This is a nice location. Always organized with friendly helpful staff. The prices are reasonable and the sales are great.

Always have good deals, and friendly service. The store is clean, tidy, and nicely organized.

Always get great service at Kitchen Stuff Plus and while the ones I’ve been to are small, the prices are very reasonable

I was followed by the associate and manager both were laughing and make a comment about me being black. Shame on them DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I go to this store from time to time because I go to other shops in the area. I am able to find everything I need and I like the ambiance there. People are very helpful and the place is neat and welcoming.

I purchased an electric salt grinder on June 22,2022 I reached home the salt grinder did not work, I went back to the store with my receipt the lady was nice and replaced it to me, I got home, again.not working.
I went to the store today July 18,2022 as the lady told me if it won’t work to come back for exchange.
The lady at the cashier, told me it was purchased on 2020, when I wanted to show her my credit card transaction, she kept saying she doesn’t care, and ignored me, I was mad and asked to speak with the manager, and she said I’m the manager, the other guy at the cashier started to yell at me get out of the store now, I’ll call the police, such a humiliation! Terrible customer service!
Horrible experience! I’ve never felt like this in my life! I would.recommend no one to go to your store! Your stuff needs to know how to treat pregnant lady! And to be trained to listen to the customer

Great place. But store manager has zero respect for her seasonal employees. After you've finished working there she doesn't even care to say anything to you, which isn't right.

Bought an item on Feb 14 to try. Asked if I can return it if it doesn't fit, cashier said yes as long as it was within their return policy. I tried it, it didn't work well. I brought it back to return on Feb 28. Cashier says they wouldn't have said that, that once it's out of the package, I can't return it. No apology for poor staff training. I explained that I can't try it without removing it from the packaging. She goes onto claiming that she bought the product and it works for her. I explain that it doesn't work the same for my space. She then stumbles and asks when I bought it (trying to find another excuse). I said Feb 14 and she says oh that's been weeks. It's been two. Anyways I give up because instead of apologizing for the wrong information being given (minimum, or offering the return this one time, or even providing a coupon or something as an apology) they treat me like I'm lying to them? This was the short older woman, looks like there's been more complaints about the store manager and if that's her well ‍️ I should have checked reviews first. Not going back, obviously.

Worst customer service, very rude! I had a medical exemption for no mask and refused my business! Shame on the staff and human decency! Why would they know more than my doctor! Complete disgrace! Shame on you!

I had bad experience with kitchen stuff plus I bought a bakewar class it was on sale she said it final sale one item is missing when I came home I opened it was everything is broken second day I wanted to return it don’t accept that I said take your broken stuff the get bakewar but didn’t refund my money you’re cheating people I advice nobody buy from there.

My go to store from now on. Ladies that work there are super nice and no issues with return. Giving Woodbridge location 5 plus stars.

Good service fair prices and overall a good place, most the stuff they have you can find somewhere else but not the service

Loved how they don't let a lot of people in due to covid. Their actually doing their job. I've been to other stores were so many people are in there.

It was worst experience I have faced at Windflower Gate Woodbridge, ON location. I came all the way to this location for specially pick up my order which is almost 45 minutes drive from my place. After reaching over there I came to know that staff and managers are not stick to their words. They told something over the call and next day when I went, they told that management has changed their rules over the night. It was waste of my time since I did drive from my place to specially pick up my order all the way to this location and store manager cancelled my order while I got different detail over the call from it's employee. In this location store managers and staff was not even ready to listen to me. Store Manager was keep talking and when I started explaining my situation, manager refused and ignored me moreover manager was shouting on me very loudly. I was very upset by manager's rude response and ugly behavior. When I said you are not even listening to me as I am a KSP's old customer, manager said that's fine I am too busy and I can not do anything for you. It shows that manager do not have respect, care for their customers.

I even do not understand how can they behave so rude, un-respectful to KSP's old customer who buy stuff from KPS very frequently. Also I gave good reference to my other friends. But now going forward I have decided not to recommend this location to any of my friends also to whom I have given reference, I will tell this story and will suggest not to go to this location anymore. I can not say how upset I was by having this kind of ugly service from KSP's staff. If you really want to be upset and want to see worst customer service this is the good place.

To me as a customer for this location, I am completely dissatisfied with their customer service. I can not submit without choosing any rating which is why giving 1 rating. Otherwise If there would have zero to negative rating, I could have gone up to highly negative rating for this location.

I strongly not recommend this location to anyone where staff members and store manager's behaviors are unprofessional.

Larissa! At this location was excellent she was patient with me even though I didn’t call In ahead of time for my order and I caused a big lineup behind me. She has great customer service skills that should be recognized by the company, make her a manager But don’t fire her current one she’s was helpful too.

Excellent store for kitchen essentials and much much more. Great quality products at good prices. Some great deals from time to time. Well stocked. Some unique products. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend all to visit this store first before going to any other ones.

We purchased items as Christmas gifts and had to return one that was unopened. Since there is a GLOBAL PANDEMIC and a STAY AT HOME ORDER we waited until the restrictions were lifted to return the item.
The manager REFUSED to give a refund and only offered a store credit.
This is disgusting customer service in my opinion.

EXCELLENT STAFF! Honestly, they're all so knowledgeable and helpful. From when you walk in to when you cash out. And probably the best selection of kitchen gear you could look for.
You won't regret stopping by and seeing what they have. Just in time for the holidays too!

The Store sold used Coffee Moka maker, we open box at home and while we return it, the cashiers didn’t accept return until manager come and told them this product have some problems.

I'm surprised I haven't heard of this store until recently. Some of the prices are unbelievable. Super cheap but it's the same stuff that's more expensive in other stores. Same brands, same quality, etc. The staff are nice, the store is very clean, and it's organized beautifully. You can walk through this place for quite a while until you find exactly what you're looking for.
