Five stars for JENNA at customer service this morning. Negative stars for the “manager”
I had a price issue and Jenna immediately walked over to me greeted me with a hello a smile and discreetly attempted to help me with the matter as the manager stood at the customer service counter, inserted herself into the situation that was already being handled accordingly and berated me from across the counter once again. Yes! It happened before. She then didn’t want to follow the Ontario grocery guidelines for giving an item for free when it is rung up at the incorrect price and did all of this in front of three new people she was in the middle of training and two existing, not to mention the customer’s over a measly $1.99. Note: I shop here almost every single day. Now, Ill shop here only when I absolutely have too.

Great fresh selection of produce. Easy to find everything I needed for my shopping experience. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Just Wonderful.

I have shopped at Chris Kings Independant Grocery store every since the store was established. Always tried very hard to buy local and to keep things here moving. I cannot express my total disappointment in going there today and seeing Self Checkouts installed. I personally see that as a betrayal of local kids who will be seeking jobs for the summer. A really bad move totally!

Not too big, not too small, they seem to have everything I need and the staff are friendly and helpful. The perfect local supermarket.

We purchased a plant on a cold day. Ryan went quickly and got a flower wrap for us and took the time to make sure our plant survived the trip home. BRAVO RYAN. Thanks customer service.

So I bought one of their “Top Sirloin” roasts and slow roasted it for four hours. I took it out and could not/ can not ingest nor even cut through one single bite. It’s literally garbage. The whole thing. Absolutely disgusting!

Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had there. I had only ice cream and wanted to get a bingo card. So I waited, and waited, and waited at the express line for my ticket. Finally, I asked two girls if anyone was manning that cash, and was told "Yes, but we don't know where she is". As I was asking if they could Paige her, she showed up. No apology, no explanation of why I waited for so long.
Makes me think that for better service I should start going to Barrhaven or Stittsville.
What a disappointment!

I went there to go my shopping (try to shop local). I go to the cash there's 3 teens standing there talking to each other not even acknowledging me except scanning my items no hi how are you no anything but I guess they thought I needed to hear about who tryed the poutine KD and talk to each other about other employees.no would you like a bag.no nothing.terrible service. I only picked that cash because it was the only one that had a cashier there! The others were entertaining her I guess.heres the best part I was so mad at how I was treated that I emailed the contact for this store and got no reply so I see where the staff is learning their behavior from. Now I only go there if I have too. This place has really gone downhill.
