Great service, very clean, takes you on time dont have sit in waiting room long great service no complaints

I chose them because of the location. Now I'm staying because of their associates.
Came for my first appointment, I haven't been to a dentist for a few years, the fear of needles consumes me. To say the least, I probably wasn't as friendly as I should have been, but everyone I met was so friendly, and helpful regardless of my mood.

I had not been to dentist in over 5 years and Dr. Mahendra and the rest of the staff made going back and getting regular dental care a very relaxing experience. They are wonderful, patient, kind and understanding. If you are looking for a dentist or to change dentists you should go to King Street Dentistry because they are GREAT.

When I went into the office I was a nervous wreck, I don’t like going to the dentist! From the moment the dental hygienist seen me she focused on making me comfortable. Dr. Mahendra talked me through my anxiety and what they could do to help me. I’ve never met a dentist who cared so much about their patients.

This place has removed my fear of dentists. Friendly staff that care for the health of your teeth!

Dr Meetu is very helpful and very accommodating to any specific issues.staff are courteous as well.the procedures are taken with extra care to avoid any discomfort.

Recently became a patient at King St Dentistry and I am so glad that I did. The ladies here from the moment you walk in are super inviting and friendly and made me comfortable as can be tackling my worst fear of the dentist lol. I fully recommend King Street Dentistry. The receptionist is always very welcoming and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. As well as the staff are very professional and most importantly very patient with helping my anxious children feel at ease in getting any dental work done.

Excellent dentist who helped me and my daughter get back on track seeing as we hadn't been to a dentist since covid started. Highly recommend this office. They're great with families and kids!

I've been looking for a dentist for a while now since moving to Cambridge many years ago. My parents suggested this place as I'm still a big chicken when it comes to the dentist. The office staff are pleasant and the dentist, Dr Mahendra, is amazing. She makes sure that there's no pain during the dental procedures and will find ways to make the visit free of dental fear. The feeling I get from her is that she truly wants to help her patients feel at ease in her clinic and have healthy teeth.

Safety precautions and covid screening in place. Great service! Great explanations of the state of my tooth problems.excellent cleaning and check up.thank you.definitely will refer.in my neighbourhood and parking is free and plenty! I am supporting local and "live".

I neglected going to the dentist for many years. I had many broken teeth and was afraid to visit any dentist because I thought they were not repairable. One day I noticed their sign advertising free consultation. I had five teeth repaired and only one pulled. I have been going back for regular check ups and have had no problems since. Could not be happier with their service.

We went there with high hopes but saw challenge at each step. Majority of our insurance was used for cleaning. On our appointment day we were just asked to either pay cash cad 100 for laughing gas or go back home with no treatment for our 5 year old daughter. This was the most unprofessional place. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They just book the appointment and don't honour it and are greedy. Not worth.

Reply to you- First of all the treatment was all done within permitted permission limit. We moved to your location since going back to Brampton always was not possible. We gave all insurance details before starting any treatment with you. We were very clear from day 1 what all treatment or pains we have in our tooth. We have visited thrice based on whatever was recommended by your office. Laughing gas was an option which we were forced to and we never were comfortable. However your doctor was not comfortable. Since we had limited funds left in insurance and after all discussions your office booked us for tooth filling for my daughter which was scheduled today. It was clear communication from both side that your doctor will be doing without laughing gas since it was going outside the insurance coverage. Your office gave us appointment after all these discussions. Today when we were outside your office we were abruptly and rudely told that the doctor is not comfortable and hence you either pay for laughing gas or she refused todays appointment. We were not even given any chance to talk over to doctor or even informed well in advance that this appointment stands cancelled. You cannot abruptly cancel an appointment without talking to or explaining a customer when the customer is standing outside in cold weather with their 5 year old daughter.
This appointment was booked by your office after all discussion and having all insurance details. There is no intention to defame anyone but if you are not attended properly and a patient is returned abruptly after showing up at appointment time, it is a sad situation.

Moreover there was no talk about any specialist for my daughter for her tooth filling. That is why all these appointments were booked so that she can get the required within permitted insurance limits.

I generally don't write reviews so often but when it is really hurting and unprofessional and if it is the question of your child you are bound to react.

Imagine yourself in my shoe, rush from all places, plan your day, prepare your child mentally and stand outside in cold with her in your lap and then someone abruptly comes and say that your appointment is cancelled except if you agree to pay for laughing gas.

You cannot blame a customer for all the mess up and miscommunication and arrogance.

I am sorry to see that instead of saying sorry for all these mess and cancelling appointment after we are there, you are pointing finger on customer and giving weird explanations and accusing me of fraud. I am not claiming anything from insurance directly and my duty is just to give my insurance details and tell the treatment required. Claiming insurance is your office job.

I would have appreciated if you would have apologized and sorted the things for future to leave a good customer experience.

I've been going here a few times and honestly it's the best dentist. Today I had Amna do my fillings, and she was such a sweet n friendly lady. I felt totally welcomed n comfortable. I love how she was keeping conversation with me throughout my appointment. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here. Dr. Meetu is also very knowledgeable and Jodie the receptionist is very nice!?

I had a wonderful experience with King Street Dentistry, the staff is very polite and professional, courteous, all while taking all precautions during these tough times. I noticed them cleaning after each and every person whom came in and they made me feel very comfortable. Very friendly and sweet people, had a great experience and I'm happy I've found my new dentist. I have very sensitive teeth and I was surprised with how gentle the experience was as many of my other visits to other dentistry's have been quite painful. Definitely recommend them as a family dentist

My one star is for the chat in your website, I asked whether your clinic accept my insurance card, and the lady in the chat confirmed that the clinic accepting this insurance card and I just need to call the clinic in the following morning to book for an appointment and for them to get more details,
Next morning I called the clinic and they confirmed to me that my insurance card is not accepted in the clinic, then I went to another clinic to get the requird dental care.

My point is, don’t bother yourself with adding chat service to your website if the person using that chat doesn’t know your clinic requirements.

Note: my dental insurance card is provided to me and my family from the region of waterloo becouse we are from the " low income families "
