It's better to go to a different walk-in clinic. The doctor does not care to listen. She is rude, and she lacks concern towards her patients.

Receptionists have 0 manners. You say " Good morning" they ignore you, simple continue typing and asking " the reason" you there in front of everyone, I don’t think it's ethical, it's a private matter. I truly believe they need to be more instructed to how to deal with patients and welcome them. Be caring & smile.

Worst place ever for new walk ins, tried taking my sick mother here 3 times been turned away every single time.first they decide to randomly close at 1: 30 pm because it’s “too busy” and the next time they have no receptionist and the doctor didn’t wanna take walk ins at 9: 00 am…. Seems like the doctor doesn’t have what it takes to be a physician, if your from ajax your better off at ANY other clinic

I went to this clinic once for my 4 year old son because all other walk in clinic has reached capacity for the day, im surprised how rude and uncaring this doctor she was absolutely the worst i ever met, she keeps rushing my my son to open mouth, remove shirt and my son had high fever so was slow to move and that doctor was annoyed with the 4 YEAR OLD.it’s unbelievable that she calls her self doctor.

This doctor, she is extremely RUDE that's why the clinic is never busy by word-of-mouth people know this about her. I found her also not to be thorough enough and doesn't take the time to listen to you and rushes you out so she can go to the next patient.

Let’s be clear, all the positive reviews are from her own friends and family, please do not see this doctor, she is so rude snd has little to no care as to why you’re there, just another number on her list

Not caring or empathetic by any means, doesn’t ask questions to figure out what’s going on, would rather get you in and out and just prescribe some medication. Also very rude dr, not sure how she even got her licence. Do not go here unless you have to.

Did not need to wait & Dr. Gad was ready to see him. Dr. Gad examined my son's eye to discover there was a foreign body in it. She insisted she get us an emergency appointment with an optometrist today and called 3 until she landed us an appointment immediately. People should be less concerned with bedside manner and care more about seeing a great doctor! Very impressed.

Was the only patient in the room and was seen by a doctor right away. I explained my symptoms to her and she did the routine check up's. She then swabbed my throat for strep but didn't prescribe any anti biotics even though I urged her because the pain was worse than any old sore throat. She then gave me a prescription for something to gargle to numb the pain and regular extra strength tylenol. I asked for her opinion on whether I should work the next day and she immediately dismissed me and said "that's up to you tomorrow, we'll know what it is after the results in 3-5 days. " This was before noon on a Tuesday and I followed all her instructions to a tee. Woke up the next morning feeling even worse and decided to go to another nearby clinic for a second opinion because I know my body and something felt off. Within 30 seconds of meeting with a doctor from the other clinic he said I had strep throat and immediately prescribed me anti biotics. If only I had those antibiotics a day earlier I would've only missed one day of work instead of two. Don't waste your time here just go to the many other clinics in Ajax with much better doctors.

Like everyone else keeps saying. Not even sure if i should repeat the words.but. She was dismissive, absolutely unprofessional, and downright inhumane and rude. I shouldve just walked out because she was such an insensitive quack that doesnt seem to know much other than how to be rude. I dont know how she still practices. Should be illegal by now. At least the receptionist was nice. Shrug.
Im confused as to why some people says shes helpful and to a lot - not. Makes me feel like shes prejudice. People like her are gonna end up killing people. She clearly is in the wrong line pf work or needs help herself.

Excellent, Dr. Gad is amazing. Knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. Always on time and on point. Highly recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous. Doctor was not helpful at all & wasn’t able to diagnose my condition. Told me to take Advil & Tylenol (generic responses). Was not very helpful with anything else. Extremely rude. Kept cutting me off & then asking question that I explained when I was being cut off.

Dr. Gad is knowledgeable, and works with your preferences for proper treatment plan. Pharmacy in clinic is great.

Dr. Was rude. Wouldn’t let me finish what I had to say. Didn’t listen to me when I was speaking. Tried to tell me to take a medication I 2 seconds previously had told her I was allergic to and laugh only face when I told her what another doctor had said. Clearly was in a rush and didn’t have the best interest of the patient in mind. I would rather go to my old clinic and wait hours then go back to this doctor.

Extremely short wait times, though the doctor can be a bit brief in demeanor. The attached pharmacy was very helpful.

Today was my first time ever visiting this office because I currently have no family doctor. I usually go to the walk in on Westney road but this one was closer to me. Firstly, the receptionist was very unfriendly and barely made any eye contact with me. Secondly, I have never met a dr more ignorant then Nadia (female dr), funny enough, i never even got her name because she never introduced herself to me, i just know it was Nadia from looking at the computer screen as i went to sit down in the room. She asked me why i was there today and when i went to explain that i was there for a number of issues she started with each one by one, as i am explaining my symptoms shes speaking over me into her voice recorder and just looked at the computer screen, not even acknowledging what im telling her. She was pressuring me to tell her the time frames of how long my issues have been happening and when it came to that last issue that worried me the most, as I was trying to remember when the issue started, she just asked for an estimate of how long instead of waiting for me to remember.once i addressed my issues she then proceeded to ask if i wanted xrays done or ultrasound. Personally, I feel a dr should demand them (if necessary) to make sure nothing more serious is going on but she just asked.once all was done she just gave me 2 prescriptions, one of them was a antibiotic cream for infection which makes no sense at all because theres no discoloration or discharge in the area.
I will definitely NEVER go back there again and i will never recommend this place to anyone i know.
The only good thing about this walk in is that there is barely a wait time to see the dr since its never packed.now i know why.
