The restaurant was small but not crowded. The food and service was amazing. Every dish that we ordered was delicious from the entrees to the main dishes. Manpreet who was serving us was very helpful and attentive. We definitely, would go back.

Best Indian food in Woodbridge. Daal makhni and paneer tikka masala was very good. Service is also good. Keep it up the good work guys!

NO FRESH FOOD
Never order here for takeout I asked before ordering that what do you have fresh on menu but still they gave me the food cooked a day before (dal makhni, mix veg) and Admitted over the phone when I called to complain about the food

This is how you prepare Kadahi Chicken for uber orders right? When called restaurant regarding this that rude lady on call on morning shift on 5th july said we cant even do this. It is uber driver’s fault. Are you kidding me? If the owner is reading this please hire staff who know customer service and how to behave. King Tandoori, this review is for their negligence of making our dinner. We are vegetarian family and our family practices by our choice.
We had “CHICKEN CHUNKS” in our curry we ordered which was “PANEER TIKKA MASALA“
Chicken which we never had even in our life. So its big deal for my family. Having this sort of disappointment on plates and we felt totally disrespected in terms of our religious views. So readers ensure the dish before eating it or Try to see another options in my opinion.
Customer service was not great either specifically for that day.
After this realized and checked their reviews and found more people have experienced the same level of experience.
We purchased our dinner on July 9,2022 worth $56.45 and all was thrown into garbage as we encountered chicken in a vegetarian dish.

Staff response and customer service is really terrible. Have been eating from king tandoori since last 2 years from different locations. But your staff ladies and getting worse in terms of speaking with wrong orders. Not gonna recommend anyone and eat again from you just beacuse of your staff and customer service

It was amazing.the service is little slow.perhaps because of a large number of orders.but overall it's the best place to have non-vegetarian dishes.

Best Indian food I had till now. I was craving for tawa Parantha and this is the best place to have ghar ke taste vala khana:) Moreover, the service was great here.

Despite Pandemic, their Prices are still very competitive. And portion size is still very good. I am happy they did not increase prices too high or decrease portion size at all. Food is great as usual.

We ordered 6 different dishes and all were excellent in flavour. Sadly each meat dish lacked meat. The shrimp tandoori, chicken tikka masala and lamb korma each had 5 small pieces of meat.

One of the best places to eat In GTA. They went an extra mile for serving us the dishes which were not even on the menu.
Taste is amazing.

Worst restaurant ever. Ordered chicken biryani and they served us dal and rice with 2-3 pieces of chicken. The large chicken tikka gravy had only 4 small pieces of chicken. I wonder how many pieces will be there in small plate. Garlic naan is pathetic. It’s not even a naan. It’s a thin roti with no taste of garlic.

Hi, I am writing to support Manpreet’s review about our dinner night as she was accompanied by me. Speaking of chicken Briyani, it’s not only all about presentation but also taste matters, where in your restaurant both were lacking. You want to charge a customer above $10 for a chicken Briyani and offer them a dhal rice with some chicken (your so called Briyani) any one would reject. I don’t want to get any further but why would you have to charge for that Briyani when a customer rejects the specific order. None wants to spend time to write a bad review, I am sharing my experience.

More over the naan we order was not up to the mark, overall everything way below expectation.

They dont deserve even one star.we ordered paneer pkoda its was totally garbage. Totally tasteless and wait time is too much. Service not good

Every weekend I place order for Tandoori Soya Chaap. Bcz they make it amazing. And the people who work there are great.

They have good customer understanding. And always make best order like as I mention in note.

Ordered soya champ, Manchurian and reshmi tikka.food was delicious but service was very slow… took more than 30 mints for 3 items.dine in is recommended if you have more than enough time.

Am regular and love the goat curry. Todays goat meat was a bit hard and out of 8 pieces could only eat 3, rest were bone only or too hard. Hope that was one time though.

The food is amazing and really good! One negative is small portions. For the cost I would have expected good portions. But it definitely is one of the tastier Tandooris I have had in town. Recommend Tandoori Chicken and Paneer Tikka!

Great food but very slow service and I wasn't impressed with interior of the restaurant. It was dusty next to the window which we sat.

I ordered Large Goth kdai from this restaurant and in my food I found a big piece of metal. It is not acceptable to find a piece of metal in food. Anyone can be in danger. The only thing I want to request is to staff and those who work in the kitchen that please work carefully and please respect the food. People give money to eat. Everyone needs to respect food whether you are making it for yourself or for someone else.

I order manchurian but they just dipp in gravy and give it to me and its too spicy you can try king tandoori kennedy branch they have good but I don’t prefer this place

This place is a hidden gem of a place and has the best Amritsari Kulcha in the area of not the province.

I Kulcha was crispy and came from a clay tandoor as it is meant to be. We had paneer in ours and will be coming back for more.

The bhaturey Choley are another fantastic item which is mostly a hit and will be great as a breakfast item to keep you moving in the day.

We will be back to try out other this next week for sure.

Terrible customer service. One star for good food. The customer service made our experience really bad and couldn’t enjoy the delicious food they have.
Will be returning to the other locations but not to Vaughan again.
Please hire staffs who are good with customers and doesn’t have an attitude or better things to do while working.

King tandoori is favourite my go to locations for Punjabi food. I enjoyed dining at Rutherford locations a lot and based on that I have been ordering from vaughan locations but almost last 7-10 time consistently their vegetarian dishes are not good. For example, Palak paneer gravy smelled like uncooked palak and without any taste. 2nd time I gave proper feedback at the counter but then they made palak paneer without properly grind gravy, Their malai kofta is too savoury, in soya chap gravy dish soya chap is not properly cooked. Not sure why they are doing so poor compare to their Kennedy and Rutherford locations.

I wish them comeback to their Brampton location standard.

It was my first visit at this location, like other King Tandoori locations the sizzlers were awesome, chicken was tender and kebabs were outstanding. Unfortunately the butter chicken and Chicken karahi was highly disappointing, complete waste of money.

Food was good but the wait was more as they have less space as compared to the amount of customers they have.

I use to do skip the dishes all the times, but today i planned to dine inn and believe me it was awesome nd staff was very nice to us must visit

Very late in processing! I can't stress that enough. Although the food was great we could not enjoy most it as we were time pressed. We ordered in advance so that we might not have to face this but didn't work. May be they are good for take aways.

Tandoori chicken had NO tandoori flavour whatsoever. Wasn’t even seasoned with tandoori seasoning. Paid $15 for grilled flavourless chicken pieces.
Chicken naan has NO CHICKEN.
Food is very disappointing. I will never be ordering from this place ever again.

Not a good option if you are hungry or in hurry because this place takes long time to serve your order. Even quality of food is not as good as long they take to make your food. In past you could expect a good quality but not now.

This branch just disappoints us- does not carry the same quality and taste as the other location.we always recommend King Tandoori to our friends and family but not this location after our experience today. Chicken Biryani here is a disgrace to Biryani. Its more like boiled rice with random spices and Green Bell Pepper- like seriously- who puts green pepper in Biryani! Whosever is chef should be punished for making such biryani. Went directly to garbage.waste of money and our whole afternoon.not coming here for sure.

Me and my friends went to your restaurant first time for dinner. At your restaurant there is a girl whose name is aman, she treated us in a respected way and provided a best guest services to us and after that if we ever plan for dinner we will only go for king tandoori Mississauga

Looked at the menu online and called to place an order for naan ($1.50 each). Ordered 4, went to pick them up and suddenly the price is jacked up to $9. I tell them their website says $1.50 each and they tell me well no it's $1.99 each.told them to keep the naan and left. The restaurant was tiny and looked dirty and grimy. First and last time I ever go there. So glad I didn't spend a dime there. Came home and made lunch instead

We had a great time at this location. Very simple spot with courteous staff and tasty food. Great location for those who dine late and prefer Quick service.

Previously gave this restaurant 5 stars. Food is still good but service has deteriorated and it shows in the reviews. Went there last week, people were waiting for their food with only one person working the cash, delivery and answering the food. Owners need to step up and fix what they have caused which is a poorly staffed establishment. Will take my business to their other locations either Rutherford or Airport Road.

The worst butter chicken I have ever had in my life. Payed over 10 dollars for 2 pieces of chicken and a whole bunch of gravy, it was a huge ripoff. Do not recommend this place to anyone. The food also tasted 1 week old and tasted worse than the frozen butter chicken you can buy at the grocery stores. I took 2 bites from it and threw it in the garbage.

Please learn some business ethics. And deliver the quantity you have charged us for. I had take out yesterday. We ordered different dishes but medium sized. I was so so disappointed.their containers were small sized and those also Hardly half full, just two or three ladles.

But please do think twice before robbing people of their money.
I don’t know if you are aware of the fact or not, You medium sized dish (actually small containers) costs about basic 1 hour hard work wage here, everyone doesn’t owns a restaurant like you where we deliver peanuts at the cost of walnuts.

Acceptable food, 45 mins -1 hr pickup delays typical, don’t expect ‘dining experience’, just a shabby little place.

Don’t deserve a star. I don’t know why people are giving them stars. They don’t even bother to see you if you are calling them. Poor business ethics as well. The attendant were also ignorant.

Ordered take out from uber eats. Ordered the non-veg thali disappointed lets start this. In food portion there are 3 compartments for non-veg 2 for butter chicken. I had 2 pieces of chicken in each the rest is the curry. In the 1 compartment non-veg goat meat 3 pieces the rest filled with curry. The size of the pieces are small for example half a chicken nugget from mcdonalds if your wondering. So the meat was equivalent to 3.5 chicken nuggets. It felt like i was getting a trial or a taste test of the food or they just took a spoon out of someone else food at the restaurant that ordered for each compartment. Next up Naan small in size shaped like a roti not that fluffy golden you usually get. Rice was plain filled to the top i had a lot of the curry sauce to put on it with no meat lol. The Dahi was good but i think that is very hard to mess up. The salad was just onion and carrot aachar. If you are wondering this happened before same deal its just this time i have time to write this review. If you want a VEG thali go to rajdhani if you want a NON-veg thali hit up fresh bite on queen or waraich on airport and cotrelle. They keep the take out Thali on point. Step your game up King tandoori.

Everytime i go there it is a different (bad) experience. Its really hit and miss. No standardization. I recently ordered Chicken Biryani and Chicken Curry. Firstly the chicken biryani was more like turmeric rice with chicken peices. And the chicken curry was like overly spicy kadai chicken with big pieces of raw onion and green peppers.helloooo who puts raw onion and green pepper pieces in chicken curry.

Previously, i had ordered similar food via Uber, even that time it was very tasteless and hopeless food. Very inconsistent experience. 1 star only.

We ordered catering for a dinner party and were very impressed with the quality of the food. The chicken was moist and tasty. Everything was delicious. This is our new go to spot for punjabi food.

Went there with friends in search of good India food. This staff is very courteous and the appetizers we ordered, Fish Pakoda and Paneer Tikka was great. In the main course, we ordered, Baigan ka bharta which was decent in taste, quiet liquidity infact along with yellow dal, which was again ok ok, Naan and Kulcha (this was good) and chichekn biryani, which was ok again. All in all, decent main course but good starters. We ordered one beer and lemonade too and our bill came to CAD $ 74 between 4 adults. We infact doggie packed the leftovers.

Awesome food. Nice service. I go here for authentic Punjabi taste and you won't be disappointed for that. Don't expect much from ambiance perspective but the taste wins.

The food is really good but the wait for take-out and delivery is horrible! We've ordered from this place a few times because it is one of the only good Indian (Punjabi) food places in Woodbridge but we know by now to expect an unreasonably long wait time and so we prepare with that in mind. Keep in mind though that we only order on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday so it could be that these are the busiest days.

I have picked up from here a few times and each time, even though we are told it will be ready in 25-30 minutes, we have waited an average of 45 - 50 minutes from call to pick-up inside. I don't even leave my house to pick up until at least 15 mins after I've called. Inside is not a place I want to eat, it is really cramped and looks really run down so I have no experience with the wait inside, although from having to stand around and being in everyone's way during my wait for my take-out order it looks like the wait inside is too long as well. The staff looks constantly flustered and they are quite disorganized. I have also seen numerous takeout orders sit on the counters for a while until because they wait for no reason to call them out and it's absurd because people are standing around waiting.

Skip the dishes is no better, we've waited an average of 40-60 minutes to get our order and this place is, at most, a 10 minute drive from our house.

So in closing, if you are ordering for pick-up or delivery be prepared to wait a while. If you are going in to pick-up yourself make sure constantly ask if yours has come out or it may sit there until they finally call you, even though you are there waiting.

I hate the wait but now that I know to expect it I will still highly recommend the food. It is delicious, the portions are large and while it is really, really spicy it is quite flavourful as well.

Only the roti (Indian bread) was good. Any of the curries and starters we ordered were not up to the mark as we expected. Should improve the taste
