First experience here was 10/10, but I believe the owner or manager was as running the show that night. Last experience was disappointing. Had guests in from out of town, and took them here based on my first experience. There was no food (hummus, but no crackers or veggies to eat it with, chicken strips instead of wings on the menu), no drinks, but were not allowed to order food or drinks in, though we were starving. Left almost immediately after settling in because we saw a mouse run beneath our seats upstairs. Not uncommon for Toronto, but the mixture of sub par service and the mouse were enough to have us leave.
No hate on the gentleman working there though, seemed to just not want to get into any trouble with management, even though he understood how frustrated we were with the situation/ circumstances.

This place has the friendliest staff, comfortable places to sit and easy access to menus. They have good options for eats and make sure to eat before no outside food.

Made a booking. Was told it will be ready in 40min. Came, and they gave it to someone else. Haven’t had a booking that was pre made be given to someone else before. Be careful if you’re booking here as it clearly isn’t guaranteed.

Edit: It was cleared up afterwards and I was able to come back the next day, so I’ll give them that. The shisha smoked fantastically too.

Such a traditional modern place! The flavours they offer and the rooms are amazing, defiantly my new hang out spot. Right in the heart of Toronto

Best hookah Downtown Toronto. Place has amazing private rooms perfect for group hangouts. Service was great and they were very fast with everything we ordered. Will definitely be a returning customer here.
