Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I just had a frustrating encounter with the receptionist. Despite the website indicating they are accepting new patients, the receptionist seemed uninterested and repeatedly gave the same unhelpful responses. Disappointing service overall. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Receptionist is extremely rude. And if your doctor is away on vacation there is no way to your prescription refilled as their policy won’t allow you to see another physician because the receptionist determines whether your prescription is urgent or non urgent with their “doctorate degree”

The lady at the front desk is SO rude. I have never encountered such a rude person at a medical office, for literally no reason. We were 5 minutes late for an appointment because of an accident we got caught it on the highway and she canceled the appointment telling me that we cant see the doctor today. Like ok i get it if my doctor is booked for the whole day… even though we were only late literally 5 minutes.but why do you have to be so god damn rude about it? Be a little nicer to your patients who are coming to this office in need of care. Nobody should be talked to in that way especially when they’re in pain/sick and are trying to see their doctor for some help. Just reading all the reviews from this place is horrifying. Clearly the front desk staff need to learn some human decency and respect. Why are there so many bad reviews and the clinic seems to not take any action about these issues people are having.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Incompetent, RUDE receptionists, and doctors who just don't care. Go elsewhere if you can.

They advertise that they are taking new patients but neglect to mention the 800 people waiting list and 10 month min wait….

What happened to this place? Used to be great at care and service. I get it, covid happened. But its been 3 years now. The service (what little is left) continues to decline. Can't even reach anyone by phone anymore. Most times voicemail is full. Still have not seen my own family doctor in person since covid started. Have been trying to make an appointment since late November. No one ever calls me back and I cannot reach anyone by phone. It's now middle of December. This is unacceptable.
