Ordered via UberEats from The Pearl at KitchenHub Castlefield and it was amazing. The food was delivered very quickly and it was very hot when it arrived and really fresh and tasty. The General Tao chicken was super tender and the veggies were fresh and crisp. The shrimp and chives hockey puck dumplings were to die for and the shrimp har Kau was really delicious. The place were you go and you gotta wait one hour specially wing time takes forever I don’t recommend this place not at all.

The staff was very rude. I came here to pick up my order and those guys were just ignoring and keep serving to people who came after me. The lady forced to buy their 10 dollars bag. This is the third time I experienced their misbehaviour.

Great service! I had never been to a food hub and they were very helpful and explained the whole process. They have a variety of options and you can order from different food chains.

I was here the other day, Janey the Manager was really awesome. She helped resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. 10/10 service.

First time we went there. One of those places we had to order on computer, but because we weren’t familiar with this, our server assisted us with completing our order. The items were a bit pricy, but it was worth it. Our server, Tess, was very friendly and patient when we had trouble completing our order. We were very impressed with the food and service we received at the castlefield location.

Came to get a single bubble tea and while the space was nice and the staff were friendly, I had to ask someone what was going on after 20 minutes of standing there before I got my order. I get things being busy but the place and the orders coming in were empty. Not ideal.

You can mix and match from all of the different brands of restaurants they offer.

Staff are super friendly and help you navigate the technology.

There is also a place to eat there and in the summer they have an outdoor patio

I ordered the chicken shawarma-absolutely horrible. First of all, it was a wrap of french fries? Since when do you put french fries in Middle Eastern cuisine? Also, there was no sauce! Please do not make the same mistake I did and order the Shawarma. If this is a reflection of the rest of their menu-just don't bother. It's a shame because I work just down the street.

Bad service and way overpriced for an inconvenience. I Ordered online and the estimate said to pick up at 6: 28pm. I Arrived at 6: 30pm. Waited 10minutes then another 15minutes. Food was cold. The estimates are inaccurate. Disappointed with the service will not come back. Stay away.

Food Halls are one of my the best food concepts out there that allows you try a little bit of something in a one stop shop way. Kitchen Hub is a wonderful concept being Canada's first virtual food hall.

You can select menu items from all of Kitchen Hub's partners, allowing you to order a combination of foods to enjoy in one takeout order. The process at Kitchen Hub allows for some neighbourhoods to have access to popular restaurants that would be out of their delivery zone by providing kitchen space, technology and services to expand with low upfront costs.

The Yelp squad got to sample food and drinks from some popular restaurants offered at kitchen hub which include Wingstop, Chubby's, Gusto, Azkadenya, Cabano's Pai, Pearl, Chatime, and Mandy's.

I love the variety and the option to try many things in one spot. Love that there is ample parking. However this location is a bit out of the way, not on a main road. It is good for the residential area.

This is a great concept and the quality also remains in tact. It's also a fantastic way to explore different cuisines under one roof and satisfy multiple cravings. If you haven't been, you can check out any of the four locations:

A much needed spot with a large variety for an area that unfortunately doesn't offer much in the food department.

For the 3rd time, KitchenHub has messed up our order. I’ve had to call several times and instead of redelivering, the only option was a refund (and not on delivery portion or tips). Also took an a hour and a half for a simple order and we live 5 min away. Dissatisfied and won’t be ordering again.

Now I can have my Pai and eat it too?
The amount of times I've wanted to order Pai lately is obscene and I can't blame my husband for wanting to try other restaurants. Well now we both can enjoy what we want and pick up from one location- thank you Kitchen Hub for this genius idea! Really excited to try some of the other great restaurants too!
Service was also great- met a friendly guy behind the counter and I wish I got his name. Place also has a washroom and is very clean.:) Will definitely be ordering from here again soon.

What a great concept. I had a delish Mandy's salad and my husband got a smash burger from Cabano's he was very happy with (apparently their on BlogTo's best burgers list). 5/5 def recommend and def coming back!

Such a neat idea and food was made quick! Kelly was really friendly and helped take the orders of our large group.

We aren’t exactly tech savvy on the big tablets but we had great help from Tess which made our experience here super fun and easy! Even though we weren’t extremely fond of what we ordered, her support and friendly conversation made up for it. Will definitely be back to try a different restaurant!

Clean, friendly, and fast. I ordered from Azkadina and was pleasantly surprised; food was fresh, hot, and delicious. They said it would take 20 mins, but my order was ready in 8! Super nice people in there too, multiple people came to ask if I needed help. Shoutout to Larry for being so kind and knowledgeable!

If Anyone Has Problems With Their Order Etc. Tess is the best person to go to. She is an amazing worker and amazing person overall! Keep it up and keep bringing “amazing” to kitchenhub!
