This office is very professional and friendly. They won’t try to sell you something if there is a cheaper option, being a senior this is important.

I feel like it's funny to say, but I really enjoyed my time at King Street Dental. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and very easy to talk to. The wonderful ladies at reception made sure that my insurance would be billed even when it was giving them such a hard time when I arrived. Rest assured, this will be the dentist I will go to for quite some time. Thank you all for the wonderful work!

Dr Reddy and her staff are incredible! Dr Reddy is so kind, gentle and sweet, and so good at what she does. The hygienists are extremely thorough and informative and leave my teeth feeling super clean. The receptionists are so friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this office enough.

The first dental experience in Canada was really great, the staff was overwhelming. The dentist is great Professionally and Personally. Dr A Reddy calms the apprehensive patient so smoothly and creates a fantastic Doctor Patient bondage. They are a great team. I highly recommend this Dentist and Dental clinic to everyone.

I was recommended by a colleague to come to this location, as she had an amazzzzing experience. So she told all of us at work. I then booked an appointment but became super nervous and anxious and canceled not knowing what to expect, as this would be my first real dental appointment.they were super sweet and understanding and rescheduled me. I showed up to the appointment, not knowing what to expect. Tina the front desk receptionist that day direct billed my insurance, welcomed me in a timely manner and got me seated. Suk was my dental hygienist and she explained everything that she was doing and made me super comfortable and checked in constantly to ensure I was doing okay and even asked if I wanted to take a break during my cleaning. All my colleagues will be coming here and everyone I know. Soo professional and friendly. They even gave me an electric toothbrush!

Consistent, exemplary dental care and service from first contact till office departure.

Everyone working here make the place feel less scary for people like me who are horrified by dental offices!
Jokes aside, Dr. Reddy is the sweetest person, she is very gentle and makes sure you are feeling comfortable throughout the procedures.
All the other hygienists working here are great at what they do, the staff is extremely professional and friendly!

I am new to Kitchener and found King St. Dental Centre via Google search. It was very easy and convenient to make an appointment and the reminders were great. The office itself is beautiful, clean and modern. The hygienist, Maria who did my exam and cleaning was so gentle, professional and kind. The administrative team was as well. Will be returning with the entire family.

A great clinic! Very friendly staff and doctors. I visited them for the first time with my husband. They are super professional. We started exactly on the time we booked. The place is so clean and tidy. I loved the TVs hanging on top so you are not bored during your session. They are organized and very polite. Thank you!

Fantastic dental care. Dr. Reddy and her staff are patient with their clients and won't be rude if you aren't the perfect patient. Their facilities are comfortable and they are very accommodating. They are able to work with you if you have trouble with your billing (even having an option for financing if the bill is way high) They process all benefits/insurance claims digitally, so their system is very convenient.

I can not refer them enough.

Fantastic service - I am usually through to reception in a few rings and have never been put on hold. I am never in the waiting room or in the chair for more than a five minutes. Whether it is a regular cleaning or an urgent dental need, they have fit me into their schedule easily without long wait times. As someone who is afraid of the dentist, she is calm and definitely knows what she is doing. She has performed dental procedures that have been very painful at other office's in a completely pain-free way!

I graduated a year ago and don't reside in Waterloo anymore, but I went to King Street Dental Centre for all my dental needs for several years! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They are very student-friendly and will help you double check with your insurance to see if your service will be covered. I've come here for both teeth cleanings and wisdom teeth extractions and their service and communication has always been great. The dentists, hygienists, and receptionists are all super helpful and friendly.

I would always recommend King Street Dental to someone looking for a dentist in the Waterloo region. I started coming here because of the location, but even now that I live farther away they're still worth the drive for me. They are clean and professional, and the office is very comfortable. I've only had good experiences here.

New patient. Lovely building interior. Apt on time, actually a bit early. Everyone friendly. A bit of extra scratching around as was over a year following a move etc.but full service and reasonable fees. Happy new client.

Got my mother’s root canal done by Dr Reddy. Overall a great experience from the scheduling, to the dental work and the follow up visit. There’s even a 20% discount when paying out of pocket! I’ve been getting my cleanings and the occasional dental work done here for over 2 years as well. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and her staff for your dental needs.

Very professional and friendly staff. So far I have done teeth cleaning and it's seriously the best experience I have ever had amongst all hospital/clinics I have been. My mouth doesn't open big but I did not feel tired even once while doing my cleaning here, and also never felt pain while getting the cleaning done whereas I always had before.

Was referred by family and so glad I made the switch. My previous dentist had no personal touch and terrible chair side manor. Complete opposite after my first couple of visits to Dr. Reddy and team. Every staff member that I encountered was accommodating and super pleasant. I wish I knew the assistants name because both her and Dr Reddy made a potentially horrible root canal into a straight forward and pleasant (as can be!) experience. Have never felt more comfortable in a dental setting and so glad I found them! Great work!

Dr. Reddy has been taking care of my dental needs for many years now. Thanks to her, this old guy still has all his teeth! Her skills on how to fix teeth, instead of pulling them out, are amazing. The whole team is just great. Do not hesitate to make your first appointment.

I had a root canal which was perfect but I am not really happy with my filling after root canal.my tooth does not have shape and it is completely a cube. And i feel really uncomfortable with it inside my mouth.

My experience at KSD was amazing and the staff truly cares about their patients. The covid protocols were easy and quick. Dr. Reddy was so sweet and kind. The staff at the front were so friendly and processed my insurance while I was being worked on so I could be in and out. My hygienist Maria also made the experience amazing as she was so sweet and gentle on my teeth. Rana is also amazing and makes the experience so fun! I’ve already recommended this office to my friends and family and I’m so glad my coworker told me to switch to this office. I’ve never had a problem finding parking and the office itself is very modern and new.

I dealt with my previous dentist for 20ish years and they were never able to offer solutions for the cosmetic issues I had with my front teeth (nor provide me direction on what options were available). After 1 consult with Dr. Reddy she was able to provide a solution and now I love my smile. I've been seeing Dr. Reddy & team for the last few years now and would absolutely recommend them for cosmetic dentistry as well as your regular check ups!
