We recently had the pleasure of interacting with Darsh at Kinetico, and the service was exceptional. Darsh demonstrated a remarkable level of expertise and professionalism. During our initial meeting, Darsh took the time to understand my specific water treatment requirements and offered tailored solutions. His knowledge about Kinetico's products was impressive, and he articulated the benefits and features in a way that was easy to comprehend. What stood out most, however, was the follow-up appointment. The follow-up was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend Darsh at Kinetico to anyone looking for quality water treatment solutions coupled with exceptional customer service.

We met Adam our rep at the Homeshow, and from there it has been a great experience from start to finish. We had the softener and K5 reverse osmosis system installed in our new home, and cannot be happier. Adam provided extensive water testing before and after, and answered all the questions we had. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. The installer also did a fantastic job. Just the service alone blows the competition away, highly recommend!

Akhil is our sales representative and he did an excellent job explaining the products and the reason why we need to use them. He used quantitative measures to show the quality of water and is very patient with all our questions. Our user experience has been great so far! Putting this review after a month of using the Whole Home Filtration, Softener and drinking water RO system.
All the 3 Kinetico products are great and the difference is evident in City water vs filtered water. Installation provided by the company was also great.
Harpal Singh came over, provided good demonstration and answered all our questions after which we decided to go forward with Kinetico System.

I purchased a new Kinetco water system from. Costco. The gentleman's name that came to my house was Harpil Singh. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend asking for him if this is something you are interested in. He's not a typical sales guy just trying to make a buck. He recommended a system that would be perfect for my house. I installed Kinetico's water softener and RO filter via Costco and I should say the whole process right from the consult to installation was very smooth and professional. Harpal helped us decide on the options and was very thorough in explaining how it worked and what we would need and not need. Nothing was rushed and there was never any pressure. Installation was by David and he was very efficient and clean through the install and detailed in terms of explaining what he's doing and answering all our questions with patience. As for the product itself, there's a noticeable change in the water and we're glad we went with Kinetico.

Fantastic service and product. I dealt with Susan who was amazing to deal with. She was friendly and knew the product very well. Her advice was great and she did not oversell for things that we did not need. I would recommend Susan and the Kinetico team!

The experience with kinetico was fantastic, everything was well scheduled with no pressure for sales; probably because a quality product sells itself.

Apart from the sales the install also when smoothly I believe installer in my area was a company called the British plumber and he was polite quick and personable.

Our representative Adam Heine was amazing a great help to which models to go with (which ended up being the perfect choice). We installed kinetico water softner from Harpalsingh before a month. He is very helpful and very friendly. He always answer our questions timely and satisfying manner. We found noticeable difference in hair fall and skin got improved as well. Our soap, shampoo consumption is drastically reduced. My hot water kettle does not have hard water marking at the bottom. Installer were also experienced and knowledgeable.

As compared to other giants in water softner industry, kinetico require lowest maintenance and gives best results.

Harpalsinghji showed us various water matrix (like ccl, ph, tds, hardness) before and after installation. We will strongly recommend kinetico water softner to our contacts.

After my washing machine was broken because of hardwater, I realized how important water quality is. I was introduced Edward from Costco. I had no doubt in my minds because the Kinetico is what Costco supports and my sister also using it. From start to finish, I was surprised with their service. The water is in best quality now. I am proud of myself to choose Kinetico. Recently, my parents having problem with their water filter system which is from Culligan. I have talked with Culligan, realized how bad customer service they have and I decided to introduce my parents about Kinetico. Edward kindly answered my parent's thousand questions and spent times to work with us. It is always good to see the water test and results. My parents also decided to go with Kinetico after how the system works. Thank you so much my friend Edward.

Had a really great experience with kinetico, Adam looked after me during and post installation. He's open and straight forward person. Answered all of my questions and follows through with everything he says, nothing was rushed, spent alot of time explaining in detail how everything works including all the testing of the water. In conclusion everything is exactly what it's claimed to be with noticable difference in water quality, very happy with it. Service and equipment highly recommended.

All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase of the water softener. I love that it is electric, unlike other options. The water quite literally does feel softer; even though it has only been a week since the transition, some subtle changes I have noticed in my household is we have a lot less hairfall, use less soap, the water I guess for a lack of words feels like it is moisturizing the skin.
