Friendly staff and great customer service! Our regular vet is in Oakville who I just cannot give up because they are just so wonderful with my dog but I’m so happy to have found this place for any urgent matters for my dog close-by to our new home in the east.

I’ve tried the Ritson Vet and I just did not like how they operated! They were friendly but I did not feel like they gave quality care to my dog.

At King Hopkins I truly felt like they care for every pet individually and did not rush. Thank you to everyone at King Hopkins Pet Hospital. You all are truly awesome!

They were amazing. The front office staff are amazing and so good at remembering little details about your family and pups life that you swear you’re part of the fam. Henry (my pup) loves them and all the pets he gets at every visit.

Amazing staff. Always had answers to my questions. If I didn't understand something good, explained very thoroughly. Never had a bad experience. Thank you to the staff for your amazing care of every pet I have ever brought there.

I highly recommend King Hopkins team. Their caring and attention to my dog's needs are second to none! The documentation and information for the recovery and rehab for her surgery is clear concise and detailed. They are a fantastic group to work with!

Staff is nice and 24 hr coverage is nice but I have to say. I spent more than a thousand on medications and deep cleans and lousy advice before they told me to change my dogs food, which I later learned is literally the first thing you should tell someone when their dog is showing signs of persistent allergic reactions. The final straw was quoting us a price for a dose of allergy shot. Then when we arrived they say they gave away the doses we would have received, so we would have to pay $120 dollars more for two smaller shots to add up to the correct dose. Tried to tell me "well we don't know what's going to come in so. *Shrug*". So when I make an appointment to come in for a shot, why not take the product you quoted me and set it aside, and the "emergency " case that comes in can foot the bill, doesn't that make more sense? After spending as much as I have here, and to have them act like $120 is just no big deal, and then saying "well just come back tomorrow then, we'll have it then " when I work 6 days a week and have a toddler at home too. No thanks. If it was *just* $120 then THEY should've ate that cost. It's just a heads up about the attitude of this place. Unprofessional. If I quote you a price for a job I'll start on Monday, then I show up to do the work and tell you the price has gone up because I used all my 2" screws on the weekend so you'll have to pay for me to use 2.5" screws, that wouldn't fly. Same thing here. Unprofessional.

I'm so grateful to the staff at this vet. Our bird fell ill and they were able to see us that night, when every other vet I called was unable to help. They went above and beyond taking care of our little girl, even going as far as transferring and transporting her to their sister clinic when she needed it. And when we ultimately had to make the decision to let Kiki go, we felt very supported and comforted by the staff.

The bill was also incredibly reasonable, especially for an emergency and overnight stays, and they were always willing to work within our budget while still giving Kiki everything she deserved. Highly recommend this vet and their sister clinic Millennium.

They were able to squeeze us in on short notice unlike other regular vets. Service and rates were very good. Would recommend.

They were very caring and compassionate during one of our sadist day. They were anything but amazing. Highly recommend.

The staff and doctor were so warm and helpful, and they helped us to let our cat finally rest in peace. It was midnight on a Saturday.

The staff that answer the phones are rude, unprofessional, and have a god complex. If you’re lucky enough to be allowed to speak to a vet, they’re all wonderful. I can’t get over the individuals who answer the phone and attempt to deny care and goods and services to those who need it.

They are the friendliest group of people I have ever met in any vet, they make myself and my pets very comfortable and they are quick and honest! I recommend them to anyone who really wants their fur babies to feel cared for!

The assistants and vet here are all informative and helpful. They are willing to work with you and find healthy solutions for your pet. Would recommend this animal hospital. It’s also clean and relatively new building in a good location.

We had a wonderful experience at King Hopkins today. They saw our cat Eddy and had him in same day for surgery on an infected wound. They stayed late to explain everything to us when we arrived to pick them up and their team members were lovely. Thank you for everything!

They were decent. First time ever at the emergency hospital for pets, they didn't gouge to much for the visit and medication. Although they charged us for a full bottle and they only had half the actual medication.
Still put ease to my mind that my girl just had a cough. Hope to never visit again lol

Had to put my beloved family member down. King Hopkins was there for me and took great care of my dog. They made us feel very welcome and provided us with as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. Their staff are very well educated and treat pets and their owners with above and beyond service. We recently moved here and they took care of our cat immediately when he needed surgery. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely be coming here for as long as we have pets.
