Staff at KIS are very professional and respectful. I was brought in right on time and was out in less than 10 mins. The office area is very clean and well maintained. Overall, a very good experience.

My mother had a scan here, and everyone she encountered was kind and helpful. Text message appointment reminders were appreciated. The technician was efficient but also friendly and supportive. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the building hallways and elevator seemed super clean. Easy parking as well. Both thumbs up!

I have never witnessed such rudeness, disrespect and incompetence in any other clinic or hospital in the Kingston area. Unfortunately, this toxic environment comes from top management down to the employees.

Very quick and efficient. I always ask to be sent there for any imaging.

My appointment was scheduled for 0940 and I was taken in at exactly 0940. The technician taking the images was friendly and introduced herself. The entire process was very respectful.

I was a few minutes late but I was still seen in a super timely manner. Everyone was very pleasant, polite and caring. They sure seem like they enjoy working there. Great place, great staff! A big THANKS to KIS!

Firstly, booking the appointment was super easy even though I had to change the appointment to different day and time.
On the day of appointment, the registration process was very efficient when I arrived and the imaging was done right on time as was booked. Would definitely use KIS for any future imaging needs.

Short 15 minute wait for my appointment. Receptionist very pleasant and accommodating. Technician very nice and seemed very skilled.

I would rate it five but with a comment. Small though it is. The world map on the ceiling is impossible to read for me. Needs to be made bigger. Everything else was very nice. Very professional which I was very happy about as I was nervous about the appointment. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Unorganized dirty office with receptionists who seem like they hate their job.

Was skipped several times due to incompetent intake process.

My wait time was under two minutes. The technician was friendly, efficient and professional.

While grateful that I was able to get in to have an X-ray done for an upcoming doctors appointment, I was not impressed with the male receptionist. He was rude, asked me questions that were all in front of him with the referral my family doctor gave me, like the doctors name. When I advised him a copy of the results would have to also go to a specialist he said because it wasn’t in his system I would have to get the fax number myself and he told me I would need their booking number too. I asked him if he could look it up, gave him the doctor’s name and where he was located. He couldn’t be bothered. He was so dismissive and seemed bothered by just being there.
I was able to call and get the information and handed it to him, which annoyed him further.
The technician who actually did my X-ray was professional and pleasant. That’s why I gave it a 3 star. If it was for the guy, he got a 1 star.

Very nice people, felt comfortable with them and felt like they really knew what they were doing.

My appointment was on time and the attendant was very friendly. She put me at ease very quickly, answered some of my questions, even searching phone numbers for a place to have a mammogram done in Kingston. Was out of there very fast, no pain, professional throughout the appointment.

I went to this clinic for an walking X-Ray, the tech (Cheryl) was professional and really nice. I had it done quick and got my results in 3 days. I highly recommend this clinic.
