Now for the overdue long version of my review.

I spoke to Corwin about the possibility of buying my first home back in Jan 2021. I let him know of my particular situation. There was no signed contract between me and him. He patiently, expertly, with empathy and patience heard me out.all throughout my situation would keep changing and he would always advise me on how to build my file up. I called him any time I needed advice or reassurance in those wild market days. I'm old school and don't do emails well. He always called back. The rates kept climbing up but we were very confident on how we were building the file up.

The other thing is about not having any false assurances. He never said we got this, this is a done deal. He made sure we were always doing more than is needed. I could go on and on as how supportive, but firm and by the books he is. He is your person to go to for straight up great advice.

It's absolutely not an exaggeration to say our first home in Canada wouldn't have happened without Corwin and his team. You have a customer for life.

Janet and her team went above and beyond to help us secure a mortgage. They worked tirelessly to ensure we would have what we need (with little time) and were in constant communication with us so we always knew where we were at. Highly recommend using them!

Not only do they know their stuff they work hard for you and will even get you a better rating if one comes available after you have been offered a rate, and before closing. Kim is wonderful. Friendly, hard working and checks in on the client's emotional state as well. With a broker your credit is only run once, but they reach so many lenders and shop around for you, at no cost to at all. It was so effortless to have now two mortgages through them. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience with Kingston Mortgage Solutions has been, on multiple occasions. But this recent experience, with all the difficulties in the World today, was exceptional.

We wanted to re-fi and consolidate our loans. I spoke with Janet MacDonald, our broker, who as usual provided me many great options and a ton of information related to what we were asking. After initial discussions, Janet's co-broker Renae O'Brien took over.

Janet is great and I highly recommend dealing with her if you can. In this case, it was Renae we dealt with most on this file.
