Very professional and amazing service. Chris took the time to patiently make sure the air boot fits properly and answered all my questions. Also took the initiative to call my insurance on my behalf to confirm my coverage. This is the extra mile that makes a difference to show caring as well as professional service. Kinetic Konnection is the BEST! We have been coming here for many years to purchase sports related "braces" and orthotics for ourselves and our kids. We were always extremely impressed with the staff knowledge, courtesy and kindness. Most recently I was in need of a knee brace and foot brace post surgery. When we walked in (several "smiling" staff to choose from as always) but we were assisted by Cameron Jane. He spent a great deal of time discussing bracing options with us. Very knowledgable! He suggested we try on a variety of braces but he was confident with the pros and cons of the different options. He knew his stuff! Love that! We did not purchase right away because I needed to see where my progress would be in a few weeks/month before purchasing. Cameron continued to keep in touch periodically in the most professional way. There was never pressure to purchase just "connecting" to let me know that he (Kinnetic Konnection) would be available to help with the purchase of braces when I was ready. I purchased both braces on July 6 with Cameron's assistance and I am very happy with the purchase and the positive benefits they will have for my leg recovery. I went in to Kinetic Konnection on Wednesday to buy a back support. I am trying to avoid getting a hump in my back. The lovely young woman who helped me was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely go back, and would highly recommend that place to anyone.
