King Edward Bed & Breakfast

Richard is a fantastic host! He went above and beyond for our entire stay, delicious and elegant breakfast, great conversation in a gorgeous house. The location is in perfect walking distance of the byward market and several museums. Richard took the time to go over the map routes with us and the ideal ways to get where we wanted to go.would recommend this BnB to anyone.also his dog Sandy was lovely:)

You feel that you went back in time with this historical property, the garden is amazing, room is very clean and the host is gorgeous. The best place to stay if you're visiting Ottawa

There's just so many amazing things about this property. It's a heritage house, with tons of cachet (my bathroom was the maid's bathroom, huge double living room), very well decorated and taken care of. Where the exceptional part comes in is the absolutely stunning garden, the private balcony, the crisp hotel linens, spotlessly clean, the floofiest puppy ever, the great breakfast, the friendly welcome, all the travel books, perfect room temperatures. There's also TV with cable in the room but I got distracted by the travel books. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back if ever I have business in Ottawa!

Also: check out the Little Theatre just a couple of blocks north of the B & B.
