Would you pay $67.79 for this piece of material only to realize it doesn’t match your dress color? I had bought a dress online but it was way shorter than I expected. When I went inside this store the lady came to me, mind you she was very nice at first, she saw the photo on my iPhone and said yes I have something that you can use. I was so happy to purchase this piece of French fabric that was already cut and ready to be sold except it’s not same color as my dress. I called back the number on the receipt and left a voicemail for someone to call me back.
I called back a week later and was told that she got my message but had no time to call back by advising they don’t do returns or refunds. Wasted my money and she was rude on the phone by stating she didn’t force me to buy anything, but thinking back she couldn’t rush enough to take my money …. They could give at least a store credit

I used to shop here often and last weekend I was buying some stretchy cotton fabric. The guy who is always busy on the phone texting, took the scissor, clipped the fabric then quickly proceeded to rip the rest which skews the material for about 2 to 3 inches from the rip.
This skew which looks like a flounce can not be ironed out or flattened. These people who sell the fabric clearly never actually sew.
I said to him that I don’t like my fabric ripped and explained the reason.
He said that he has been doing it like that for years and that I am the first one to complain.
He Immediatelly cut me another yard of the stretchy cotton fabric and charged me the full price but all it was just the other end of the ripped fabric which a good part of was unusable as it was totally stretched out of shape.
Yesterday I returned to the store and the “owner” of the store (I think his mother) I picked up some blue stretchy cotton fabric to make my grandson a Mario costume for Halloween. I brought it to the counter for her to cut 1.5 yards and asked her to cut it not RIP IT. She said “she knows. ”
The fabric seemed to be at the end of the roll. She said she “has to keep 1.5 yards on the roll”. Then she measured the total of the roll and said that she could only sell me 1.25 yards. I said that would not be enough and that I’d like to buy 2 yards.
I definitely didn’t want to buy/pay for the last yard on the roll, as it was very dirty, mangled and looked like waste.
The woman said she couldn’t sell me 2 yards cuz she has to keep 1.5 yards on the roll. This doesn’t even make any sense. Don’t display it if it’s not for sale. It’s a waste of the customers time.
Very strange and definitely wont be spending any of my hard earned money here anymore.

Good experience. Found the fabric I needed at the price I needed. I thought I left something behind and called them. They offered to replace it. I found it and let them know. Thanks so much!

I didn’t even buy anything from here but staff a younger guy was super nice and extremely helpful took the time to show me stuff and talk to me about what I was looking for. I’ll definitely come back when I need the type of fabrics they carry.

I go to this place for stuff I need all the time.they are pet friendly, love it
