King's Display Rack & Mannequins

My family and I have been coming to kings display for years. They are always so helpful. They always have what I am looking for at great prices! Highly recommend.

I have known this company for over 15 years the father and the mother are very very nice people, the sons are really friendly. I know, they take the time to explain everything to you. It's not very easy to deal with the general public, you may not be able to please everyone. My experience here have always been pleasant. King's Display, is mainly a company for businesses and I recommend you check them out if you are setting up a show room or a new retail business. Just be sure to explain in detail what you are looking for and they will take the time to make suggestions. Below are some of the mannequins that was purchase over the years from this store.

Have been shopping her for 13 years and have always received great customer service. Family owned and operated so it’s nice to support a family. I too own a family owned vintage costume store in Toronto and know what these people have to go through.

If you know what you want, just ask and they know where everything is. Prices have always been great and I rather support a place like this then online.

Yes, they do have parts closed off, and yes there is staff ready to help you. This is a professional business that has hundreds of items and I can respect their set-up.

King's Display, Just Ignore the ignorance of the high maintenance people and keep doing what you do best.

I went to the shop to poke around today and I was told to check online for any product that might be interested in. Seemed straightforward, not sure what's with all the negative reviews.

Horrible experience. Wasted 30 minutes of my time from Scarborough for nothing. Doesn't have alot of stuff for displays, racks, price stickers, etc. Not recommended at all!

I went there and I actually felt that staff were hostile towards me. They kept saying look on the website when I asked questions about the product or pictures or prices.but there is hardly any info on their product on the website. It's a massive space full of stuff but they won't let you take pictures or walk around to look. Literally they let you see about 50 square feet of the shop the rest is barricaded off. Really strange.

I am surprised to see some negative reviews and that's why i felt like voicing out. I have been to this store few times last year. I never had any problem.yes the store owner or whoever that is in the front cashier is very straight forward.i wasn't sure of a stuff and he explained to me properly.and yes this store is not like any other store where u can hang around.this is store that u buy what u need and if any questions; the gentleman is kind enough to help you out.and i always got what i need.infact i called last month regarding a clothing rack and he was nice and friendly.

Awful customer service. You can't even walk around inside the store. Let's not mention the childish passive aggressive comments they leave to whoever doesn't rate them five stars. You're a business. Act like so.

Edit: Your reply to my rating just proved how childish you are and how you can't handle business. "Bully me" who's bullying anyone here? You own a business and you will receive reviews from customers or people who pass by. If you can't handle criticism and feedback then you shouldn't be working in this industry. Pathetic. Bill and Eagle are awesome. These are serious business people that have a no nonsense approach and are quite straight up and not phoney in anyway. Been dealing with them for 20 years and find the experience always the same only now a days I can get a chuckle out of them. In retail I can tell you without a doubt the customer is not always right and quite frankly people that think they should be able to do whatever and make their own policy’s can actually cost a business money. Pretty sure these folks know what they are doing.

Very upset with the customet service! The elderly women was very rude and told me not to come back! All i was asking for was, if they had thinker version on the hangers i wanted to but.just to make sure i got the right one. This same women grab the hanger cussing in her language to the cashier to give me my money back and for me to get out of the store. Im sorry very disappointed! I am a fashion designer student and my classmates are looking to come to this store. This is very bad for you bussiness!
