Ceiling of the court is covered with sticking out long screws. Our team pierced our $150 ball when playing volleyball. The manager refused to compensate. Never coming back

The court is nice till you look up. There are hundreds of screws sticking out from the ceiling. Our v-ball (V200W) was pierced by one of those traps. The price of the ball is $130. The managment refused to reimburse our lose. Of course we signed a waiver before the game, but the spiky screws pose a high risk. They should have warned us about that.

The courts are OK until you bump the volleyball to the ceiling which is filled with screw spikes.

After that your new ball is most likely punctured (see the photo) and management owns you nothing as you signed a waiver.

Highly recommend choosing another location for volleyball.

Great facility to play sports. Love the new floor, curtains, and open space. The murals at this court look amazing and attendants are very helpful! Will definitely be coming here to play again!

Great court but usually busy. The half court is good if you have a small run but wish they had a curtain for the smaller court so that people and balls don’t fly into the larger courts

Same as other locations overall dirty facility, including washroom and floors. Overall terrible.

Probably one of my favourite locations. Always clean, there's AC in the Summer and a heater in the winter. The girl who works at the front is amazing! She's so friendly and is an amazing host.

Fun but noisy as hell and booking lacks any kind of human interaction which can be a pain if you have any issues.

I like the place. The surface of the courts are nice, and dont let you slip easily. Overall nice atmosphere and decorations.

I booked a full court for 3 hours for my son's 10th birthday. We had ample time to set up before our booking and the manager was very accommodating. I usually take my son to play on the half court ever so often and I'm very pleased with this location. I'll definitely consider planning more events in the future.

I have attended a couple of events at this Kings Court location. It’s always neat and clean. There’s always an attendant available for assistance. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced space for team building events, bdays, dance practice, basketball, volleyball, this is it.

NEVER book a party here! This place is dirty, has holes in the walls, the staff is VERY disrespectful and they overbook their facilities.
We showed up 15 minutes before our party (like it says to in the party checklist they sent us) and they had booked back to back events so the other party didn’t actually leave the court until 10 minutes after our party should have started (25 after we arrived). When I politely asked the staff what was going on he told me “I don’t do scheduling” and walked away. When paying $450 for 2 hours of court time losing even 10 minutes is a big deal, not to mention caused a lot of very negative confusion which upset my 9yr old son who’s bday it was. I asked the staff member to contact someone who I could speak to regarding scheduling and he did. I then got on the phone with head office and the lady offered to extend time as an accommodation. I then met the “pro” who was assigned to our party who about 5 minutes later handed me his phone and told me it was head office. The head office then proceeded to tell me that I was yelling and swearing at the staff and that they would not be making any accommodations for the delays. I was there with my family (3 young kids) and did not raise my voice or swear at the staff (of course). I then put head office on speaker with the only 2 staff in the building and had them confirm that I had not been rude in any way to the head office person. Head office hung up with no apology for the accusation and the staff and head office all refused to provide the name of who we were talking to or an explanation for what happened and why I had been accused. The pro was extremely apologetic and told me he’s never seen a situation that uncalled for in the 4 years he’s worked there. What an overall negative experience for everyone involved. Even the pro ended up spending the majority of time talking to head office to try to figure out what had happened rather than interacting with our party. So disappointing. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else ….

Clean facility for numerous sports. Great place to run basketball, volleyball.etc.
Basketball program for kids was in session while we were there.

Spacious sports facility with amazing flooring and nets! I would highly recommend to play 4v4 here. Management and booking were all convenient and awesome!

Easy to book. No hassle. Fast and convenient. Courts are small with laminate floor. Full court is good for 4v4 the most.

This place is usually not that bad but past few weeks it’s been awful. My team and I felt like we were hooping on a black ice. We couldn’t couldn’t run at all. There was water leaks all over the place no cap. 3 people hit the floor hard including my self. Also saw other people on other courts were slipping a lot. I book this place 2-3 times a week, this place fell off man. If your booking this place on a rainy or snow storm day be sure to wear helmets and knee pads for your own safety.

Convenient and nice courts. Came there for pick up ball but after what happened I won't be going there when it's raining. The ceilings were leaking plus the humidity was causing the whole l court to be a skating rink since there's no proper underlayment underneath. People were falling because of the water on the court. Makes me wonder if there is mold underneath?

Took my client here. We just left 30 minutes into the 2 hour pickup runs slot we paid for. It was disappointing today he couldn’t even finish the game cuz the ceiling was leaking and the floors were so bad. Last time we came it was lit but this time everyone was slipping and hitting their heads on the floor. Not worth getting hurt. Witnessed a lot of injuries in the short time there. He couldn’t even complete a crossover without sliding and falling. He was shooting threes from half whole time and the teammates were getting kinda angry lol but I didn’t want him to hurt himself. Asked for a refund considering it was really bad other people there were asking for the same thing as well and the worker couldn’t do or say much.: (
