Very thankful for the swift actions of this place! It was a Friday afternoon when I noticed an issue with one of my cats eye and called nearly a dozen vets. Was told "it could be serious get it looked at asap" by all of them but no one would take. Until I called these guys, without hesitation they squeezed me in on a moment's notice. Got my cat all looked at, medication.

I will be coming here instead of my other vet.

The worst clinic. I took my cat to the emergency room a week ago. They gave him vomiting medicine. I brought her home and two days later she continued to get worse she completely deteriorated. I took her to another clinic and my cat had a rope tangled in her tongue that she tried to eat and went through her intestines. How is it possible that this clinic couldn't check his mouth? My cat could have been saved if the vet had been more attentive to examining her properly. He simply gave me a scan and prescribed me a medication that in the end didn't work. I paid $780. For something that didn't really work. I'm upset. My cat went into shock and possibly died.be more conscientious and thorough when examining a patient it shows that they did not take the trouble to examine him as they should.in less than an hour the clinic where he later went The veterinarian who examined my cat found that rope in her mouth.you are professionals and you trust your veterinarians. How disgusting this is truly the worst clinic I could have taken my cat to.

How unfortunate of me not to have read the bad comments they have here about the clinic.reading carefully I realize that they are never to blame for anything.

Not a usual patient here, but I am blown by their knowledge, patience and kindness. Both the vet and the staff were excellent and so good with my pup.

Paid $600 for them to tell me my cat was dying from advanced cancer, and she didnt have long.

They sent an email a couple of months later to remind me to book an appointment for her, after I had already used the end of life services they recommended. How kind of them. Im shocked no one here had the insight of overriding whatever automatic system they had in place, to not email a vet appointment reminder about a cat that died.

Cue the “were so sorry / it was a mistake” empty word responses that dont mean anything of substance. Unlikely that they would offer anything meaningful like financial compensation for such a mistake, but a business is a business, and the business is to make money, not to be compassionate.

Edit: Upon emailing them for their mistake, they said they “werent notified she passed away. ”? What do these people think dying means?

If they wont take accountability for an administrative mistake, they most certainly wont take accountability with your pet and would rather shift the blame anywhere else.

I love this vet. They squeezed my cat in for a last minute appointment when they realized the situation was serious. They took amazing care of her through two major surgeries. Follow up was fantastic. A few years later, when the issue returned, they helped us with end of life care and were incredibly attentive.

We drive across the city to keep seeing Dr. Delgado, she’s been great.

The vet was very gentle with my 11lbs bichon mix after he injured himself jumping off the sofa. I was grateful to get a quick appointment.

My cat loves Dr. Ron Pusong and staff. She was formerly a pet patient at BANKS and transferred to VETS TORONO KINGSTON. Same friendly, caring staff and now we can shop online for vet approved food and products. They send out helpful newsletters, and remember each of their furry patients names.

We are so grateful for the level of attention our dog got at this clinic. The employees were all professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions (as many and as silly some may have been). They ensured our dog’s comfort throughout his visit. He is usually extremely anxious visiting the vet but we were happy to see he was relaxed pretty quickly by the staff and surroundings that the vet was able to do their work.
