Once they get to know you they take advantage of you. I paid to get my nails done and they aren’t the shape I wanted at all, and when I paid for waxing services they did half leg and there’s still sprigs of hair and the rest of the hair has grown back prickly already. Won’t be going there anymore. I refuse to pay $300 for unsatisfactory service when I can go elsewhere and have the job done right. (Been going here for YEARS! Never felt so taken advantage of in my life)

I've visited a few different nail salons in the west end before landing on Kingdom Nails as my regular spot.
I get acrylics and I love how flat and natural looking Helen does them. Plus the staff are always friendly and welcoming!

Everyone there was so nice. The lady who did my nails really took her time to make sure everything looked good. It was a great experience and I will definitely come back.

I have come to Kingdom Nail and Spa several times now for Shellac pedis, Biogel, UV Gel, and Shellac manicures - all of the staff have been wonderful each time, patient with all my requests, and I’ve left each appointment fully satisfied with my experience and my nails! I would definitely recommend this salon!

They were able to get me in today with a half hour notice which was great. The owners are always friendly. I was the only customer in the salon when I got there and soon after, a few more customers came in and all the employees were busy. Another lady walked in just wanting her nail polish removed and they told her it would be 10-15 mins. Suddenly the lady doing my french manicure (which she was just getting started on) started rushing, like she flipped a switch. I left with nail polish all over a few of my fingers and thick patches of lotion on my arms and hands that she barely rubbed in. I was rushed up to the front to pay. Will not be back, unfortunately.

I’ve been coming here for just over 3 years — can’t beat the friendly service, cleanliness, and amazing way you feel taken care of when you come in. I’ve had the gel manicures and pedicures and now to try the waxing! Highly recommended and will always come back:)

I have been getting shellac manicures & pedicures from Kingdom regularly and my experience has been fantastic. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the prices are very affordable. I am always very happy with the service I receive here.

I really enjoy coming to this place. I’ve been coming regularly since I had my very first mani and pedi with them. I’m always greeted with a smile and I’m always happy with the way my nails look. They do a very thorough cuticle work and polish and their prices are very reasonable!
