I've had such a wonderful experience at Kingsway Dermatology. From the moment you walk in with the administrative staff you feel confident that you are in good hands. I had Katie who was my skin specialist who did my Moxi procedure and she was so amazing and made me feel so at ease. She knows her stuff and you can tell is so passionate about ski. Its so important to work with a clinic that knows what they are doing and has the science experience, and knowledge to back it up. Dr. Polous is so professional so knowledgeable she is there to not only help people look their best but do it with the very best medical knowledge and best tools in the business. What sets Kingsway apart is that you actually have people who have trained medical degrees and know what they are doing. I would never go anywhere else!

This office prioritizes cosmetic procedures over medical.

Doctor referred for an urgent medical appointment. When we talked to the reception, they told us medical referrals were being booked 7 months out, but if we wanted, we could book a cosmetic appointment so we could see the doctor. The cost would be a $200.00, non-refundable fee, due at the time of booking over the phone, and that appointment would be in within a week. We would also have to pay for the removal of the mole. (Even though we had an urgent medical referral).

Since it was a cancerous mole, and time was of the essence, of course we paid.

The doctor was unable to remove the mole, so they took a biopsy. Sat on the cancer positive results for over 2.5 weeks, did not review it until we called to follow up - which the reception flat out lied to us about when the results were received. (We confirmed the timing with our family doctors office).

Avoid this office at all costs. They're criminal.

Dr. Fisher and her team at the front were very kind and supportive of both my medical and personal needs. Highly recommend

I have suffered with a severe form of eczema that mainly affected my face - after almost 15 years of dermatologists who seemed to know very little or else care very little beyond prescribing steroid pills and creams, I finally found Dr. Redlick and her team. Fantastic clinic. The clinic itself is clean (massively important) and up-to-date. Dr. P has been my dermatologist for well over a decade. Yes, she’s busy but she is an incredible dermatologist. Reception staff is so kind and accommodating. I really appreciate their brand of customer service. Katie is my go-to laser and skincare specialist. She is knowledgeable, so personable, are makes me feel comfortable in every treatment. My Rosacea and I thank her!

I went to Kingsway Dermatology to have a small procedure done and it was a quick, pleasant and painless experience. The clinic is very clean and the associates were friendly and helpful. I was offered water as I waited (briefly) for my appointment. Dr Ruppel was very kind, gentle and informative as she completed the procedure. I had a fantastic visit with both Dr. Ruppel and Katie. I was worried about a birth mark on my face that has appeared to be getting larger over the years. Within minutes, Dr. Ruppel assessed and assured me I have nothing to worry about but still removed it for me and send it for lab testing for good measures. I then saw Katie to remove a broken blood vessel under my eye that’s been there for quite some time. Katie was gentle and walked me through the entire laser process. I would recommend the clinic for any and all services. Both Dr. Ruppel and Katie were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their approach, thank you so much!

I'd been searching for a reputable clinic to explore cosmetic treatments and really wanted to find a doctor run dermatology clinic that really understood the space, Kingsway fit the bill! I booked a consultation and the experience was quite refreshing, no upsell, pure honesty and no pressure. I was able to comfortably ask the hard questions and ended up booking a lazer package. Katie has been wonderful, the results have been as expected and I can't recommend this clinic enough for the level of professionalism and understanding.

Kingsway Dermatology has the most kind and supportive dermatologists. I struggled with acne for what feels like my entire life and before starting my accutane treatment, I experienced really sensitive skin and always felt like I needed to hide my face. Fortunately, I have had the wonderful opportunity to have Dr. Ruppel as my dermatologist and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone but her with my skin. Every appointment, Dr. Ruppel radiated such positive energy and made sure I was taking the proper precautions to stay safe and healthy throughout the treatment. Great medical center. I had a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Dr. Velykoredko took good care of my acne prone face and she did an incredible job, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointments. I highly recommend.

I went in to Kingsway Dermatology for a consultation and I was so happy with the appointment. Nadia was my consultant and she was so helpful and positive. She answered all my questions before I even asked them and she really listened to all my concerns. I felt like she really just got it. Probably one of the best consultations I've had. Katie and Dr. Ruppel have been exceptional care givers of my fair and freckled sun damaged skin. Dr. Ruppel regularly zaps any spots that could turn into precancerous lesions and has also removed cysts for biopsy. Dr. Ruppel is caring, professional and thorough and never worries you unless warranted. Katie is a breath of fresh air and magically helped with all of the redness, has a gentle hand, explains as she goes and always provides great aftercare suggestions. I am so glad my doctor recommended Kingsway Dermatology and Cosmetic Centre several years ago.

I don't do reviews, but I was so frustrated when I came out of that place I knew I had to write something.
I scheduled an appointment in April, the actual time was in August. The appointment lasted 6 minutes, not counting the 10 minutes I spent waiting for Dr Ruppell to come.
4 months of waiting for 6 minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about Kingsway Dermatology and Dr Ruppel. The results I get from my treatments with Dr R are second-to-none and she always has a way of making me feel incredibly at ease and comfortable. She’s a wonderful clinician and has an absolutely lovely bedside manner. She will go the extra mile to make sure you don’t feel rushed, that you feel welcome and that you’re more than just a number. I would recommend her twenty times over and I’m just thrilled that I found such a caring knowledgeable dermatologist. The clinic staff are also lovely, friendly and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend.

I have been referred to this dermatology clinic by my cousin who had nothing but great things to say about Dr Elena Poulos. After my very first appointment with Dr Poulos, I was very glad I chose this clinic to treat my skin problems. Dr Poulos is highly professional and she made me feel at ease knowing that there is a solution to my problem. She listened to my concerns, answered any questions I had and offered me multiple options that can help me. I am glad I chose Kingsway Dermatology for my skin concerns and I’m super happy with Dr poulos as my dermatologist.

I have hyperpigmentation all over my face. Natasha and Dr. Elena Poulos have made my skin look better. My hyperpigmentation has reduced up to 75%. I am still taking treatment. Now I am confident that I am in good hands.

Dr. Redlick is not only a consummate professional, but she is kind and engaging as well. Although my issue was a very small one, they took the time to set my mind at ease and I was treated with every respect. It's a super organized office, with happy staff who seem to care.

I have had my share of seeing many dermatologists and Dr. Poulos and her team have been the best. I currently am breastfeeding and have had some skin concerns (specifically one scar that looks like a cigarette bud) for over a year now but I know my options are extremely limited, given that I am feeding. When I spoke with the team, they were very helpful and I got in touch with Natasha right away. Natasha was honest and supportive about my situation. She did not make me feel like I had to buy anything from the clinic (creams or packages), given my breastfeeding and financial situation. She informed Dr. Poulos of my situation in detail so when I met her, it was a relief that I didn’t need to over explain. Dr. Poulos (who is beautiful!) made me feel so comfortable when I saw her - she is so genuine and honest! She instantly addressed my skin concern and treated it with a small injection. She then gave me affordable options and solutions for my concerns. I had travelled from the other end of the city to see her so for her to take her time and treat me instead of trying to make more appointments or get any money, had me feel so relieved and happy. I was honestly surprised that something was DONE about my huge insecurity right away!

Again, I really admire how much the team did not make me feel like I needed to purchase the clinics products which many dermatologists have made me feel, instead they gave me practical alternatives until I am done breastfeeding. I really appreciated connecting with them and look forward to future appointments with them, whenever the time is right.

Dr. Jambrosic is a very approachable and empathetic dermatologist who took the time to fully and knowledgeably answer my questions. I am also grateful to Jordan, who proactively contacted me regarding a cancellation that allowed me to have my initial consultation 6 weeks prior to the originally scheduled appointment. Dr, Fara Redlick is an amazingly so good. She has an Eye of the Eagle. I was having the problems for almost past 10 years. Dr just Visions look, No physical Check n wrote the med cream n with in the weeks I was just like Normal again in the Morning Hour of regular. I visited Dr. Rachel Ruppel last week for Perioral Dermatitis. She was so humble and a pleasant persona. I, right away got the feeling that my rash has to go with the help of prescription that she gave. It did work wonders indeed. Am so grateful to gain back my confidence and I see a silver lining after a year in treating this condition. Dr. Rachel and team made me feel that I know longer have to worry about my dermatological problems.

I just had my first appointment with Dr Poulos and I will definitely be going back! She was very personable, extremely helpful and kind. The staff at the clinic were also very friendly. Having been to other Dermatology Clinics, I feel lucky to have found this one!

I was searching for a place closer to home for skin tag removal. After taking a look at the reviews I decided to give it a go.

The receptionist are very professional & polite.

My consultation was booked with Kelly who is nothing short of amazing!

Today my session was booked with Sanja and she is awesome at her job! She was very thorough with removing majority of my skin tags. She also had me laughing the entire session.

I will definitely be returning to try out some other services in the future.

MORE LIKE A BUSINESS DERMATOLOGIST THAN DOCTOR DERMATOLOGIST

After waiting for months for appointment,   I was examined, checked and prescribed 4 medications  in 3 minutes (literally 3 minutes) by Redlick. The service was so rushed, I do not feel comfortable taking any of her medications.

Once I tell something,   without follow up questions or knowing a root cause, medication was prescribed.

At least 6 times she said "You know what I mean ". I got no medical degree and you are the "dermatologist". Even any pharmacist would've handled any patient better.

If you got busy schedule, still greet and apologize for coming late and make patient feel comfortable and trust you.
And, reviews are too good to be true.

I saw Dr. Poulos together with her Assistant. Both were so kind, informative, immediate and efficient during the appointment. Would highly recommend them and the service at this Dermatology Centre!

Kudos to Dr Poulos and her team. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent Dermatologist. I’ve been going to her every 1-2 years for mole checks, and treatment and removal of “bumps” (skin-tags etc). She is always friendly, patient and professional and puts me at ease. During the recent lockdown I felt very safe and was whisked in without waiting and was appreciative that both reception and Dr Poulos were supportive of me bringing my child with me since I had no alternate options. Doctor Jambrosic is one of the most caring, genuine, and knowledgeable physicians I have had the experience of being treated by! She has great empathy for her patients and tailors the experience, seeking to get to the root cause of any issues. She is very willing to take a comprehensive approach which definitely has eased me over the course of my visits. Dr. Rachel Ruppel is a wonderful Doctor and really helped me. Thanks to her expertise and gentle way she has my skin back in order! I was feeling down about my skin but thanks to Dr. Ruppel i have a new lease on life. The clinic is beautiful and everyone is so nice. A big plus as so many similar cosmetic centres are not as welcoming. The clinic is travel friendly and i highly recommend to everyone.

At the beginning of 2020 I began getting PRP injections for significantly thinning hair, and the results have been great! After just a few months I noticed new baby hairs growing in the affected area, and the growth has continued. My specialist Katie is phenomenal and so friendly, she has made the entire experience overwhelmingly positive! While Covid regulations and restrictions unavoidably caused some of my sessions to be delayed, the staff at Kingsway Dermatology made sure my treatments continued in a safe and sanitized environment.

For one I'll start by saying a lot of these reviews are fake, paid and bought for. I'm highly disappointed in the way things were handled with my appointment.
I drove over an hour and 26 minutes for a 15 minute and met with a women by the name of Kelly, which I don't even believe her job is legitimate she has to be related to one of the actual doctors.came in about my skin issues all she could tell me was she wasn't sure, wasn't a doctor and the cost.that's not what I came there for.
I came to see if there was going to be actual resolution for my skin and she couldn't even give me a proper answer.she was completely off topic and all over the place the conversation was unprofessional she left the room multiple times to ask for clarification and to ask someone else the question because she was unsure. What a complete disappointment I do not recommend you come here.

I felt listened to from consultation to treatment to follow-up. In other clinics, it was easy to feel like just another number and at times, dismissed when it comes to concerns. I also received the fastest response when I first contacted them, and the process was smooth and helpful.

Natasha, Tia and Dr. Poulos are professional, have kind hearts and are amazing in all they do. I know they've each gone above and beyond for me. Because of them, I now have peace of mind when it comes to improving and taking care of my skin.
