My husband and I got married in Parkdale and I reached out to a couple florists in the area for my bouquet, boutonnières, and corsages. When Lynda responded with clear pricing for the corsages and boutonnières and asked for inspiration pictures and if there was a budget she could be respectful of regarding my bouquet, I knew I wanted to work with her. And wow, was that ever the right call!

Lynda was amazing to work with. I popped into the shop to chat in person a few weeks ago and had such a nice time chatting with her. As we have many talented friends, we only had three vendors we worked with who were new to us and King West Flowers was one. In chatting with Lynda, she felt like an extension of the people we already knew. When I mentioned that we were going to place bud vases around our reception venue, Lynda offered to arrange them at a very reasonable price. She even made recommendations to bring down the cost of my bouquet as I was working with a very limited budget.

When I saw the flowers the night before the wedding, I was blown away at how beautiful they were. I could not imagine having a more beautiful bouquet. It was perfect and I’m just over the moon. Thank you so much Lynda for helping to make our wedding so perfect!

My boyfriend has been getting me flowers from her for years, and every bouquet has been more beautiful than the last. The flowers are always fresh - with proper care and maintenance, the flowers last at least 8-10 days.
We placed a large order for Mother's Day this year, and Lynda did not disappoint. Everyone was very happy! Even my grandmother, who has very high standards, absolutely loved her flower arrangement.

I got married a couple weeks ago and used King West Flowers for my bouquet, my husbands boutonniere, and 2 larger arrangements. We gave Lynda full creative freedom after sending her a couple photos of our wedding venue and the colour scheme. She created the most beautiful and elegant arrangements and made our flower dreams come to fruition. Not only were the flowers breathtaking, but she truly was a joy to work with. She answered any of my emails within hours which I greatly appreciated as we were last minute to ordering. The day of she even delivered the flowers earlier at my last minute request. We will absolutely be coming back with any future flower needs. Furthermore, would recommend King West Flowers to everyone.

They have beautiful flowers but the arrangement was very DISAPPOINTING.

They sold this for Valentine's Day but no ribbons or no wrappings.

The vase was too big that it made the bouquet seems so empty. I couldn't believe a professional chose this vase for the arrangement.

The entire thing was $80.

They ended up giving us a refund but we still had to go in & ask for a refund.

King West Flowers customer service went above and beyond for my birthday. After spending a second one in lockdown their delivery, follow up and quality of flowers truly made my day. For those sending flowers in Toronto, buy local and use their service over other online retailers.

The customer services was fantastic, they were really friendly and up front. The flowers were ready on time and well -protected for my drive to the venue. I have received and purchased many bouquets from them since and will continue to buy from KWF as long as I remain in the city.

A vendor of ours sent us a bouquet before Christmas from King West, and they were beautiful. Aside from the great look, they were very fresh, and really lasted a long time. I will use King West from now on. I highly recommend them.

Purchased some flowers here today. The employee Goha is pretty rude and needs to learn how to speak to people. There wasn't much selection when I went. I'm surprised this florist is rated and regarded as highly as they are.

Linda is an absolute breath of fresh air, highly recommend coming here flowers last forever and the service is amazing. Best of all, it’s affordable!

I am in Vancouver, BC ordered flowers for my daughters birthday who lives in GTA. Staff very helpful, flowers pretty, when it came to delivery -disappointing! The driver was not able to deliver flowers same day there was no concierge or building manger on site. Therefore, flowers went back to shop. The shop contacted me, they would not re-deliver unless i paid for another delivery charge of $14. As a result my daughter picked up her own flowers! Find this bizarre as I have never experienced anything like this. To my knowledge delivery people always pre-arrange a drop off. Probably will not use them again for this reason.

Every valentines days I come here. Not only are the flowers great but the staff here are amazing! Very helpful in picking out flowers and making sure you're happy with the selection!

I have been coming to King W flowers for a few years now. The first time I arrived at the store I was greeted by Goha and Lynda. Goha and Lynda took care of all my needs from color, design, budget, occasion, and even how my day was going and how I was feeling. Every time I went in thereafter, always the same five star treatment. Friendliness and professionalism for the florals to match the occasion without any second guessing. Now, when I goto king w flowers, I only see Goha and Lynda. If they're not working, my flowers are waiting until they are. The way they put the florals together and just treat me with such respect and courtesy is, well, its why I come back. I love the flowers, and those two make the whole bouquet that much prettier because it was put together with professionalism, it was put together with friendliness, it was put together by people who like their customer and want to see him come back. And that's why I will, because my bouquet has all those things that I can't see added to it and then when i put it on my table, I see everything invisible they added to a perfect bouquet appear even better, prettier and I like it that much more. So, when i go there, I see Goha or Lynda, and if they're busy perfecting other clients selections, I gladly wait for either one of them to be free instead of being helped by the other staff. They make the florals just that much more beautiful.

I've gotten many a flower from here. Staff are helpful, selection is good, prices are fair. They can order a lot of different stuff in if you need it.

My son came to the florist Goha awhile ago and continually bragged to me about how the staff treated him like royalty. Well, after he told me that he only goes there from now on, I can easily see why. When I walked in, it was to a tidy, well organized store, I was kindly welcomed while
I browsed. Once I had a general idea of what I would like, I explained I needed a bouquet put together for a business associate celebrating a birthday, and was walked through ideal Birthday bouquets for business associates, as I did not know where to even begin, cards, how i would like my bouquet wrapped and my budget. I was spoken to with confidence and pride by someone who knew exactly what they were doing which made me confident in my decision and that I was making the right one by choosing Kingwest Flowers. I can easily see why my son says he was treated like royalty. I was able to relax and get a coffee while my bouquet was being prepared, I was invited to come back anytime and that they will always look forward to seeing me.

Beautiful flowers. Amazing selection, arranged by colour, which was very nice to see. Lots of options for bouquets, they also have succulents and other plants. The lady at the counter was very nice, helpful and conscious of my budget. I found it very reasonable for the service and flowers I received. Would absolutely come back again.

Saturday June 22 I went to King West Flowers to build my own custom bouquet. When I went in I was welcomed by the staff and helped immediately. I had an idea of what I wanted put together, and spoke with the staff about what/how I would like my flowers put together. I showed the staff member a picture of a bouquet I found online and that really appealed to me for my kitchen table in my home. The florist asked me how i’ll be displaying, if there were any pets and walked me through the selection of flowers with her recommendations. I have to say, i was treated like ROYALTY. The florist literally took care of me in every aspect from vase to how to take care of the flowers after i bring them home. The florist gave me amazing guidance in the colour palette, how the flowers mix together and what would look gorgeous. The store was beautifully decorated, every step I took was a step with confidence that I will be coming back here exclusively. Once all my selections were made, the florists let me know I can grab a coffee while they arrange or sit outside in the sunlight if i’d like and they would make sure i was taken care of. I knew, I made the absolute right decision coming here, and know I will be coming back for the foreseeable future whenever i have a floral need. I couldn’t be happier and am still blown away with how great my flowers look at home, with the guidance and advice it was truly everything I wanted and more. I was looked after and all my needs were taken care of. It was amazing. It was like i was Royalty

Selection was decent. Customer service was awful, the person working there was rude and very pushy

I was gifted a hibiscus, which went from the store to my condo (a 5 minute drive). A week later I noticed it was infected with aphids. Thank goodness it was separate from my other plants. Went in to tell them (having thrown the plant out because I assumed they did not want an aphid-infested plant in their shop). They said it was my fault but that the manager would get in touch with me. They never did. SAVE YOUR OTHER PLANTS and sanity - go elsewhere.

Prices are outrageous! Was being served by a lady who didn't tell me the price upfront. She then had to wrap flowers twice because she ripped the initial packaging, and then helped another customer check out before me. I was probably there for about 25 minutes. Awful experience.

I placed an order at 8: 30pm for an arrangement to be delivered as a gift and it arrived at 11: 45am the next day. I am happy with the convenience of the online ordering and the promptness of next day delivery. Delivery times are quoted between 12-5pm and it arrived even earlier which was great. Good prices compared to other companies I looked at. The delivery fee was $14. The arrangement looks great.

Best selection I’ve seen so far, and premade bouquets very nice.attention to detail when composing personal choice bouquet is a bit less though

I walked in a couple of weeks ago nobody seemed to be around and then as I walked out someone poked her head from the back room. That's what I call bad customer service.

Customer service at this store was incredibly poor. I went by the shop with the intention of buying a handtied bouquet for my mum. I was shown 5 pre-made bouquets but none in the colour scheme she would like - simple white roses with some greenery (everything premade was colourful). I asked the lady if she could help me create a custom bouquet and was told to go pick out the flowers myself. I'm not a florist - in fact I came to a florist expecting help and expertise.
After attempting to choose flowers and failing, I asked her again for help - this time she pretty much refused and said she was the only person in the shop and needed to answer the phonecalls. Are you kidding me? What's the point of operating a storefront if you won't actually serve walk-in customers?
Because I was desperate at this point I asked her for one of the pre-made bouquets that wasn't ideal, but would do. She then asked me to grab it and bring it to her (she was standing behind the counter and would not move to offer me the least bit of assistance). Finally she did a rubbish job of wrapping up the flowers (see picture) - the final nail in the coffin that's going to keep me from visiting this shop ever again.
