Nice store to get kitchen stuff. The staff was super attentive. Easy to browse through as it is a less crowded place

They have a good variety of products for a really good price. The employees also were cordial and ready to help.

Fully stocked with everything you might need! The staff were super helpful in helping me find what I needed! Also appreciate that they are pet friendly!

I'm always able to find what I want nearly all the time at Kitchen Stuff Plus. If I don't then they usually have great alternatives. Staff always friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Left alone to browse but a available when needed.

Bought a set of non-cheap towels here. They lasted about a month before falling apart. Won’t shop here again

Staff are friendly and helpful. Place is larger than it seems and well stocked. Been there to buy some kitchen supplies as well as knives. Location is convenient as many other locations have closed including the one in the downtown core.

Nice store to visit, the one closer to my on king street closed down so I walked 30 mines to this store. Nice visit, friendly staff and I always love to shop at this company.

Had everything I needed PLUS what I didn't even know I needed. Friendly counter service by Cherese was the cherry on top!

I came in to return a knife I'd purchased online and pick up another one in a different size. When I arrived, I couldn't make up my mind on which size I wanted, and the staff was incredibly patient and helpful in letting me try holding the different knives (they were locked in a case). I also appreciated their COVID-safety measures as they provided me with gloves and sanitized each knife before and after I tried them out. While the size of the store is relatively compact, I do find the store offers a great selection of items at a reasonable price point.

If you don’t want to give new customer 20% discount then atleast don’t create false advertisement and lie to their face.
The first time I went their the lady at the counter mentioned if I sign up I’ll receive 20% off on next purchases. So I signed up. I casually mentioned when I visited them about a week later -that I haven’t received the email yet. And the manager was like no worries I remember you so I’ll punch in the code and you’ll receive 20% off. Now looking upon the receipt I notice cupón code was worth $0. It’s ok if you wanna cheap out and not give discounts. But at least don’t lie that you’re going to give me and then you don’t. I found that extremely deceiving.
But the KSP products are good

I purchased a dish rack (dish drainer) from here. After a couple of days went to return it to the store while I had never opened the box of it. The owner inspected the rack and said it has been used and so they cannot accept the return. I told them that I haven't even opened the box but they insisted that this has been sold to me in factory clean condition and I must have used it! Aside from implying that I lie, I was frustrated that they sold me a used rack! If your policy is to not take used stuff back, why did you sold me one that as you say "is obviously used"!

Has a great selection of kitchen and seasonal items, organized very neatly, though it is slightly smaller than some of the other stores. The parking lot has a 20min limit but there's a Metro next door with free parking.

Same day curbside pickup is the best. The website didn't save the changes I made in the location of pick up and I landed up at Hanna Ave store instead of King and Spadina. William was extremely helpful in gathering up my order and ensuring the order was canceled at the other store. Thanks KSP!

Great, friendly, speedy service, great quality items at an affordable price. I accidentally had an order placed at a different location and with a quick 5 minute call I was able to move my order to this one, and within 15 minutes it was ready!

Super bad experience here today. The cashier helping me with the pick up of my online order was rude. On top of this attitude he held the debit machine while I was inserting my card, and typing in my PIN. I wasn’t trying to move it, just pay for my order? Won’t be coming back to this location. Boo to him, he should quit his job if he doesn’t like it, don’t treat people like thieves.

Good deal, people and product! The online pickup experience was seamless. It really helps the website is well built and easy to navigate.

You can order online. You can receive it as pick up.prices are affordable.there are many types. Store harry works regularly and systematically.the employees are very polite. I ordered online, you cannot pay online. When I went to the shop, I both paid and bought my product. They work according to covid rules.they are very careful.

This location is a bit smaller and has less selection than the much larger one slightly further east on King St. W.but it's clean and organized, and super convenient with available 20-minute free parking, and the staff are always nice and helpful. You can also order online and pick up for free at the store. Chock full of handy little kitchen gadgets in all price ranges.

Bad custumer service. I bought an iron pot here. After using it once the pot become burned and had a very bad smell. I went to the store and asked them for a store credit or exchange. But they start telling and blaming me thet its my fault and I dont know how to use this pot. Ive been working as a sous-chef for a couple years so believe me I know how to use it. I left thet pot in the store for "inspection". It was a couple monthes ago. Problem is still not resolved. After inspection they said it still my fault. Unbelievable! I think they dont care about customers. I am 100% not recomending anybody this store because of there poor customer service.

Great store, prices, employees, everything. It's no wonder their stores are opening all over Toronto.

My go-to neighbourhood kitchen supplies shop. Decent selection and prices. Doesn't have all the niche type of utensils/equipment but has all of the basics covered.

Apparently you can only return something if it's defective. If it's been used and it's terrible, you can't return it. May as well use Amazon then. Or shop at Walmart, Canadian tire, or all the various stores that accept returns on subpar merchandise.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and such a great selection of products at great prices. I’ve been coming to this location since I moved in the area, and i just love going any time I’m close by.

Kitchen Stuff Plus looks like a small store, but it's absolutely packed with modern essentials. Every time I visit, I leave with something that I wasn't expecting but that I needed. Really good selection and decent prices, considering the convenient location.

I took in a pan with a striped handle. I was told that since I bought it more than 30 days ago they wouldn't even offer me a discount on a replacement. Lost a customer for good, KSP, well done. [Note - within hours they responded to this review asking me to contact them.it took a week for them to respond by email; after two weeks they offered me 20% off a pan that they're currently selling for. 20% off.still unimpressed, bye Felica]

Prices are very good, selection is average, and employees are always extremely helpful. But, when you arrive at the cashier, they ask you for your phone number. No matter how often you shop there, you get no discount for providing your phone number, and when a half dozen people are waiting in line behind you (you having waited fifteen minutes yourself to get to the front of the line), the exercise of looking up phone numbers seems pointless and aggravating.

I love this place and get almost all my kitchen supplies and tools from there. Good variety, very friendly staff, a tad overpriced on some items but definitely the place to go to browse and find what you need for your kitchen and maybe bathroom <3

Terrible return policy - buyer beware! I purchased a Kitchen Aid garlic press which turned out to not work well at all. Upon attempting to return the press (with receipt), I was told that I could not do so unless there was a manufacturer defect.

Fortunately, for me, the store manager was able to help with my refund.

I was planning to buy a full knife set and more but will take my business elsewhere. I just ordered a garlic press from Amazon.

The Company should review their return policy with a view to standing behind the products they sell.

Has a great variety of things. The prices are usually the best around even cheaper than online stores.

I have shopped here for years but today the staff were beyond helpful and positive. I am only giving a 4 star due to some of the products not being well made for the price. But other products are really good. You just have to give it a chance and try it out. I have and will continue to do so. Continue the good work and improve some of the products.

Love the really cool stuff they have. Decent price range. I have to go in with a preset $ limit agreement with myself when I enter usually - else I end up with so much stuff i didnt know I needed ;)
