They don't tell you their full return policy when you buy something even when you explicitly ask.

Tried to return something and they wouldn't let me return it even though it was in the return window.

The 30 day return window is the only thing their cashier told me about when I bought it.

Won't be caught dead in here again.

Only one register open and that cashier and 2 other dales associates were helping that customer. For just over 5 minutes a sales associate continued to stock shelves directly behind us before coming around to open a till while 4 others lined up behind me.

Visited Toronto from the States post-Covid and went into this place to shop for a digital food scale. Found and bought one that was on sale for $19.99. Used it for less than a week and now all measurements are off. Called the store for a refund but was told I have to bring it back otherwise no refund. Tried calling the customer service center but no one return my call. What a terrible place with cheap unreliable products. Will never go there again. Terrible products and horrible customer service.

Update 6/25: You should speak with your manager before replying to my review. It was your manager that told me no refund and refused to help me. The item was bought during our memorial holiday weekend.

Very unpleasant. I came to return the curtain which is more transparent than we expected. The lady keep saying that their policy is that things cannot be returned if they are opened. Don’t you think it’s ridiculous to write that in the policy? How do we know the things are good or not if we don’t open the box? Even though they give me the refund finally but I feel insulted and definitely won’t visit again.

Very clean and organized store. Plenty parking in this plaza. Huge collection of great priced kitchen and household items for shoppers. There was a male associate approached me twice to offer assistance during my visit. He was very welcoming and friendly.

I always come out with 1-2 full bags of kitchen items when I only need one small thing. Just happened today I was in a rush and went in to check the price. Will come back soon. Please keep up the great customer service!

A decent collection of kitchen and other household must haves as well as luxury items. Must visit. No offers though.

Three associates just chatting away while one associates was.on.cash register. We didn't wait for.too.too long but I was annoyed that one of them could.open another cash register while 3 ppl are waiting in the queue. I was helped in picking my air fryer though.

Me and my Finance came in to shop for their BOGO deals. I was wearing a regular mask and my fiance was wearing a face shield as she does have a medical exemption. The person at the front, I believe his name was Zack basically told us to either put on a face covering or get out and shop online. I'm not quite sure I understand the discrimination here. We usually shop at KSP often and this is how we have always came. The other employees welcomed us with opened arms and never had said a thing.

When waiting about 5 minutes, Zack came back and said "Fine i'll let it go this time" with an attitude. So i'm not quite sure if that person was the Manager or what but regardless you shouldn't treat customers with an attitude.

I only give this a 3 star rating as literally ALL the other employees were so friendly and helpful.

Online always says they have inventory.when you go into the store they never do. Manager said its a good idea to call to see if they have inventory. Apparently I should call and ask if they have hangers in stock.even though the website says its available

Had the requisite stuff for your outdoor picnic needs. Bought some serving trays with the handle to use on the patio. Staff were very friendly and they observed social distancing protocols very well

We were in search for a shower caddy and were just about to leave the plaza when we popped in to have a quick look. We ended up with a 3 tier corner glass shelf instead of a shower caddy and it was on even on sale.

There was a staff member at the entrance with hand sanitizer and the cashiers had a plexiglass shield as separation from customers.

Staff are always helpful here. Even when browsing, staff are always offering to help. Not in a pushy way

Got robbed for 20$ store credit. Returned a kettle a year back and was told i had 20$ credit on my phone number, went in today to buy a pan and was told i needed a receipt which i didnt have. Attendants were nice but this was just a poor experience and will never return to this store again.

Prices are great and lots of selection. The store is very clean and well organized. I want to applaud Liz and Cody for their fine customer service. I have been to this store twice recently, and coincidentally, they both helped me both times. They were both so acknowledged with the products, very professional and just genuinely friendly. It is staff like that that makes me want to go back to this particular store.

Always find what is advertised and it's in stock. Staff always offer their assistance. Great unadvertised deals too!

Huge collection of well priced kitchen and household gadgets. It fun to just to browse around but be warned, you will be tempted to part with your money every time you go in there.:) I find the pricing quite good. No need to cross border to shop at the US outlets anymore. Yeah!

This location is a pretty decent size and merchandised quite nicely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Line up was very short as well. I found what I was looking for, and they had a lot of great deals as usual.

A nice location overall. Organized, clean and bright with sufficient staff who are willing to help out. The quality of goods is really nice and as usual for a Kitchen Stuff, the prices are decent. I will say that it is smaller on the inside than you'd expect but they've still got a big range of items.

This is my new favourite store! Huge selection of kitchen and home items. Alot of great brands to choose from. Good pricing too. I can't wait to shop here often.

I purchased 3 dish drying mat and the price tag is shown 6.99. When i check out, it shown 7.99. Then a man who may be the store manager told me that may be someone put the wrong price tag and just offer me only 1 of the mat can be match the price. I only can choose get the offer or not. I am totally disappoint about this customer service solution. The store made the mistake and ask the customer to bear it? Also, he told me that they lose money, i want to ask how about me? I lost money as well and it is not about 1 dollar different. It is about trust. When you put the price tag, people will trust the store. Also, the man is so rude and i do not feel well. This experience is horrible and i will not come back again.

I came here on Sunday to find a decent chef's knife with my husband and Michael was a HUGE help to us. It is rare to encounter some one enthusiastic about their job, and he did nothing but give us help and undivided attention the entire time. We ended up finding exactly what we needed. Thank you so much!

I was returning a tent made of fabric that was not in a good quality. A cashier was taking my return and asked what reason I returned the tent with an arrogant tone and dark face. However just 1 min ago, she’s biggg smiling to a couple who aren’t Asian. I think she might be a racism especially to Asian people. I tried to explain to the manager who stood beside. Wow that shocked me again. I can tell she’s not that good too. In this situation, usually if the manager was nice and humble, the customer is easy to be satisfied with the service coz the customer doesn’t want to argue with more people and she/he doesn’t want to look so mean. However I was so disappointed with the manager who doesn’t even care about customer’s feelings. She must fail in customer service’s test if there is one test. No wonder the cashier in her team was so unfriendly and arrogant! Because the cashier just did what the manager did to their customers. Overall, I still like the store but not the service!

If you're a kitchen lover, like myself, best leave the credit cards at home lol. This is a bright and we'll presented location. Staff on the floor are difficult to find at times, are helpful (depending on the employee). Cashing out is fairly quick. Most staff are at the registers. I returned once looking for a Birthday gift for my son. I really had no idea what to get, except that it had to help in the kitchen. I left with 3 huge bags and contentment in my heart, (What mom doesn't want to please their children, regardless of their age). Wheelchair accessible, Handicapped parking available (when not occupied by non wheelchair access approved vehicles - a problem in this location).
