Let’s talk about my situation and difficulties to get a mortgage, after attempting a few times to get a mortgage with different brokers, I found out that I was wasting my time with them, and I was totally disappointed to get a mortgage and to have my own house, also since I was renting a house and my rent was going higher than normal, which I wouldn’t pay more than that.
Finally a good friend introduced me to Courtis Hinds, as a mortgage broker who works at kingdom mortgage. He asked me to hand in all my documents and after checking them, he told me we will make it happen and you will get your mortgage.
I would recommend him 100% to anyone who seriously is looking for a good mortgage.

My wife and I met Rodney at Kingdom Mortgages about a month ago, September 2021 (we honestly wished we've met him years ago). We were introduced to him by a very satisfied family member who he's doing business with.
My wife and I tried multiple times with different institutions, to renew our mortgage and weren't successful because her credit isn't the best. But, in our first meeting in Rodney's office for about one hour, he helped us get a mortgage with Scotiabank for an interest rate less than 1.35. Rodney Schunker was often available to answer our questions. Even if it was after office hours. He was always patient with us as we had many questions because this was our first house purchase and there is so much legalities and numbers. My wife and I were trying to buy our first home, moving from Toronto to a smaller community in Southern Ontario. We had a mortgage broker from that community (I will not name names) who we never quite felt comfortable with. He was always so quick to rush us off of the phone and never gave us his full attention.
