My husbands experience was great. He has some dental work that needed to be done and has troubles/anxiety when it comes to getting work done. Under IV sedation, it was quick and manageable. He was also booked in fairly quick as well. Great, welcoming staff and and nice atmosphere.

My first visit for a dental implant involved sedation and a complex extraction. The work was done very efficiently. I had excellent care and no pain afterward.all the staff were friendly and attentive.

Fantastic. Care was taken to distract my mind from any discomfort and the office is full of pleasant people. I will br back.

Dr. Craig has been my dentist for 15+ years. I have had bad experiences with previous dentists in Alberta and Ontario and as a result I am a nervous patient. I was fortunate to have had Dr. Craig recommended to me when I moved to the area. I have the utmost faith in Dr. Craig. He takes the time to tell me what he recommends and what the procedure will be. He is always considerate and takes his time to reassure me and I can't say enough positive things about him and how he treats his patients. His staff at all 3 locations are also terrific, friendly yet professional and willing to help with any issue. I highly recommend Dr. Craig and his team.

Dr. Craig is an awesome dentist and always caring. He makes sure he always speak to me before he completes any procedure. He has been my dentist for 17 years and probably will be for my life time

Forgot to set up gas for root canal, rushed it, botched it, and now it's costing me thousands to fix what they did. I called them about it and they said they would call me back and they still haven't. Never go here.

Excellent dental clinic! All of the staff are extremely pleasant & the facility is very nice. The receptionists are exceptionally communicative and helpful, and worked with me to ensure that I used my student insurance as best as possible. Both my dental assistant and dentist were very patient and happy to answer all of my questions.

I've been with this office for 19 plus years. I'm proud to work in this office and love the great team/family atmosphere that we create. We believe that all patients should be treated like family and offer the best service and all options just like we would for those we love the most. We have 3 dentist on staff and 3 hygienist to suit all your dental needs.

Went here on August 17th! Hadn't had a Dentist look at my teeth in a very long time! Super friendly staff! Glad I chose to get on a a patient with them!

I had such bad teeth that I was embarrassed to go to the dentist. The wonderful people at Dr craigs office in napanee were very kind and respectful. If they were judging me it didn't show. I also love how quick they were able to book me in. I had 4 fillings yesterday and it was a good experience overall. The freezing was more than enough. I didn't feel a thing. They seemed to really care about my comfort during the process as well. Very professional place. I actually look forward to my next appointment!

I have been a patient of Dr, Craig’s for a couple of years and have had great experiences. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. Dr. Craig and his associates were very gentle and also the hygienists did a great job. It is a very friendly and personable office right down to the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. Look forward to my next cleaning!

My son is very anxious when going to the dentist and they were very helpful. They were able to order him antibiotics for a toothache within minutes of our phone call. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. His dental work was done with a minimum of stress and pain. Thank you!

Have spent about 3 months or so having my teeth removed and fitted for dentures, and even to the point of having 10 teeth removed in the same 1 hr sitting (yesterday) and I must say they are truly professional, quick and relatively pain free. The best dental experience I could ever imagine.

I was referred here by another clinic. Never in my life have I had to go back to the dentist TWICE after the initial visit because they made mistakes on filling a cavity. I’m glad it was fixed, as it should of been. But I am really upset in the first place that I had a dentist who clearly did not care about what she doing, and a dental hygienist who literally told me I was not in pain, when I was.

I still am needing to figure out why my teeth have moved in two places from another dentist as this office seems to think they can just side step it. I’m very upset with the damage they have caused. You only get one set of teeth, do not waste them by coming to this place.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Listen to the bad reviews, there’s a reason there’s so many. Also, what dentist office actually encourages a good review out of you? If the dentist were good, they would get genuine reviews!

Minor emergency occurred, thanks to Hailey (Kingston) within 24 hours i was in the chair, in Napanee; fixed.

I have been a patient here for at least a decade after my previous dentist (with whom I was very happy) retired. The hygienists are caring, and Dr. Craig is good if you get to see him. However, his associates are not good and seem to have a quota to fill/just interested in making money. The biggest reason for my low rating is I have fillings that have lasted decades, but the fillings I get here barely last 2-3 years despite doing everything I can to take care of my teeth. Also, like another reviewer, the fix on my chipped tooth didn't last. Because of their shoddy prior work, I now need 2 crowns and am searching for a new dentist.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Craig & all associates are Great! They do excellent work and care about the health & well being of their patients.

I have been coming to the Kingston office since my former dentist packed up and left town several years ago. Every experience has been phenomenal. Always covered by my Insurance no matter which company I was with. Direct billing to the Insurance company is now done and very welcomed. I have had everything from root canal to crowns to hygiene appointments. Several different dentists and hygienists over the years but never a bad experience.

I have been going to Dr. David Craig as well as my children for over 5 years now. They are truly a godsend! They truly care about our well-being and condition of our oral hygiene! They go above and beyond to work around my crazy schedule and are always super friendly and provide a comfortable and reassuring environment for my children! I can’t say enough good things about their business and I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks!

I have been going to this dentist for just over a year now and have enjoyed my experience every time. I am not a fan of the dentist in general but the moment you walk in you are welcomed by friendly faces and of course a beautiful view of lake Ontario! I also love that this dentist has direct billing with my insurance as that is very helpful! Would recommend this dentist to anyone that is looking for a positive atmosphere with gentle & friendly staff!

For the past 4 years, I’ve been suffering from oral infections caused by a dentist malpractice for wanting a simple “Hollywood Smile”. Those infections lead to the loss of most of my upper and some of my lower jaw bones and teeth. It was too bad that most doctors refused to even accept my case. I lost hope in having teeth at all ever again. Fate lead me to Dr. Craig who took me in and redesigned my smile from scratch.
Over the course of 2 years full of complicated surgeries and procedures including teeth extraction, bone grafting, infection reduction, root canal re-treatement, crowns replacement, besides simple cavities removal and fillings. All this with local or full sedation depending on my level of comfort.
Dr. Craig turned this super painful journey to joyful experiences with his usual warm smile, sense of humour and understanding to me as a person before being his patient. It’s not just Dr. Craig, its all the crew of the nurses Diane and Carol and the cheerful front disk admins Casey and Hailey. I’ll ever be thankful and grateful to them and I’ll never forget any of my happy dental visits.

I have severe anxiety disorder, and this makes visiting the dentist extremely difficult for me. Dr. Craig's office is completely unlike any I've ever been to. The front office staff and the support staff are kind, patient, friendly, efficient, and skilled at their jobs. I have work done while sedated, and while that was worrying the first time, the nurse who has been there supervising each time is very sympathetic and skilled (I usually don't even have a bruise from the IV), and I'm not afraid anymore when I need to go in. I've never had any problem afterwards with work that's been done here, needing it to be fixed or redone, and they're very good at listening and taking what I say seriously. I can't recommend Dr. Craig's office highly enough, especially for anyone with anxiety. (Dr. Craig and co: thank you from Steph Shangraw!)

Always great service. I tend to have anxiety at certain times for certain procedures, etc. Dr Craig and the staff know me and know exactly what I need to keep me calm and relatively anxious free!

Amazing Staff!

When I need help, a quick friendly phone call means I will get it. I was in the other day for a cleaning and the technologist discovered 2 issues and on my way out a receptionist arranged an appointment for shortly after.

I have had a lot of difficulties in the past with dentists, including one when I was young that was quite traumatic. That means I'm usually very nervous, but I've come to trust Dr. Craig and company.

Whether you need standard freezing, nitrous oxide, or even complete sedation - they'll make sure you get through with as little pain and stress as they possibly can. Also, they accept government coverage from ODSP (disability) and Ontario Works and also student coverage from Queen's University and SLC.
