Very poor experience at this location. I bought some icing bags for my daughter, she used one and it ripped after one use so I brought it back to tell them and first they tried to say it was beyond the return period which it wasn’t, then they said I should’ve brought the ripped one which would’ve been smelly and moldy by now, and then they just flat out said there’s nothing they would do, they don’t guarantee their products. Very poor customer experience!

Awful awful customer service at this location. Visited with the intention of returning a floor mat that had been purchased at another location. Spoke with a manager who accused me of opening the mat, using it, and mocked me. Massive opportunities for training here.

I was there on December 23rd to buy some Christmas gifts and I was set to buy a lot of stuff when I realized that they don't exchange or refund if you open the package. I talked to Donna she said " So that you know no return if you open the box" that is the dumb est policy what if it's broken or something is wrong with it
Anyways I put everything back and didn't buy a thing from there
Sorry dear your store will go under with that policy like any other going to Wal-Mart

I don't go there often but I went in to get an oven thermometer as I thought my oven wasn't heating up enough. The prices are a bit high. I used the thermometer and it said my oven was not working properly. Called the repair man at $70 an hour only to tell me the these thermometers are JUNK and nothing wrong with my stove. I will think twice about going into this place again. Maybe it's not their fault but can't trust the products they sell.

Received their black Friday deals email and the deals were amazing! I placed online orders and were able to claim the free gift as well. When I went to the store to for pick up, I was attracted to the awesome but affordable selections of holiday gifts. I ended up buying five huge bags of presents and the cashier was so nice and she helped me and carried everything to my car. Definitely will go back again!

Pretty good selection of most of what you need for your kitchen. You won't find top notch products, but there's plenty that's good enough for most people

I bought beverage dispenser four days ago and manager told me I can return it if it’s leak, but when I tried to return it, first time they said that they fixed it which they didn’t and second time they refused to take it back. The thing that make me upset more is the way that the manager whose name is Nazima treat me. She was so impolite and rude. I just could left the damage item behind in the store and walked out. I just waisted my money and my time.

If I could, I give you 0 star, I don't recommend this store to anyone, I suggest to everyone If you buy anything from this store, first of all use it in the store in front of the staff because they don't accept their fault.

Sadly for my wallet, one of the best stores. Each time I find a lot more than came for. Decent price quality ratio. Tons of ideas for the upcoming seasons. Definitely recommend!

This is absolutely the worst store for kitchen needs. They pick and choose who they want to impose their COVID rules too. Nazima (the manager) discriminates against people and is extremely rude. Not sure how they keep her as a customer service manager with no skill set. No wonder why the store is always empty. Bed Bath and Beyond and IKEA are way better in service and quality. Will never go back to this store EVER again.

After two negative experience at this store it was time to write a review.

I was looking to buy a toilet contour for my son’s bathroom so when I asked the sales rep, she told me that that is an European thing and that she got her’s at IKEA. I thanks her and walked away. I have been using contours in all my bathrooms for many decades here in Canada and was not sure if she knew what she was talking about. Most household stores carries them.

My second experience was last week when I bought a Good Grip chopper that did not do much chopping. The chopper kept falling apart on each tapping. The herbs were never chopped to pieces. I tried to return the chopper but was told that I used it and could not return it. The manager was rude and negative. She refused to give me a store credit or a replacement.

I’ve noticed that this store is not a friendly place to shop at. Staff is very regimented. I will not be shopping at this store anytime soon. I will say to anyone going to Kitchen Plus to be aware of what you buy because you may not be able to return it.

Really nice bunch of Ladies working at this store. Store is well stocked and maintained. Very friendly staff. Although they have covid measures in effect I especially appreciate their understanding of my medical mask exemption. It is imperative that I don't restrict my air flow and that I have nothing around my head. They were understanding of this and very friendly at the same time. I can't thank you beautiful Ladies enough.

I bought a waffle maker at the Richmond Hill location. Came home opened the box and almost all of it was plastic except the inside where the waffle is cooked. I was very hesitant to use it but I thought, I will try it and if anything I will return it the next day. I tried the waffle maker right away and I could smell burned plastic as it was heating up. At this time I decided to return it. Fast forward next morning I went to return the waffle maker. The lady greeted me at the front of the store. I said I would like to return the waffle maker, she took it to inside open the box come back to me and said it was used. I said, yes, it was. Then she said it can't be returned, i said I don't want it as it is smells like plastic. She said the best she can do it give me a new one or store credit. I asked her why? I just bought it yesterday. I ended up getting a store credit.all I wanted is my money back.waffle maker was 49.99 plus tax. Never again I go back to this location. RUDE LADIES WORK THERE.

Pre-COVID I used to really like shopping here but they are falsely advertising curb side pickup when in reality you still have to wait inside to pickup your order and pay.

Product-wise this place is hit-and-miss in terms of value for money. For example I've bought a set of nesting bowls that are garbage quality and all the lids cracked, and a salt/pepper shaker that broke within days, but I'm really happy with the cutlery set I picked up here.

Nice place to shop around. Location is sometimes busy, but you can find variety of products here. Enough parking is available. Staff was good.

I had to return the stuff bought online in person to the store in the pandemic. They didn't pay me back because I had paid with PayPal. Just gave me credit for in store shopping! Weren't welcoming at all and it was difficult for them to explain and even talk! So rude that before I finish, called the next person in line.

Covid19 review: Very positive customer experience. Found exactly what I was looking for on the website and surprisingly at the best price too. Ordered two. Great checkout process for in store pick up. No need to worry about your data in this cart. A wize adage in eBiz is that "sometimes what it really takes is a low tech solution to a high tech problem" so a super big PLUS on the Kitchen Stuff people for getting it right and being smart about it. Pick up confirmation to my local outlet came in about two hours. Another big up! In my haste I forgot to bring the confirmation email.no worries, nice young woman was able to locate the order another way. Well done checkout procedures, employees are geared up with ppe and they've got things set so you don't get to close. Process is efficient and amazingly people are still happy to serve customers. Best order/pickup experience I've had in the whole rotten salad that is life under Covid19.

It is clean, well stocked and well organized. The only thing I would ask for is more staff available on the floor if people have questions vs wandering around.

It was terrible experience! They lost my order and then, when I ask to do something, one of the lady (staff) REFUSED TO SERVICE ME, just because I raise my voice a little bit. More over, when I asked the manager of the store, if she could give me the NAME OF EMPLOYEE, SHE REFUSED TO DO SO AS WELL! That was unbelievable! I would like to send this massage to head office to complain about it. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE ANYMORE!

I just thought I would send out a review on Kitchen stuff plus, I ordered 4 bar stools for my new kitchen Reno, with this Covid shut down in place I thought this is going to be such a pain. Well I’m very happy to say that in fact that couldn’t be further from the truth. I placed my order the next day I received a call they had them ready, I drove to Richmond hill to pick them up and WOW I was so impressed with how the staff have the store running in these crazy times, like a well oiled machine.way to go Kitchen stuff plus.so easy and fast! Will gladly order and pick up more stuff because you guys have a wonderful system. Thank you

Good variety of products, friendly staff. I responded to their promo and signed up, however I did not get the 20% off coupon in email. I only found out from the cashier that it took 48 hours for the coupon to arrive by email. So unfortunate I did not get the promo discount I was looking for. Not sure why they did not put this information online when I signed up.

Do not order anything online.they are cheating on shipping charges.when you order shipping charges are less and ones you pay they send email and increased shipping charges more than 3 times.

Terrible customer service. Brought a blender back within timeframe due to it being faulty. They denied the return because they said it seemed to work fine. Do not shop here! You are better off at Walmart.

Great, friendly and helpful staff! I bought something from them but after opening it, there were some parts missing and when I told them they got me they give me the missing parts. Really nice and respectful staff. Highly recommend shopping from here

I like that the staff here are very knowledgeable - it's obviously a corporate policy that every customer is greeted while walking through the store, but they do a good job of being engaged.

A lot of other places have a similar policy but when you ask them where an item is they give you a blank stare. Not at Kitchen Stuff Plus - they will not stop until they've found what you're looking for. Also helps that they usually have great prices.
