King Tours

Several years I booked the trip to Niagara outlets, the driver directly drove to Niagara Falls without a stop and asked me to call a taxi to outlets. I called the company and they said they would investigate. After several mins, they phone me back and said the people sitting beside me said I was wearing earphone, that’s why I missed the driver’s announcement. At the time, I even didn’t bring an earphone with me. The company is a liar and made me feel really disgusting.

We were about to leave our hotel to get transport to premium outlets Toronto when I got a phone call to say our trip was cancelled due to driver ringing in sick. They offered another date but as we were going home the next day it was of no use. It amazes me that a company did not have another driver. We were deeply disappointed and annoyed that we had been let down at last minute. So beware if you are booking this company to take you anywhere. Only plus in their favour was they refunded our money.

The trip to Niagara Falls was an experience! Very nice tour guide who told and explained a lot! Gladly again

Felix our driver did a fantastic tour to Niagara Falls, he has a fascinating story to tell about everything. Humor and very correct. Super friendly and a highly qualified company. Because we were only in Toronto for 2 days, we didn't know exactly what to book. This choice was great! Everything could still be arranged during the tour and Felix arranged the helicopter flight and boat trip. It was definitely worth doing that. Plenty of time to see everything and finally a small stop in the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

This day tour is highly recommended if you only have a short stay in Toronto.

I would highly recommend King Tours, and in particular their driver Roy. Six of us, four Aussies and two Canadians spent the day with Roy, on a private tour of Niagara Falls. Roy is a lovely man, kind, courteous and very very knowledgable about the history of the area. We would unreservedly recommend him (and we will) to any one looking for an intelligent and competent driver. Roy, you made our day extra special, and we all thank you.

We were picked up at our hotel in a lovely vehicle, had a wonderful day out at Niagara with just the right amount of instruction and touring given and then dropped off at the airport. Perfection! This tour and driver were very professional!

Our family took a private tour with Sam our driver guide! The vehicle was super comfy! But the highlight of the trip of course was Niágara Falls. Gaurav Sharma was a great tour guide. Drive from Toronto was smooth, lots of information about the Lake Toronto and the Niagara Falls. Very patient with us and lots of time given to walk around and have lunch. He was also kind enough to drop me off in Burlington to catch up with an old friend-I had not seen for years! He also shared information about Canadian sports like Ice Hockey, basketball as well as car manufacturing.

Very informative guide as along the way to the falls and returns, he did explain in details. Humorous as well and able to engaged a very open conversation with him. Certainly worth to engage him again in future

Fantastic tour. Gaurav was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and explained things to the group and also individually. He made sure I had my ticket to go under the Falls. My original tour had been cancelled at the last minute and I'm glad I was able to get a space on this one. We were given plenty of time to see the sights and Niagara-on-the-Lake was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this tour.

Had a trip from Downtown Toronto to Niagara falls today with Saleem. He was a brilliant guide and kept us laughing all day. I also was able to go behind the falls and all was sorted out by King Tours. Would highly recommend!

Feedback on private tour, Toronto to Niagara. Very disappointed with this experience - some points below.
- Revised pick up time from 8: 30 to 8: 45, which was fine.   Driver, arrived at 9: 30 with a lot of excuses. If you have a pick up planned for 8: 30am, maybe not book an earlier trip prior to that.
- I was under the impression these were Niagara Falls tour guides. Driver asked me to send him a text with the address for Peller Estates - one of the largest attractions in Niagara. We were at Gretzky and Trius literally right next door.   He did not know that.   There were a lot of U turns and looking up directions.   It was obvious he did not know the area.
- We planned to leave Niagara at 2: 00pm to head to wineries. I texted him at 1: 30 that we were ready to go. He was 20-30 mins away. Why? This is a private tour. I would think he'd be in the area to take us to our next stop.
- Little knowledge of area. Pointed out the Outlet mall and expensive houses. For a private tour, I expected major highlights, not the mall. His lunch suggestions included Wendy's and Burger King.   Nothing else.
- When we started, we were told we would stay a bit longer than originally planned due to the late start. The drive home took almost three hours. It was obvious he was very frustrated and his driving was a bit reckless, again, making U turns in the middle of the road.   A lot of talk about driving for celebrities and girls in fishnets.   Not very professional at all.
For the price of this tour, I expected a timely, professional driver that knows the area like the back of his hand.

Pick up from hotel was different, Black car service came to hotel and drove us to the bus. No wine tasting, it was maple syrup tasting, Food is not included. Return trip was not to the hotel, no car service from the bus. The driver made a few return drop off stops. Next stop he said last stop everyone off the bus. It was dark I was about 5 miles from hotel. Very unprofessional and rude, when I asked how will I get back to my hotel. Driver said “walk I don’t know where your hotel is”. I paid for an Uber taxi back to hotel.

Itinerary that we paid for was not given. No wine tasting. No time in Niagara on the Lake. The latter experience was put down to a vote by the bus driver! If you’ve paid you should be given the experience. We left late and the driver was clearly in a rush to get back to Toronto. We were told not to get souvenirs by the falls and wait to go to NOTL so we missed out on those. Emailed and no response. Avoid.

We had an awesome experience from the beginning to the end of the tour! All staff were great! We loved Eli’s humour, sharing of knowledge, and choice of music on the bus. We highly recommend this company for touring of the Niagara Falls. Katherine, Karen, and Kristy (Manitoba girls that were picked up at Doubletree on Dixon Rd.)

Unfortunately we did not have the experience we were expecting. Eli was a humorous and safe driver, but a number of advertised itinerary and services were not available.
The morning pick up was delayed by 15-30 minutes without any communication. This wasn't significant, however it contributes to our poor review.
We were expecting free wifi which was not available. We were also expecting a wine tasting and tour which was also not available. It appears that it wasn't even booked?
All these small things may have been tolerable except  at the last stop, we were told we would be dropped off at on the side of the road and would have to walk to our hotel. When we questioned this we were told to order an Uber.
We ended up walking approximately 45 minutes with our bags to our hotel. It was terrible. Honestly, it was this last item that made me write this review.
Part of the reason we selected the company was the pick up and drop off at our hotel, it was a disappointing experience.

Disappointed with this tour as we didn’t get what they offered in their advertising. We didn’t have wifi access, not dropped off at hotel, no wine tasting. The luxury coach had a broken armrest, used mask in seat pocket and poor air conditioning.
Solutions: update the website so it’s accurate and clean the coach. The guide being more knowledgeable about history and general knowledge of the area.
We went for the falls and they were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the ride on the Hornblower.

Our driver karthi was super nice and accommodating! He put my family at ease that was travelling out of province for the first time with a baby. He made pleasant conversation from Hamilton to Niagara Falls. Also their communication was great! I highly recommend this company for all your shuttle needs!

An absolutely fantastic trip to Niagara Falls. Picked up at our hotel in downtown Toronto, a couple of fascinating stops along the way to help us get a flavour of the region, along with interesting narrative really brought the trip to life. And the falls themselves - totally awesome! A great day out, thanks King Tours! If you’re in Toronto on vacation I’d really recommend that you check out these guys for a tour.

Changed pickup time, cancelled lunch tour guide more interested in small stops along route than the falls not one of the best tours I’ve been on if this is what you get I wouldn’t recommend

We had a great family day out. Highly recommend this company and ask for Naveed as your guide/driver a true gent. He took great care of us and advised us on all the good things to do.

My friend and I booked a shuttle bus to take us to Premium Outlets this morning at 10: 30AM. It is now 11: 05AM, no one is responding to our calls or emails and the shuttle bus still isn’t here. Horrible communication and zero professionalism. Do not recommend this service at all.

Very nice tour. Kevin was a super driver and guide. Many places were visited: Niagara Falls, Whirlpool, Niagara-on-the-Lake and winery with wine tasting. Great trip! Door to door pick up and drop off.

A great tour with a classy tour guide. Shakeem "the dream" was informative, safe, and good humored. All stops through the day had adequate time to explore. The Hornblower boat ride was cool, but I might suggest that you wear contacts (if you normally wear glasses) as you won't be able to see anything with your glasses all wet. Probably challenging either way.

We chose the bus tour to avoid the hassle of driving, parking, etc. Well worth our money spent. We would highly recommend.

Purchased the $135 package that includes a ride on the Hornblower and a visit to a vineyard with wine tasting.
Overall, our trip to Niagara Falls felt more like having a personal chauffeur rather than a tour guide.

Lack of enthusiasm in conveying information and poor knowledge of the subject; I also felt the individual in question lacked professionalism:
— a few minutes onto the drive, we are told that the vineyard is closed and we wouldn’t be able to go. Later on he lets us know that he managed to get us a visit to a local winery. Upon our visit to the place, we actually find out from conversing with an employee of the place that they have been opened to the public for months.
— upon arriving at the Falls he informs us to purchase the tickets to go in the boat if we wish to ride it. We let him know our package has that included, but he still called the office to confirm.

Save your money and rent a car, or take your own, if you need to visit the Falls. Totally NOT worth the money I spent.

EDIT: Also of note: website says $135 taxes included, but then adds tax on it. Why deceiving patrons this way?

I was picked up from home in the morning and dropped of in the night the tour guide was informative.

We went on the Niagara Falls tour today, we got picked up from our residential address in a curtesey car and taken to the bus. Saleem was our tour guide and he was awesome, very informative and friendly. Even though Niagara in general was VERY QUIET, we saw the falls in all its glory and it was well worth the trip.

Use King Tours for your future tours! They are excellent, and provide awesome customer services. Simply the best better than all the rest!

I reserved the night after I went on the tour and their response was so quick, they sent an Uber to pick me at the time they said, the sprinter was clean and comfortable! I got late to the time the driver said and he came back to pick me as soon as I called them! (Thank you so much btw!)

Loved our day with King tours and Sri our driver. Even with only 2 of us we opted for the limo and boy are we grateful we did. For 8 hrs Sri took excellent care of us, made all the arrangements for our day at Niagara Falls including helicopter, hornblower boat ride, behind the falls and scenic drive up Niagara river. He drove us right up to every venue, had tickets lined up and put us in a no waiting line! Perfect day of absolutely no worries, no stress, no driving and not a care in the world. Worth every penny to pay the extra to get the level of service that came with the limo and Sri as the driver. A day I will remember for the rest of my life!

We prearranged a shuttle through King Tours from Hamilton International Airport (YHM) to our Airbnb in Toronto. Rod was our driver, and we found him very professional and a pleasure to chat with. He made the drive through heavy traffic much more enjoyable than it would have been otherwise. Coincidentally, he ended up being our driver on the way back to the airport the following week, and we were glad to have lucked out to get him again. I would recommend this service for anyone who would like to travel comfortably and stress-free from Hamilton Airport to Toronto with a professional driver.

They should check the oil in their bus engine more often, the guide had to stop for ~15 min on our way back from Niagara Falls to change it. But overall a nice experience, loved the wine tasting stop)

Excellent service and couldn't be better.
They gave me a full refund and at the same time a free tour for the Niagara Falls. They apologised for a very understandable error (missing me as a additional customer) which was partly my fault because I did the booking online at 1 am when the tour starts at 7 am. As they could not fit me in with their coach bus, they arranged a uber, escorted me and handed me over to another tour company to provide me a tour at no cost to me.

I think the King's tour is really an exceptionally customer focused service. They care so much about the feeling of their customers. It made me feel so special. They owned up their responsibility so remarkably and in a professional way.

I feel that both the owner and the staff member, whose name is Robert I think, are excellent people.

I will definitely recommend it, to anyone.

Had a great time! They picked mr up at my hotel at exactly 715amin a nice clean vehicle Got downtown and placed on the larger van taking us to Niagara Falls. There was bottles of water available. Kevin was our tour guide/driver. He was the best. Very friendly and gave interesting information along the way. He dropped us off for the Hornblower cruise and made sure we had a guide taking us in. The falls are incredibly beautiful. Afterward we stopped in Niagara on the Lake. Cute little downtown area. Got to see the Floral Clock. Sampled some wine at Pillitteri. I liked the ice wine. Got back to the hotel around 7pm. Its a long day but worth it. King Tours and Kevin were very professional. I would recommend them.

I had an amazing experience. The trip to Niagara falls couldn’t have been better. I was picked up from my residence on time. Our tour guide Saleem made the trip memorable by keeping us engaged throughout the trip with his knowledge about the place and jovial nature. His sense of humor kept the journey interesting. We were given ample opportunities to click pictures and capture the moments. Our vehicle was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. They even provide free wifi which is quite handy because most of the tourists do not have active data services on their mobile phones. I would recommend king tours to anyone who wishes to visit Niagara falls. Kudos to their service.

One of the best tours we had. Our family loves to travel and we try to go places we haven't been everytime. Our tour guide and personal driver, Rod Diaz is not only knowledgeable but made us feel special by putting a personal touch to our trip. We got treated like his family. Although it rained part of our Niagara falls tour, it didn't deter us from getting to experience the whole magnificent creation of God! Will definitely do it again and I already shared and recommended King tours to my friends and family.

We liked that we didn't have to drive ourselves, but the time we had at the Falls was too short.
In our opinion visiting Niagara-at-the-Lake and the wine tasting were a waste of time (wine tasting in 20 minutes is stupid).
Why was our wine tasting on the only winery without a fruit stand? That would've been so much better.

We 4 of us were sent in a car with other 3 tourists. Space was congested. We booked for a tourist bus. They're was no clear communication about the change. It was like just renting a taxi and go to Falls. We didn't enjoy.

Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-The-Lake Day Trip no extras. Small hiccup to start, driver didn’t pick us up, a car service was sent and the Uber driver that was sent didn’t identify himself as coming from King Tours. The office called me to confirm these details after the Uber had arrived. He was about to cancel so this could have been managed differently. Also dropped us behind the building in a rather unsavoury alley, many apologies from desk clerk inside however these small things cost a star.

Saleem was our driver and tour guide, he pointed out interesting landmarks along the way and knew some key facts to go along with them. Not too much repetition which is always a good sign. Great personality, would recommend King Tours. The day was planned and timed well.

I scheduled a tour for 13 people from Toronto to Niagara Falls. Overall it was a success. I was nervous because of the lack of communication in the beginning and the driver was a bit late picking us up but those were the only hiccups. Overall would recommend.

The tour was really good. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The only reason not 5 stars was a little trouble with the air conditioning in the van- it was a hot day. I would use King Tours again.

Had an amazing time on this trip. We were picked up direct from our Airbnb in the morning, taken to the main depot and toured around Niagara Falls and the Lake. Lovely tour guide and well organised trip. Would recommend.

I enjoyed myself very much. Our tour guide was very friendly and fun. Niagara Falls was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer to do more but I was super tired after so it worked out. The only thing I didn’t like is the pick up on location. It gives the wrong address you actually have to walk down to the business and the bus will be waiting. It was great would definitely to it again.

A nice ride (Lexus ES) to the tour centre. Covered all stated itineraries. My only disappointment (nothing to do with King Tours) was that the boat ride was cancelled (something to do with ice on the water and boats were not permitted to sail).

Overall this was a very good experience. Got picked up from our hotel in an uber provided as part of the trip and taken to the main office. Staff were all really helpful, bus was comfortable and had free wi-fi. Tour guide provided some helpful info and as we went on a full day tour had plenty of time to spent at both Niagra Falls & Niagra on the lake. Only thing that stopped 5 stars was the journey back which was a little chaotic. We drove round downtown Toronto for around an hour dropping people off until there were only around 10 of us, the driver went through checking where people were staying and when we told him arranged us an Uber. Good that this was included but could have been an hour earlier as we just drove circles around Toronto centre. That being said it didn't spoil the trip & i'd be happy to recommend King Tours.

A wonderful day meeting all off our expectations and more. Great equipment great hospitality knowledable friendly and helpful guide with just one disappointment that at the end of the day we were dropped some distance from our accommodation. At 75 years of age and in a strange city it was quite daunting

Great sights, of course, but the bus taking us there was in very bad shape - a window almost fell off and problems with the doors. Very kind driver and guide (same person) but his command of English was below par and his accent so strong that it was hard to understand much of what he said.

It was a very well-organized tour to Niagara Falls! Had a great time. We were picked up and dropped off at the hotel on time that was promised.
If I could improve something that would be allowing for more time at Niagara-on-the-Lake (we only had 45 min) and providing some tips on options what to do there.

Our group booked a return trip over March Break weekend. Fantastic service, booking was easy, bus was in excellent condition and clea, and drivers were punctual and just awesome. I highly recommend this company & would definitely book with them in the future!

A tour for old people. Alot of irrelevant timing wasting events during the tour. Would of preferred a direct transfer there to save money.

They did not pick us up from hotel which was promised.

We had to listen to gobberdeedoo and couldn't sleep or zone out, on top of the mic was screechy and painful.
