All of them here are wonderful. The Vet and the others were very sweet and understanding when I had to put my cat down.

I have been bringing my dog here for over 4 years. I called to request a medication for an ear infection that I have used once before. They made me schedule an appointment and pay an extra $136 for the appointment and ear swabs just to give me the exact medication that I requested.

Our cat McGee had to have emerg surgery at the ER on maple grove on a Sunday am, and by Thursday he wasn’t improving at all. Saturday morning Dr Jaimie did blood work and he was quite ill. No one expected him to last the weekend but Dr Jaimie gave him emergency food, water therapy and antibiotics and by Monday he was 99% better! It’s about a month later and he is better than ever! He is only 6 so we couldn’t even think about him dying.his life was saved here! Never ever give up.your pet has fight and our McGee is living proof. Please bring your pet here… Dr Jaimie, vet tech Kim and Tammy.so great! If your pet stops eating like McGee did after surgery, I highly recommend the urgent care AD food sold here. My cat devoured it thank goodness. The gals at the desk are super nice too… Kingsdale is a wonderful clinic! Thank you from the Kenny family and McGee.

I’ve tried to post a photo of our McGee and wasn’t successful but he looks great… his fur is even shinier and softer now from the Hills brand and Royal canin we buy here now… it’s truly a life changing diet … it’s not cheap but WORTH IT! I can’t stress enough how important your pets diet is. No more fancy feast for my boy.

We have been dealing with Kingsdale way back before it moved to its current location. We have only changed vets when we moved away from Kitchener. Once we moved back we immediately switched back. We have had experience with their boarding, surgery for our rat when they looked after small animals, and euthanizing our senior dog when she became too ill to continue. I now have my one eyed cat and my new Puppy being taken care of by Kingsdale. They are the best. Compassionate, caring and always giving good advise. They never try and upsell or push unnecessary products or procedures. My only wish is that they still cared for ferrets so they too can go to Kingsdale

If you place an order from the Vet Store and need to do a return, only can be done when there is a manager in the office to authorize, in other words not on weekends. Call ahead if you want to do a return to save yourself a trip.

Just called about potential boarding for my kitty. A very nice lady by the name of Natalie provided me with all the details and info I asked about before I even comitted to drop my feline off. I cannot provide any details on the service of this place yet, but just judging by how new pet clients are treated I have a very good feeling. Will provide an update.

Really wish I could give 0 stars. They seem to put much more attentive care into dogs than the do other pets.

Would be wise for their team to hire a dedicated receptionist.

An animals relationship with their vet is important. I trust Brad and the other vets here with my pets lives. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed. Everyone is super friendly, smart and won't push things you don't need.

Knowledgeable and caring doctors, friendly receptionists. Good system of online appointment bookings. Highly recommend.

My older dog has been suffering with bad allergies for a few years now. He saw a few different vets in Toronto when we were living there. Every vet always had something else to say and never seemed to care what other vets had said. When we moved here and my dog needed a vet bad I was very worried it was going to be the same idea as in the past. Someone recommended this vet to me so I took a chance. When I made the first appointment they were friendly and took my concerns very serious. They called the last vet I we had seen in Toronto and got files transferred. When I went into the appointment the vet had already read the file and was kind and patient in answering my questions. The whole experience was very positive and she listened to me and gave me what the dog needed. She never forced her opinions but made suggestions on what I should try. She gave me a lot of information and antibiotics and he is doing much better now. We took our puppy there as well and again very helpful and gentle with her as she got needles. Thank you for such a great experience and I will definitely recommend here to everyone I know.

I used them for boarding my dog recently, and was terribly disappointed. They do not let you pick up on Sundays so you have to pay extra in order to pick up Monday. They kennels were not very clean when I dropped my dog off and she didn't even have a bed in the kennel with her when she was put in. I had an event to get to out of town so I didn't have a lot of choice. Was told there would be no real interaction with other dogs but when I picked her up and she had clearly be wrestling with someone because she was filthy and the white part of her fur was stained brown. It still is in places despite being bathed.
My dog has now developed some sort of eye infection that has never happened before that is going to cost me extra to get diagnosed and get meds for. I do not recommend AT ALL.

Incredible first visit for my kitten Marceline. Knowledgeable doctors, very compassionate. Decent prices. Would absolutely recommend to anyone

Dr. Hensberg is AMAZING and is always willing to call me to help me with my ongoing issue pet. I would of lost him by now if it wasn’t for him.

I found their prices average compared to area clinics, but I highly recommend this vet clinic. The staff is amazing!

My cat became very lethargic one night and they squeezed me in very quickly when I called that morning even though I had never used their services before. They were very sympathetic when I had to make the difficult choice to euthanize. The owner was even more accommodating when I didn't know what I wanted to do with my baby's remains so they offered to hold him for a week. My funds were low as well because we just bought a house, but they offered to defer part of the bill and I came back 2 days later to pay the rest. I asked how much it would be to hold my baby longer because we didn't take possession of our new house until the 25th and I decided I wanted to bury him there. The technician said they would hold him until the end of the month, free of charge!

I was also very surprised when they handed me an envelope they were intending to mail out. I waited until I got back into my car and balled my eyes out as soon as I seen what it was.

Kingsdale is an amazing veterinary clinic! The receptionists are helpful and pleasant to deal with. Also Dr. Hinsperger is wonderful, he's always made time to answer our questions and concerns with care. I'd recommend bringing your pet here for any help they may require.

Dr. Montgomery is amazing. She makes sure all our questions are answered, gives us new info with a lot of detail and education, is kind and caring and has been so helpful through our cat's cancer journey. We feel cared for and know our cat is getting the very best care available.

They look after my Rudy a Westie thats been in the Family for 13 years now.and the Staff is very pleasant to deal with.

I cannot say enough good things about the people at Kingsdale. They have taken care of all of my pets at one point or another in the last 5/6 years and they have always done an amazing job. Every single vet we’ve met there was exceptionally friendly, all the techs are incredibly kind. But the real highlight for us was when our eldest cat Lara got sick and ultimately passed. They did EVERYTHING they could for her, and Dr. Hinsperger kept her comfortable for her last week on earth. She passed away at home and we brought her in to be cremated and they gave us a room to say goodbye to her in for as long as we needed and wanted. And a week or so later, I received a card in the mail from Dr. Hinsperger saying how sorry he was that she had passed and that they couldn’t help her more, and that she was such a lovely cat.

THAT is the mark of an incredible veterinarian and one who really cares. If I could, I would give these guys 100 stars because they are amazing at what they do and they really do care about the animals and their human companions.

They are horrible, very unprofessional and lacking of experience. Asking clients to find out the correct forms and procedures for them. "Last time we did the CFIA form for one of our client, but the client said it was not sufficient, so we do not know if we should do it. " Like, what?

I mean, if people aren't so familiar with internet or anything, don't go with them. You paid tons for the documents and you have to do all the research for them, it is not even worth it.

I agree with the reviews saying the receiptions are ignorant. Every mistakes they made they always have an excuse. "We are overwhelmed""Your address is wrong""We dont know about that but you should plan ahead for 2 months" Hey girl, even if I did plan ahead, Kingsdale would really screw me up because some documents are required to be done within 10 days before the flight, and you have no idea how to do it.

If there is a competition of being careless and unprofessional, I believe you auto-win. Every excuse makes me questioning "Wait, I DO PAY THEM, OR DID I? "

We bring our two rabbits there everytime we need a vet, groomimg or boarding. They have excellent and freindly service. There has never been a single issue. They are very good to out little buns.

I just moved to the city and was looking for a new vet for my kitty. I was able to seamlessly create a profile online and book an appointment through their website. I met with Dr. Alyson Clark who was fantastic, informative, personable and patient with my nervous fluff ball. All the staff were friendly and took precautions against COVID. Definitely recommend their services!

Duke just had his 12 week shots. So awesome that we can socialize him now without having to worry. Everyone at Kingsdale is great.

The vets at kingsdale do a great job! My pup is getting older and I trust that he is getting great care with them. They have also done a great job during covid. Communication has been clear and they have been responsive to my questions and concerns even though I can't be in the appointments in person.

They made my "sad-euthanasia" consultation/euthanasia appointment as stress free as possible. They let me stay & hold my beloved cat during and after the procedure. I forget the veteranian's name but she was very compassionate etc, above & beyond and I wish to thank her immensely.

We just went to kingsdale for the first time and were absolutely blown away! The staff is extremely friendly, the waiting area is very big and wide open which made me feel a lot more comfortable. We saw Dr. Montgomery, she was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. She helped us with tips and tricks on nail trimming, helped us understand warning signs for vaccine reactions and even told us where an emergency vet is location should we require any medical assistance during hours when they are not open. Their prices can’t be beat! I couldn’t believe the price of having two puppies vaccinated. They don’t push unnecessary treatment which I really respected. Highly highly recommend this place.

Kingsdale is amazing, the staff are awesome! They really care about our fur babies. Brought my baby there for end of life, Dr. Montgomery was so caring and took me through the entire painful process with great empathy. Now we have a new fur baby and we trust them to give same amazing care and attention. Highly recommended!

My mom has always taken our cats here, now i take mine. They go in depth to explain every question you have and are happy to help with any concern. I would definitely recommend!

They treat you & animals like family. Been using their services for nearly 30 years. Still the best animal hospital in Waterloo Region. Others can't beat prices, care and attention to detail of your best friend.
They can be a little hard to find but with today GPS technology they are easy to find.
Many people are used to using what they have been using and I can understand. I tried another animal hospital and difference is simply unbelievable in to many ways.

After having to leave behind a vet we loved it was tough to settle on a veterinarian when we first moved to Kitchener. Once we found Dr Alyson Clark at Kingsdale Animal Hospital we knew we had found her! Recently we had to say goodbye to our dear Sitsi. Dr Clark was so gentle and understanding during this difficult time. We highly recommend this animal hospital.

Friday Dec 13th, I took my 13 week old pup Bear for his booster shot. What was to be a routine visit turned into anything but.within seconds of Bear getting his needle he went into anaphylactic shock! (Who knew this could even happen? I sure didn't) Thanks the the quick reflexes of Dr Montgomery my beautiful pooch is alive and well. She was amazing! She explained everything that happened with me Emailed me in the night to check on Bear. Spent all the time I needed reassuring me. I cant say enough about her and the staff at Kingsdale animal hospital.

I switched to Kingsdale and wow! I went to them for a second opinion on a dental surgery for my cat. Their price was half of my first quote. When I went for my consultant the female vet went above and beyond to go over the procedure with me, and told me there was no pressure: I had to have it done where I felt most comfortable. I ended up going with Kingsdale. They took amazing care of my baby. He is healing well. So glad I switched!

It is difficult to find a vet who truly knows how to treat pet rats, but my experience with Dr. Montgomery was fantastic. She gives very thorough exams that other vets don't and is extremely knowledgeable.

This Vet has been nothing but accommodating! The Dr's are extremely nice and take the time to truly understand what your pet is going though. I had 2 emergencies and they got us in right away. Great pricing and amazing staff! Highly recommend this Vet.

Fantastic Vets. We primarily see Dr. Montgomery for our two cats and dog, but both Dr. Hinsperger and Dr. Clark helped with an ear issue for one of our cats as well.

The entire team is very compassionate and they are always willing to answer questions we have over the phone as well. They are never pushy with extra services or options either, they just explain the benefits of a treatment or procedure and leave the decision up to you. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Great service, our dogs love seeing Dr. Brad and he always gives good advice and different options for your budget. It is generally a bit more expensive than other vets in the area but the service is exponentially better. We love being able to book appointments and see info online.

Very thorough and patient vets and techs! Reasonably priced, accommodating, and cheerful. Everyone who works there seems to truly love what they are doing and care for our furry friends. Highly recommend!
