We told Afshin our desire and not only did they recommend a vacant lot that met our expectations they built a 5,500 square foot luxury home with great detail. We were part of the build experience from the beginning starting with their recommended architect through each step of the construction. We were able to oversee the entire building process interacting with the staff and trades along the way.

Kingsgate worked with us to do a complete do-over of the front exterior facade as well as 2 large extensions and a complete makeover of the interior of our home.
