If there was opportunity I wouldn’t even bother to give them single star. I really had a very bad experience with them. My wife ordered furniture from them. First, they told us someone will come at 10am in the morning but the person showed up at 7pm with missing items and when they came in they were in so rush, they told us they will come back in half an hour to install the furniture but they didn’t show up after that there were two guys also came in after 10pm they also didn’t do anything cuz they said there are many missing parts which are needed to install the furniture. They didn’t even send the complete delivery our coffee table was missing, installation was pending everything was messed up and when we asked for the refund they were not agree to refunding our money back and take all the stuff back. ATLAST I WANNA SAY DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Within the last three years, we encountered a setback in our efforts to acquire new pieces of furniture due to the COVID pandemic. However, our patience was rewarded when we visited Kitchen and Couch and had the pleasure of meeting Inder. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Inder provided us with exceptional service and helped us find the perfect furniture for our needs. We greatly appreciated his expertise and professionalism, and would highly recommend Kitchen and Couch to others seeking quality furniture and excellent customer service.
There seems to be no competition in terms of the value they offer to their customers. The shop's customer-centric approach and attention to detail are commendable.

We found this place looking for a special couch, bedroom set and a dining set that can be matched and have style and quality, was exactly what we got. Their advertised price and store price is not the same. Check the invoice before you buy. Take the estimate home and calculate first.

Very very very worst experience. They are the big LIARS, FRAUD, DISRESPECTFUL FOR FEMALES, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. They fail to stay on their own words and then they put blame on the customers that customers don’t want to pay for the stuff. They take the token money first as they don’t have enough stock to deliver on the same day and promise the customer that they will take e-transfer once deliver on the door step. On the day of delivery, they refuse to deliver on the doorstep and start playing games so that customer picks the furniture by their own.
WASTAGE OF TIME, MONEY. BIG FRAUD IN THE MARKET.
They are very nice when selling the stuff in store but very very rude when it comes to the final delivery. Their sales person BHUPINDER (Deep) is a big liar and don’t have sense to talk to the customers.
I suggest everyone to NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIVER AT YOUR HOME.

You will regret going to their store as we have faced it.

They first took token money from me and have not delivered my bed. Now they are not even refunding my token money. Please stay away from these Looters. Worst experience with Sales Man person Deep.

In response to your comment below, could you please prove that I have denied the payment? In addition to it, I have recording from your manager who has acknowledged the mistake at your end and apologies as well. Please refund my money back to my account. Thanks.

A huge Thank You to Inder and the delivery man for their care & patience with my order yesterday (February 2023). I was extremely tentative about ordering online and Inder was patient and helpful with suggestions. Order placed in morning, I was enjoying it by evening of same day!

After 42 years of marriage I found the perfect King-size Mediterranean Bedroom Suite (Jakson)! Deep was very helpful and gave me an offer that enabled me to purchase this gorgeous suite, of which I am very appreciative. It was delivered two weeks later from Toronto to our home in Ottawa. Everything was set up by two hardworking gentlemen in just one hour. I was a little nervous purchasing it over the phone and only seeing this set on WhatsApp Video, but I am happy to say that everything worked out perfectly. The quality of our furniture set is beyond my expectations. The furniture set is mostly a solid wood and is a dark wood finish as shown. The scrolled details are lovely. The headboard is higher than anticpated but we still love it. It is simply rich and elegant looking! There is even a jewellery container in my dresser! The cool part is when my husband first walked in our bedroom to view it. His first words were simply “WOW! ” as were mine. Altogether a pleasant experience dealing with Kitchen and Couch; and, of course our now go-to salesman Deep! I am currently saving up to buy the matching chest!

I am so happy with the furniture I ordered it has great quality and looks amazing…I am extremely pleased and will return in the near future! Deep was excellent as well!

Great, I was super happy with my bedroom game and Mr. Inder He treated me very well and the boys came from misisaga to Quebec to put together my bedroom game and they were very responsible and respectful

If there is any negative marking, sure I will give them. There manager don't know how to speak to customers. Extremely rude, unprofessional, no work etiquette. Bought a couch. Got a delivery after five months. Still there manager has attitude to deal with customer. Never going to recommend this shop to anyone. Please spend your money and time somewhere else who knows the value of customer. They don't keep there promise.

DEEP, the Salesperson, at this store made shopping there very easy for me. He was very patient and easy to negotiate terms of purchase with me. Gentle spirited, he gave me time to make my decision and was not at all pushy as a lot of salesmen are. I bought my sofa on Saturday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday after Victoria Day Monday.

Then the two delivery gentlemen, AMARJEET & NAV SAINI, again displayed a world of patience and care and a lot of skill in getting the furniture inside my home. It presented some difficulty because of size but they eventually mastered the job with professionalism.

I purchased a couch set from here. We had problems with delivery wherein they promised delivered on a Tuesday and finally they guys showed up on a Friday. Sales representative was very unresponsive and did not get back to me. Then we notices that the chair that was to go with the couch was slightly different then the couch and loveseat. The cup holders were a different colour and the stitching was different. We called the store and was told they would send the proper chair. I've followed up with email (because calling is a waste of time) and have never had a reply back. I also reported that the stitching was coming out of the side of the loveseat and again no reply. We still have the mismatched chair. Very disappointed. Not reliable at all. I would never recommend or buy from this company again.

No recommendation for this fraud company. Bought the item and no refund /return policy. Sales person at brampton location are not helpful at all. All they want is sale and no refund or return. Once you got the item you are stuck. Its better to buy from big companies that has better refund policies. No these fraud who want your money and then deduct. Worst worst experience.

I have been trying to get in touch with with Gurmeetji the owner for March 2020 regarding the sofa we got from them but their employees keeps giving different excuses about the Sofa being repaired from last 3 weeks I am in contact with Tarun and she keeps promising me that she will get back to me with answer. It is almost 2 years I am trying to get the sofa issue fixes. We have left our Invoice Number, our name and contact information and not a single customer service has called us back

I am so disappointed with my experience with Kitchen and Couch. I put in a large order and the double bedframe that I purchased was dented internally (pre-paint), had large paint chips in it -as well as large weld spots that are very sharp. I contacted them immediately upon opening the boxes. Tarun was our sales rep and has passed it off to management. Youseff said he'd pass it off to management and yet no manager/owner has replied to my several emails and phone calls. The product is soft metal and unsafe. They said they will not deal with the vendor again- and yet I am left out of pocket. A company with mediocre customer service will even offer a refund. They can sell it on the floor as a scratch and dent and write off their expenses as well. They would be better off to offer the refund and not scare people off with bad reviews and lawyers. In this day and age you would think companies like this would pride themselves on great products and customer service.

Inder welcomed us trying to meet each details about what we needed. We liked his professional and kind way to answer to all our questions. We are really satisfied about our sectional couch.

Baught bed room set, Collection of bedroom set awesome, and on the top of it got a seek deal, but can you trust these guys a big question? If they full their commitment as committed then all good. Keeping fingers crossed.will get to know in next 2 days.so be careful while dealing with them, get everything in writing to safegaurd your interest.

Truly not recommended shop. Very poor service. Employee sells product by telling lie to cliet. Old age person sold us mattress by saying that it would be 9 inch only but we received product which was 10 inch. When i called and enquired, they said that this mattress wont come in less than 10 inch. We might have went to another shop as other shops are selling mattress less than 10 inch. Old guy talks very softly and politely for selling there product & says lie.if he is educated enough then he might have told us the correct suitation.

Hi, I would like to thank to Mr. Inder as we bought our couch from him. First of all, he showed us everything very nicely and gave us enough time to think before purchasing. After ordering our sectional sofa we were thinking about the color but when it delivered (ON TIME) thn we were so happy and it cleared our all doubts about color. Sofa looks really nice and he gave us good warranty period as well.

Been to many places to buy a coffee table but no one helped me the way the sales person INDER in kitchen and couch helped to get me what I actually needed. Even though when I received the coffee table it was little damaged but Inder got it replaced in no time. Really thankful!

Recently bought some appliances, it was great quality and Yusuf helped me find exactly what I wanted, very customer friendly. Highly recommend.

My parents had issues picking up a stove at the warehouse.
Firstly the guy didn't know they were coming (when we were told they knew we were coming). Then the employee had no one to help him, so my dad had to help him move approx 10 boxes of heavy appliances to get to the stove!
Then my parents had to help him lift it down into their car.
This was completely unprofessional. My parents are older and should absolutely not have had this experience.

*edit* I'm in London, so delivery was not an option. It wasn't about 'saving money'. I don't think that comment was necessary either.
Also, I had texted the sales rep multiple times for a contact to reach out to regarding my complaint and it took me asking multiple times and over a month before I was given a generic email for the store.

Removing a star as response wasn't good enough.

Spoke to sales team quoted Kijiji Ad selling a sofa for $648 and he said we don't have it in stock and when we get it the price is higher? How can you advertise one price then say it's more? What a scam you business is!

I recently purchased a stove from Kitchen & Couch. Gurmeet was our sales representative. I am very happy with my new stove. I plan on shopping here again very soon for a couch set. They have lots to choose from in the store and the staff are patient, understanding and very helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping at this fine establishment. One of our local small business shops who make you feel right at home and very welcomed. I have been in a number of times since my purchase looking at the couch set we are planning on buying. I have had a very pleasant experience dealing with Kitchen and Couch. I ordered a queen bed and dresser and last minute added a box spring. Everything was delivered on promised time and they gave me very good price on the products. I had very bad experience previously with Vanaik furniture and Stephen’s furniture, once I explained what happened with them Kitchen and Couch worked with me to ensure that same frustrating experience doesn’t repeat again. The owner even showed me proof of shipment received in his warehouse for my furniture once I went to pay the outstanding balance, just to give me peace of mind since I am dropping so much $$. Very happy with my purchase and I’ll definitely go back there again.
