massage here and Trinity was very kind and ensured to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience

A very very bad experience with them they all the time go after insurance company money they don't care what the patient want and they continue keep booking different different appointment to max out your money from insurance they don't do the what you want I cancel my appointment with them they continue booking me my wife two different appointment which is we don't want but they want to pull out the money from insurance then I told them I don't want this service cancel it without my wife permission they booked the appointment for her and but we need something else but they charge us like $75 like the hungry for money I don't care I throw them $75 on their faces keep it I don't know how they how long they going to run like that I feel sorry for them they are rip off especially the guy sit on the counter and the lady oh my God their eyes like I not suggesting anybody go there there are lots of places very good doctors and good people taking care of you don't waste your time and money you're not going to get anything done from them please be careful with them. Started going to Kinatex since the beginning of 2022 initially for massage but also required physiotherapy later on.

I've always looked for Jason Chan for massage. I frequently have neck and shoulder pain due to unhealthy sitting posture for a long duration of time because of my job and sometimes even lower back pain due to my weight. Before each session, Jason is always ready with a pen and a notepad to listens carefully to take down details of my condition, where hurts, or anywhere I find that needs more attention on during the session. He is very skilled at treating the pain, stress and tension on my neck and shoulders. It doesn't always feel the greatest during the treatment process, however it always makes a positive difference after. I've had about 6-7 sessions with him over the year and it has made a significant difference with my day-to-day activities after every time. I would definitely recommend Jason if you want a massage that can effectively treat body stress and/or pain.

I've also had a chance to meet with Daniel over the Summer for physiotherapy in treating plantar fasciitis. I've had about 3-4 sessions with him and every session he provides helpful treatment along with practical exercises that helps with my condition. I've been doing great since and would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs rehabilitation of any sort.

Lastly, I would love to commend the administration team of Kinatex. They are very patient and accommodating to scheduling/rescheduling, efficient and detail-oriented with billing, and would take initiative to call you to let you know that there are available bookings because they know you wanted one!

I'm very grateful for the wide-range of services that Kinatex provides and the superb team they have that offers it.

Just started visiting this clinic for massage therapy and I booked my sessions with Trinity. Within just the first session she lifted months of tension that was built up in my shoulders and neck area. She offers a holistic approach while also educating you on how important self-care is in your journey to healing.

I highly enjoy the service at this clinic and cannot believe I didn’t discover it until now.

Incredible service. The wait time to be seen wasn’t long, and as soon as there was an earlier appointment, my boyfriend was notified. The chiropractor that saw him was Mariam and he had nothing but good things to say:) Will definitely be returning.

The first treatment for my broken right foot was very good (not much pain) All my questions were answered (thx Mariam) and I feel comfortable knowing that there's a good plan for my recovery so I can resume playing sports again in the coming months.

The Dr. Naisi's team has effective tools and programs for my rehabilitation from the intensity of the last two years of COVID services to clients. Suffered foot injury last November and tried to “tough-it-out” for more than 3 months without having any luck. After searching around I found Kinatex Sports Physio Clinic nearby my place with great reviews. I took my chances and the result so far has been great.

The call for my inquiry was good and welcoming. I made the visit to discuss my injury and insurance coverage. The gentleman who greeted me was very helpful with my questions regarding my injury and my coverage. He contacted the insurance company on my behalf and approval to get all necessary information.

I had an appointment with Doctor Tam Pham few days later. The session went beyond my expectations. Dr. Pham was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. He asked all the right questions (in my opinion) and listened to my concerns. He took time to explain the structure of the foot, his diagnosis, treated me then prescribed the exercises for my injury.

The result was immediate. I felt much better right after the treatment and the day after. I wish I had gone for treatment months ago.

Dr. Mariam was great! She was very professional and thorough in examining the affected area. She helped me with my pain in just one visit! She guided me with some exercises and had me do those at home, too. Derek was very helpful and knowlegable as well! My overall experience was great!

I go there for my massages and I must say Trinity is awesome. Very friendly staff, and extremely clean facility even prior to COVID. If you're looking for a massage, physio or chiro. Kinatex is the place to go.

Dr. Mariam Chan is very knowledgeable and personable. She was able to assess the pains I am experiencing on my neck and back. She gave me some exercises to do at home to minimize the pains I am experiencing. Hopefully after seeing Dr. Chan I will walk away from her clinic pain free.

Everyone here is amazing. The best treatment team you’ll find in one place.

Chiro - I’ve seen Dr. Negin last year for back pain and Dr. Chesta this year for neck/shoulder pain. I’ve only needed 5-6 treatments each time and have been going back for maintenance. It’s also important to do the exercises that they teach you.

Acupuncture - I’ve recently tried acupuncture/massage with Hilary and have also brought my mom - she said she had the best sleep that night in a long time. Availability is limited so book your appointments in advance or ask to be on a wait list.

Massage - I’ve had Leanne as my massage therapist who I also highly recommend. Again, book appointments in advance or ask to be put on a wait list.

You’ll feel like a brand new person when the aches and pain are gone.

I’ve been looking for a dietician or nutritional coach for some time but was unable to truly connect with anyone. Then I learnt about Sanaz Baradaran when I took my mom for an ear appointment. She works at the same clinic which offers various services.

The staff first and foremost are great. Each person I’ve interacted with so far have been great. They invite an environment where going to another place is not even a thought.

Sanaz was patient, kind, knowledgeable and offered some amazing guidance just in the first visit. Working with her is something I am looking forward to. Although most of what is on my plate “appears” healthy, not balancing food groups can work against you. I look at my plate different and see more possibilities. Not being a breakfast person, I have now an easy solution to have yogurt with some essential nutrients to pump in iron and protein.

She worked with what I eat at home so the convenience is reached without making any major changes. This is an easy adaptation. She also followed up with what she said she would send and checked in again to see if I had any additional questions. It’s my journey but she has shown that she is equally invested in supporting my goals.

I look forward to seeing what is next and my progress.

I had the pleasure of having a massage from Angela. She is by far THE BEST massage therapist I have ever gone to! She knows anatomy at an expert level and has a high degree of effectiveness and accuracy when treating pain and muscular tension. She gets into spots in my body that I never knew existed. Once you go to Angela once, you will never go to another masseuse again!

I had visited Kinatex a few days ago and met with one of the physiotherapists, Daniel, for a free consultation. He was very knowledgeable and provided unbiased feedback while addressing my concerns of TMJ and minor scoliosis. They also had a super convenient and reliable way of checking if clients have COVID symptoms via their iPad and (infrared?) thermometer at check-in.

The team at Kinatex is fantastic. They properly diagnosed my vertigo and the physio helped me overcome and eliminate. Daniel was great!

I received treatment from Daniel, Kinatex's physiotherapist for my knee injury. He did a wonderful assessment. He did not rush it, was extremely thorough, understanding and knowledgeable. He listened and examined my knee very carefully and provided the right care. I am very happy with the care I received and I am looking forward to the rest of my treatment.

I got injured when the Physiotherapist Daniel Jung did shockwave therapy on my right foot and am still in pain and have not recovered. Do not do this treatment from him

It was a very good experience at the clinic. Hilary is an amazing massage therapist, one would feel really comfortable having her around. Highly recommend this place.

With my wrist nerve irritation, hip, knee, and shin pains I went to see Daniel Jung after my brother recommended him and I was very happy with the treatment and service I received. A 1 hour session became 1 hour and 20 minutes which was very nice too. The people are friendly and know what they are doing. Learned a lot about my own body and what I can do to take care of it. Will definitely recommend and go back.

Physio therapist sogand Hariri is very expérience. She is patience gives you full session with no interruption. She takes value time to treat your pain cause by injures.
Massage register therapist Trinity is very well organise. She knows the source of pain. She gives a full hour of massage without any interruption. She does excellent cupping as well. Very well expérience.
Both the above therapists are very good in their proffession. Direct billing is accepted
