Recently returned after performing Umrah. King Travel made great arrangements, very personalized services, staff is courteous. Worked with Shaheen sahib and Khurram sahib and found them very helpful.

There was a local coordinator in Madinah and Makkah who was at the hotels before our arrival and took care of everything. Guided tours of Ziarats was also very helpful.

Group was led by Imam sahib who provided guidance not just in the performance of Umrah but every step throughout the journey.

Will definitely ask King Travels for our future travels.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with Umrah experience, I was dealing with Khurram at king travel, he has done Excellent coordination, follow up, I have received the package which I have sign up for; They have arranged an orientation before travel started with best of the imams in town, People were available at airport to coordinate activities; imam were available to answer any questions; Excellent effort overall.really satisfied with commitment and quality of work.

My husband and I used King Travel in 2022 and we had a fantastic experience. It was our first time going to Umrah and although we were nervous, we felt we well taken care of. From getting us acquainted with how to do the actual Umrah/prayers/rules etc to guiding us every step of the way while we were in Mekkah/Medina, it was a seamless experience.

Our guide was Imam Tariq Ghori and he is very knowledgeable, Mashallah. I would recommend any first timers (or multi-timers) to go with Imam Ghori as he has deep knowledge of the history of many famous landmarks as well as many other aspects of the specific prayers/rituals.

We are planning to go again in the near future and will most definitely be using King Travel to book our coming Umrah journey.

They lie to the peoples, even though they over charge and don't provide the services which they commit. Their emergency contact number never response. I will not recommend this travel agency for any service (Umrah or travel).

Had a good experience in applying to KSA residence visa through this agency. Mr. Fahad provided detailed guidance on the required documents and accepted the application only when everything was completed. It took three days to receive the passports from the embassy. Mr. Fahad is very responsive to emails.

Applied for family visit visa to Saudi Arabia, received the stamped visa within 10 days on hand. Supporting and friendly team. My communication was with Mr. Fahad, he clarified all doubts and helped to get the visa soon as possible.
