I had a severe tooth ache call Sheridan Dentistry who the Argonauts recommend they said come in a weeks time so I waited was so painful over the weekend then finally went there they assured me everything would be fine took several X-rays of every teeth and did a follow through and that was that I was like huh they said come after a week lol and said if you’re in severe pain go elsewhere luckily my daughter was home and said go to my dentist they are a five minute walk they are extremely good so I went and they saw the pain I was in they took me straight in for X-rays then said come back in two hours meanwhile first go get the prescription and when I return they dealt with my tooth in the most professional manner straight away what more can I say?

Very professional. I had some unexpected tooth pain and they were able to see me quickly. Never had a problem and the staff looked happy and have a very positive attitude. Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful experience as always with my son's appointment a couple of days ago. Allison our hygenist is absolutely amazing and does such a thorough cleaning and she is so kind, patient, and friendly with my kids and they look forward to seeing her. Dr. Sequeira is extremely experienced, professional as well as honest. All of the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and they go out of their way to provide excellent service and are always so polite and courteous. Very happy to have them for our dental care.

On my first visit, Dr. Gladioli Sequeira fixed a very complex filling with great patience and diligence. I was very impressed with her skills. It took her a while but she was very thorough and I left feeling very satisfied. She is very honest and I feel I can trust her.
Subsequently I did a follow-up check up on that same tooth, she checked everything, did a small adjustment to my bite and didn't even charge me for the work.
The staff at the office are very down to earth, kind and helpful. I really appreciate how I have been treated.

Have luckily not needed major work, but premises are immaculate every Covid precaution in place, and hygienist Barbara is friendly and competent. Dr. Sequeira is very nice, but she has only needed to fix one filling. I would however feel confident in letting her perform more complex procedures.

Worst dental experience in 20 years!
Even they did full teeth X ray, they did not start with the cause of the pain, but they start with easy work that drained my benefits for the year and I had to pay on the top of it and my pain was doubled!
Switching dentist immediately.

It is set up so so you do not have contact with more than the person you are dealing with. Everyone is wearing a mask and the dentist and other healthcare staff are all wearing shields, masks and gloves. Everything had been cleaned and wiped down prior to my appointment and as I was leaving I saw that everything was being wiped down again. Lots of hand sanitizer available.

We are so happy ay Kingsway Family Dental, the entire team goes out of their way to make it a positive experience and makes a real effort with my kids and they love coming here as a result! Dr. Sequeira is so skilled and patient and is truly great at what she does! Allison, is wonderful with our kids and does such a great job cleaning their teeth and makes it so fun and explains everything to them, she is so kind. Sam, the receptionist goes above and beyond and makes such an effort with my kids and is always friendly and quick. Overall, we are so impressed with the care and service here and are so glad to be coming here!

The office usually runs on time and there is rarely any wait time. They also stay on top of the scheduled maintenance visits and work with the patient's preferences for both the frequency and day/time of the appointments.

I have been a client of Dr. Gladioli Sequera for approximately five years, she was recommended to me by my previous dentist who was a professor at the University of Toronto. Gladioli has proven to be a very caring, friendly and capable dentist, with a full range of expertise from her work and training in her home country as a dental surgeon. She communicates in a clear and concise manner. She has recently performed a tooth extraction for me and she eased my stress by providing me with assurance and immediate access for information. I strongly recommend her as a wise choice for anyone in need of a new dentist.

I'm very happy with my and my family's dental care with Dr. Sequeira and her team. We were actually patients of hers back in Caledon East and we're very sorry to see her go. I'm glad we ended up following the same path and can have her as our dentist again. In particular, I'm happy that she only has it's come as often as we need to. I was going 3 times per year, things improved and she recommended that I only come twice. That's an ethical doctor!
