Lady working around 6: 00 pm on Friday January 12,2024 was very rude she treating customers with attitude and disrespect. She was wearing glasses, gloves and a mask. I love this store very disappointed.

Rudest woman working there on Friday August 11 around 2: 30. Manager had to step in and resolve the issue. If you don’t like your job or dealing with the public move on. Saves a lot of people and yourself aggravation.

Not a bad store, but their return policy makes it not good either.

Good location, plenty of parking, the store has a lot of items and the layout is nice. The staff are helpful and relatively informed on the products in the store, so that is nice.

However I found each item was a few dollars over priced when compared to other chain stores. So if you want to save some money just buy the exact same items at Walmart or Giant Tiger.

But what was really ridiculous was their return policy. They will only accept a return if the item is unused and in its original packaging. So basically all sales are final, unless you just leave it in the box.

This policy is especially inconvenient when purchasing, as other stores like Costco have a satisfaction guarantee and you can return practically anything and any time.

Had the bill of sale and needed to exchange a set of dishes that were the wrong colour. Cashier was able to process the refund quickly. In and out in less than 15min.

Nice staff, some pretty good deals. Haven't been here in a very long time but it looks the same. Found what I was looking for.

They prepare the orders the same day. They answer the phone quickly. Store pick up is according to Covid protocol.

I bought a beautiful patio set and the bench was damaged. Shawn, the manager at this Pickering location has been going above and beyond by offering me options, and communicating with me every step of the way from when a new shipment was coming in, to delivery to the location, and when I am able to pick up the replacement bench. He even offered to have someone build it for me. I can honestly say I have not received this kind of amazing, and such friendly service in decades. Shawn is definitely an asset to KSP.

Great place, they have a quick curbside pickup. You just have to call them, tell them your order number and within 5 mins you are able to get your item, pay and go. Quick and easy. The staff is great too. They are very helpful. I purchased a large lawn chair and they helped me get it to my car. But other costumers need to remember to line up and not huddle by the door and dont be so close to each other. More signs outside the store would be useful to guide the public.

Poor Service. Rude Staff. Over the phone stated there was a big line up. None was there. Not recommended for online shopping

Bought product before Christmas took it back no questions. Need anything for your kitchen they have it.

Recently bought a kitchenaid stand mixer from here.

Went to pick up curbside order it was ready in time person helping me was not in a good mood when i asked her if she could get me one more item she was huffing and puffing i then went on to pay for the items and told her i had a visa gift.card she huffed again i asked her if there is a problem let me know her behaviour was rude and unnecessary if u dont want to help customers then just shut down the store have been coming here for years time to go to the whitby location!

The staff are helpful here! Don't understand why they open (even just for curbside) during lockdown. They don't carry essential items.

I was blown away today. I placed a pretty big order online on Dec 23 for pickup. My order was picked and ready for pickup within an hour. I got there and was in and out within 10 minutes and everyone working there were super friendly and nice despite how busy it was!

This place never let's me down. They always seem to have the right things in stock and the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. I usually make this place a stop on my monthly shopping route. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed.

I shopped here several times and I left the store happily each time whether I bought something or not. The customer service here is exceptional! Always great smile and wonderful greetings to customers! Love this store!

Good place to buy house hold things, always has offers, less price compared to big retail, had good selection of items, any kitchen items you will get here. Less crowded and fast billing.

Prices are too high. Went to the dollar store right next door and found the exact same item for $1.25. I always shop around for what I need, saving money is is great thing!

A wide selection of kitchen products, dishes, pans, pots etc as well as hosting materials like fondue sets.

Staff were helpful when approached.

Location can be difficult to access from the north but easy from the south.

To the manager that was on duty on September 28th 2019 around 3pm, please get some training on how to treat customers. You represent this company, and sadly you lack manners. Talking out loud for the entire store to hear my issue is honestly disgusting. If you don’t like your job, simply just find another.

It has most of the things I need. But find myself disappointed at times, like not being able to find a reasonably large enough scoop for items deep frying, or coming in three or four months later to see the oven mitts I bought for almost 40 bucks on sale for 15.

Reasonable pricing and their items are pretty good. Can find items for various rooms around the house. Great customer service with good knowledge in the items they sell.

Just a few days after placing an in-store order, I received a call tbat my order arrived. Store staff directed me to the pickup dock around the back of the store and a woman greeted us and was ready with our 3 boxes that were loaded into our vehicle. The entire process from order placement to pick-up was a smooth and easy experience.
