Food was very delicious. They have a great customer service, specially Simran helped us a lot to decide the dishes. She is the best very polite and humble.

This is the only location of king tandoori I like

Had the tandoori grouper and I recommend this! Chicken tandoori and naan was good. Service was okay, however, very slow.

This used to be a prime spot for good Indian food, unfortunately that's not the case anymore.
My server only came over to my table twice and never bothered to bring any water or napkins the whole time. Their butter chicken was bland and cold. Their goat curry was better but was cold as well. When it was time to pay the waitress added a bunch of small items including water bottles to the bill. I wasn't even offered a glass of water.when I pointed out the water bottle ad-on, the waitress decided to show attitude and make comments under her breath. I don't see a reason I would ever recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Very bad food it's fully burned we really garbage this and recommend everyone don't give to anyone because it's totally wastage of money. I also attached pictures with my complaint.

We were there with family friends. The service food and atmosphere. Everything was perfect. Don't forget to order their white fish (I don't know what name was in the menu). And Malayee Tika. Both items were super delicious.

I would have given negative stars, if there would have been any option. Money wasted. Tasteless food! Tried Amritsari naan-
We just left the food as it is in the plates.

Do not order Amritsari Kulcha, it is stuffed naan with the coconut burada on top instead of butter. Quality has degraded.
Of course typical customer service skills of a Punjabi restaurant, people standing and waiting in the line and the cashier/owner talking on the phone while taking orders and putting the customers in store on hold.

Anju Kalra has attended us so well. I was feeling amazed to be there. Everything was so yummy that I wanna visit there again. Their service was so good. I would recommend all to visit there.

We ordered Amritsari Kulcha and Malai Chaap. Both were good. Specifically I like Amritsar kulcha. Taste was good and so soft and the service provide by SHARN was so good. She was so nice and polite. Overall great experience.

An extremely pleasant dining experience from A to Z. We’ve been here a few times, and enjoy it every single time. All the dishes we’ve tried so far taste amazing - but whatever you pick, try some naan as well. The staff are very attentive and take the time to ensure everything is to your liking. We’ll definitely keep coming back for more!

Taste is kind of Ok, but when you go to pick up your food, it is just been placed on a table which is just next to the washroom door. Not good.

I ordered Amritsari kulcha and its was definitely not even close to 1% of it. Taste wasn't even there. Rest food was below average though. Chicken karahi was worse as well. Will never go.

I tried indian food from many places in brampton but no doubt king tandoori is the best specially my all time favourite Chicken tikka masala. I must say that i can tell by taste even if there is 100 types of foods. Five star food quality…

Yes we went to king tandoori. It was my first time to went there. We tried so many dishes. All of the dishes were brilliant moreover service was also outstanding.

Had a great experience in restaurant girl named Mehak served us she really took good care of us. The food was awesome and service was excellent

The restaurant can improve in terms of ambience inside, however the food is not that great too, but better than a lot of desi restaurants in the area.

Amazing food and wonderful service. Mehek who was waiting our table was very professional and polite. Malai chaap is a must try.

IMO they have the best kababs in town! The chicken seekh kabab and malai tikka are the go to order every visit followed by chicken stuffed naan with mutton (goat) curry. The fish pakora is my go to for takeout. Great place, great service and love the new ambience!

Five of us visited for dine in on 3rd Oct’21 (Sunday) at around 6.30pm@King Tandoori at 270 Rutherford Rd S, Brampton. It took around 5 mins to check our vaccination status and 15 mins each for bringing starters and main course food. Tandoori chicken, kadai chicken, butter chicken was quite good. Female manager (not sure about her name) made sure we get everything on time and kept on asking if we are ok or need anything. Overall decent experience.

We bought 4 plates of Bhatura Channa and the Channa were disgustingly gross. The CHICKPEAS size was very large and they were very hard. It seemed like they made the channa with canned beans and the gravy was basically just oil. Also, the Channa had a very bad smell. We ended up eating the Bhatura with home made Sabji. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Beware of ordering from this place over the phone. I called the restaurant to place a takeout order.to which staff after taking half order hang up and not taking call backs again. Then I placed the order for pick up via skip the dishes app. I was told by the app that my order will be ready in 30 minutes for instore pickup. I When I arrived exactly after 30 minutes to pick up my order. I got to know they already gave my order to somebody else and not admitting their mistake. Then start to offer me their left over food in exchange. I contested and then the lady on the counter rudely said we will prepare your order again clearly no apology for their mistake but said you have to wait for 25 minutes again. Awful experience. No customer service. Running a food service mafia! She was behaving as if she is doing a favor on me by doing her job correctly. Oh my God. Negative stars to this restaurant if possible.

Horrible experience with takeout March 20th, 0 stars if I could. Butter chicken undercooked, pink and visibly raw meat and found a hair as well. Biryani had hair inside too and somehow a piece of plastic and wrapper was inside? Butter naan was also very burnt and dry, no butter or greasiness as anticipated. Prices were ok. First and last time ever going. Not even adding pictures because it was disgusting.

Worst experience ever poor management they didn’t give us complete order or even didn’t refund. They didn’t even behave well with their customers.

We had an amazing Christmas Lunch at Tandoori King. The food was amazing, the service was amazing (from everyone, especially Balpreet) and the prices were very reasonable. I definitely recommend King Tandoori to everyone in the future!

5 star quality food. Just love their sizzlers. Not a great fan of the ambiance.but very tasty food. Every time we go there, its the same consistent taste which is why we prefer going there.

KINGTANDOORI IS HAS THE BEST FOOD IN THR GTA, CHICKENTIKA MASLA AND SHI PANEER WERE SO DELICIOUS PLUS THE NAANS WERE AMAZING. JUST FABULOUS

One of their tandoori dish, they serve it in a way that it creates so much smoke and there is not even any exhaust to let the smoke out. Such a bad customer service.

Good but need to have proper spacious sitting and ventilation too, food is excellent but need to improve on service like they should use fool plates along with small plates with proper cutlery and trained staff instead of students serving

Worst paneer tikka I have ever had.it was like onions and few uncooked paneer pieces mixed with onions and ketchup.i had to roast the paneer pieces at home.and the paneer Had very bad taste.don’t understand why there’s so much hype about this place.congested sitting, restaurant filled with smoke.kind of suffocating and.unhygienic.will never go there again.

Food may be good but does not treat employees good. Hires international students below market rate. All the tips go to the owner. NOT FAIR.

This place is great for people who love authentic "Dhaba" style desi food. The service is not bad and has improved from previous visits, but the amazing food more than makes up for it.

I will not recommend this place to any person because they have zero customer service and the lady work at front desk she said she has 6 year experience but she don’t know how to give customer service instead of apologizing she started shouting on us.and someone don’t want to die don’t go there because they serve raw chicken.to the customers.they also discriminate and have no respect for Punjabi customer.its my first experience I will not go back.they should take classes of customer service.

It a very very congested. Look like a Indian dhaba. It was so much congested and confined that when I reach my home, I was complained having my clothes stink with the smell of onions and spices.
It's good when all other restaurants are closed as it remains open late night hours.
Food is okay. One item was extremely hot, full of chillies.

It is open 24 x 7 and usually busy even at night. The place is well designed and I like the ambience. A very good place to reminisce the very Indian homely flavour. The food is very good as well and waiters and waitresses are always there paying attention to if you need something. The prices are very reasonable as well. I will always go here whenever I crave for Indian / Pakistani food.

If i have to rate only food i would probably rate it 4 out of 5. But, if I consider the below mentioned factor then i would rate it to the worst. I got to know from 3-4 serving staff members and ex-employees that the owner does not pay back their tips as he believes in the theory that “ tip is the right of owner, customer pay tip for the good experience inside his property”.
